Chingis did a great job installing my door. The price was fair, and he was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He communicated well, worked efficiently, and left everything clean. I would definitely contact him again for future home needs. read more

A+++ and 10 STARS review of Handyman Daddy's outstanding work on our home! We hired Ivan to do multiple repairs after a home purchase. A coat closet had water damage prior to our purchase. After a mold remediation company ripped out wet dry walls, baseboards, floor and closet door, we got price quotes from two handymen to rebuild the closet and outside wall. We hired Ivan based on his 5-star reviews and competitive price quote. He showed up at 11 am and worked hard until 8 pm to finish the job in 1 day. He also patched ceiling holes made by the mold remediation company and repatched a kitchen wall that was badly done by another vendor. Ivan's finished work looked amazing, as if there were no prior damage before we hired him. We were so pleased that we hired Ivan again to replace an old porcelain undermount kitchen sink (2 bowls/2 drain holes) with a bigger stainless steel drop-in single bowl sink (1 drain hole). I picked a sink to purchase but thankfully, Ivan measured the old sink and counter cut out space and said my choice would not fit without him cutting the counter. I then bought a different sink only after Ivan approved its specifications and it fits perfectly in the existing space. Again, Ivan worked nonstop for 4 hours to remove the old sink and install the new sink. After removing the old sink, he saw that part of the granite counter in front of the sink was weak due to existing cracks in the granite. He immediately went to Home Depot to buy wood to reinforce the counter before installing the new sink. He also resealed all around the sink including below the sink to make sure no moisture will go underneath. It's this kind of attention to detail and very thorough work that made us very glad that we hired Ivan. On the same day, we also asked Ivan to replace a failed water shutoff valve under the bathroom sink. Again, his work was perfect and clearly showed he is knowledgeable and does excellent work in many areas of home repair. We already have other home projects in mind for him to do and we highly recommended him to our family and friends. read more

I had an exterior facing door with a major problem. Every time it rained, the bottom of the door jambs (door frame sides) would absorb water. Over time, the wood started rotting and paint started peeling off. With El Niño approaching, I wanted to get this fixed. I spent several weeks researching handymen and door repair specialists. Most people I contacted wanted to completely replace both the door frame and the door itself which was quite costly. Additionally, my door and the upper jambs were still in great condition, and I didn't want to be wasteful by throwing those away. One person told me that this sort of repair was too difficult and didn't want to take it on. Ivan responded that he had fixed similar issues before and quoted me a reasonable price. Ivan arrived on time and got right to work. Something that I really appreciated was he took the time to explain step by step what he was going to do. The end result looked fantastic. He was able to replace the bottom jams, paint, and seal everything to the point where it looked like there had never been any damage in the first place. We had rain a week after the repair was done and my door jambs were bone dry the entire time. One thing I do want to note is that Ivan does have a a team that works under him. If you want Ivan specifically, you will need to request him but know that you might need to wait a little longer because he is very popular. I don't foresee having any more door issues since he did such a great job but if I ever do, I will definitely contact Ivan again. read more

Ivan Bembeev did an excellent job installing our new kitchen sink! From the beginning, he was punctual, professional, and provided great customer service. What really stood out was his flexibility. Our original installation had to be changed because Home Depot delivered our sink damaged. Ivan was extremely patient and had no problem adjusting his schedule while we waited for the replacement. Once it arrived, he worked around my schedule and came on a day that I was working from home. He got the installation done quickly and professionally, finishing before the kids even came home from school. They're going to walk into the house and see a brand-new sink--and it looks amazing! Excellent work, great communication, and truly accommodating throughout the entire process. Much appreciated, Ivan! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional installer. read more

I reached out to Ivan to install a wall mounted squat rack in my garage that I had trouble doing my self. He responded quickly with a great price compared to some of the other quotes. I was able to make an appointment for a few days later and he showed up on time. Ivan even modified the squat rack to fit perfectly in my garage and completed the project in less than a few hours. Ivan was the only handyman who responded in a timely manner out of the handful I had reached out to after discovering some issues my tenant had left behind after moving out. He arrived on time, and the quality of his work was excellent; he was able to seamlessly blend his work (drywall texture and paint, baseboard and doorframe water damage) with the existing walls/doorframes. I would absolutely use him again in the future. read more

Called Handyman Daddy to fix the faucet in my laundry room. Deni was on-time, efficient, and neat while working. He needed an extra part, so he actually went to Home Depot to get it! He finished the job within the hour and I paid the quoted price we had agreed on. If I ever need another repair job done, I would use Handyman Daddy again. Give this place a call! read more

The response time was quick. They gave me straightforward answers on pricing and paint for patching up a hole in dry wall. Deni showed up on time with all of his tools and was very professional. He patched up the dry wall and matched the wall texture, went to Home Depot nearby to match the paint with a paint chip from the wall to use their computer scan for the paint match, and then came back and painted it all within a couple of hours for us. It looks great! They told us ahead of time that the paint match results would be 90-98% depending on the age and condition of the existing paint. I think it'll blend in even more over time. We are very happy with it! I would highly recommend them. read more

Ivan did a great job helping us with exterior fascia and trim painting for an HOA repair request. He was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The work involved exterior touch-up and repainting in hard-to-reach areas, and everything was completed carefully with great attention to detail. The final result blended in very nicely with the existing exterior color. He showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently, and made the whole process very smooth. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Ivan for exterior painting and home repair projects. Thank you again, Ivan! read more

I reached out to several people to turn our den into a room by adding a door. Handyman Daddy was super responsive, provided a competitive quote, and was easy to work with on availability. Chingis came and completed our project. He was excellent. We have a toddler and he was mindful not to do any loud construction while she was sleeping. He worked tirelessly to get our project done in 1.5 days! The final product looks great and we couldn't be happier. There's always a concern on these projects that random charges will be added that were never discussed or hidden fees that get tacked on at the end. Everything about our project transparent and communicated well from start to finish. I will 100% use them again. Thanks Chingis! read more

I am selling my home and had a long list of things that needed to be fixed from my inspection. Instead of calling different people for different things, I decided to call Ivan. He came by, spent all 10 hours at my home and fixed everything. It really took the stress of having to manage all the different repairs and have things done by one person in one day. Everything was fixed properly and I am extremely happy with his service. I will for sure call on him again for future projects read more

I found Handyman Daddy on Yelp. I had four windows and a sliding door that had surrounding holes from old window dressing. One of the windows still had the old curtain rods and board for valance hardware. I know how do drywall work but I figured it would be much faster to have someone that does it all the time get it done fast. Ivan showed up on time. He covered all the areas with plastic first then repaired all the holes (even though the areas get covered drywall dust will get everywhere so you will need to completely dust and vacuum the whole room(s) afterwards). I had some left over paint from a previous project he was able to use on most areas. For the bedroom he had to get the paint matched at Home Depot. So far, I don't see any problems with old screw hole depressions or pant color being way off. But it's only been one day. I figure if any areas small screw hole depressions appear or if the paint colors look off I can patch and paint the whole wall. Ivan worked hard and fast and was finished in four hours (it would have taken me 2-3 days). When he was finished, I asked him to come back and check a door that was sticking due to stripped hinge bolts. He checked it right away and replaced the screws for free. I would definitely use Ivan again. read more

We recently had wall paneling installed and really happy with how it turned out. The handyman was professional, showed up on time, and clearly knew what he was doing.
