They showed up on time when they said they would arrive. They completed the valve replacement on the same day and they didn't try to buckle and dime me or up charge me for anything additional. Very good experience. I will definatley be calling them again when we need any work done on our fire lines or sprinklers.

The entire process was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. About a month ago, we had a fire sprinkler leak at our home. The company came out, did a diagnostic inspection, and initially quoted us around $750 for the repair. Within 24-48 hours, that quote suddenly changed to over $1,000 after we had already accepted the original estimate. Because we had an active leak and water damage concerns, we felt pressured and desperate to move forward. The technician they sent arrived without the proper materials or preparation. He showed up in the morning, then left for hours to supposedly buy parts, returning much later in the day. For what ended up being roughly 2-3 hours of actual work, the charges came out to an outrageous hourly rate. Even worse, the "repair" did not solve the problem. Within about two weeks, the exact same sprinkler started leaking again -- even worse than before. When we contacted the company, they sent the same technician back out. This time, he claimed there was supposedly a pipe issue above the sprinkler that "did not exist" during the first visit. We later consulted people familiar with plumbing and fire sprinklers who told us that explanation made little sense and that the issue should have been identified during the original repair. At that point, the company demanded another $1,000 to fix the same area. After we pushed back, they lowered it to around $860. Then, on the day they came back, the technician suddenly claimed another valve in the garage needed replacement for yet another $1,000. First he said he didn't even have the valve, then somehow the valve magically appeared in his truck moments later. Meanwhile, someone from their accounting department repeatedly called me at work demanding payment through Zelle or cash, insisting we pay immediately. We refused and said we only pay by credit card through our bank because the entire situation felt extremely questionable. What started as a $750 repair ended up turning into nearly $3,000 for ongoing issues that were never properly fixed in the first place. Communication with this company was also terrible. Calls often went unanswered, voicemails were ignored, and there was never any way to speak to a supervisor or manager directly. Instead, random numbers would call us back with more payment demands. Overall, this experience felt incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and shady. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before hiring them. We are now considering taking further action and reporting this experience to the appropriate authorities and consumer protection agencies
