He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. I needed to write this review because I'm beyond grateful for Bud's integrity, responsiveness, and the way he dropped everything to help when I truly needed it. Worst experience ever from Corey in August 2018. I was referred by United Drying company. They have a set up where one is referred and they automatically come in make you sign to do the work especially when its your first time dealing with a leak. I had called and asked for a quote and they won't come out unless you agree to sign with them. Gave me a huge quote difference from my insurance adjuster. To me these guys did not seem trustworthy, just a gut feeling I got. So I decided not dissolve the contract...this is when it all went down hill. Corey came and I signed so he can give me a quote AND I also signed a document that said if you chose not to do the contract you have within a 72 hours period to get your deposit of $1000 back. After not hearing from Corey or his company after 2 days. He said he will call or text me the next day to set up the logistics of how his team can work on the house when I am at work but I did not hear from them. So, after the initial consultation I got other FREE quotes and decided I don't want to work with this company. I called him about 48 hours later to cancel but no answer and so I completed the form to dissolve the contract and emailed it to them. Not too long afterwards I get a text from him saying that is fine. A couple of days later he texted me again saying that he had started ordering stuff already...as I had thought he would do so they can keep my deposit. I asked for the invoices that he had done all the ordering of supplies or whatever he said he order...he said "we don't do invoices until the job is worked on" yet...he said he ordered supplies so he will keep my deposit. I didn't really want to deal this this bs so I hope. He also said that they will take "$750" for all the work that has been done to prepare for this job. So far I have not seen my $250 back... I would never recommend a company like this or United Drying to anyone. As they have this ring of referrals and automatically think that they will do the job and push you to sign contracts with deposits.

Amazing the devastation a tiny leak can cause! The insurance co. sent over the plumbers to find and fix the source of the water leak. In the process, they tore out walls, carpet and recently remodeled kitchen cabinets. Painful to watch your home get torn apart! The plumbers packed it up and left us bewildered at the sight of our wrecked home. We lucked out when we picked Paradigm from a list of contractors the insurance adjuster gave us. I can't say enough good things about Corey, the guy in charge at Paradigm. It's the first time I've had to deal with water damage like this; and it's been a relief to have Corey just take over and make it all better. The guys that Paradigm sent to restore kitchen cabinets, replace the ripped-out drywall, and repaint were very professional and did an amazing job. They showed up when they were supposed to, did excellent work and cleaned up before they left. Honestly, I don't have a single complaint. My home not only looks like it never happened; it looks all fresh and new! They matched the texture and color of my existing walls exactly! (not easy to do: one was a specific chamois color that I was sure they would not be able to get right. The painter nailed it on the very first try. Amazing!) I couldn't be happier and I love that I now have a team of skilled electricians, carpenters, and painters to turn to in the future, that I know will do a great job for me.
