When I tried to cancel, they told me I couldn't because they relied on the earlier date, even though it wasn't the date I signed. They also removed my swamp cooler without understanding how it worked and left a water pipe open, which left me without water for two days. My calls went unanswered until the second day. The craftsmanship itself looks good, but the lack of communication, poor project management, and the way the permitting and contract issues were handled made this a very stressful experience. I would recommend asking plenty of questions and making sure all permits and paperwork are correct before work begins.

We hired them to inspect our roof and to repair a single leak that we noticed was dripping in our attic after a couple of rainy days back in October 2025. They came out and replaced a few shingles and said they resealed around the flashings. Great. Plus, there's a 2 year warranty for any future leaks. Fantastic. Well, it doesn't rain in SoCal for 6 months, so there's no way to tell if the leak is fixed. No water test was done. Lo and behold, the next rain storm arrives in 2026, and I see water dripping in the same spot in our attic. There's no other water leaks anywhere else. Obviously, the area that was repaired did not fix the problem. Now this is where it goes from bad to worse. I call Rocket Roofing and they find the work order and warranty. A guy Luis answers the phone and says he will schedule me for an appointment and will contact me by end of the day. No call back. I call again the next day. Same thing. No answer. On the third day, he finally says a repairman will be out the next week on a Monday. Monday rolls around and what do you know, nobody shows up! Finally, I email on the company website to try to get an answer from somebody else. Alan, the owner, calls me and states a repairman named Luis will come by on a Thursday and he will reprimand his employees for giving me the runaround. Did it work? No. A repairman Luis says he will be there Tuesday for shingles repair after discussing with Alan. So, I wait around all day Tuesday and nobody shows up again! I called the repairman directly and do not get an answer. I email the boss and am simply ghosted. So, after 3 weeks of back and forth, I'm left with a lot of headache and frustration, but most importantly, not a single shingle or nail was installed on my roof. I have worked with many contractors and handymen over the years, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Rocket Roofing simply has bad business practices, poor customer service, false claims about work warranty, and they've wasted my time and taken my money. Do not use them. Please go elsewhere.
