So when a bolt sheared off underneath the mover on the pully assembly, we all started putting our heads together to try an get this taken care of for the Veteran. Stauffers was very willing to help, in fact when it came down to picking up the mower and returning it to the Veteran we where surprised to find out Stauffers would not allow us to pay for the repair. I took the chainsaw back and they said that they said it was flooded with fuel. They blew all the fuel out. Fixed it up and gave it back to me. I went home and it continued to have the same issues. I eventually got it to work but boy oh boy, was it a hassle. The next day, I returned the chainsaw and he was very kind to void all charges of the rental. He didn't have to do that because I was still able to use it for what I needed. I would recommend this place because the customer service was spot on.
