Took the device back to the rental company explained my problem and they promptly refunded the money. Really should get a 5 for their service, but I had to return it and wasted some time. I have rented trailers from Fallbrook equipment rentals and have had issues with their trailers several times. Flat and bald tires. Bad trailer wiring not working as well. I shared this with the dispatcher, but they don't seem to make any changes. I needed a trailer this week and gave them another chance. The trailer lights didn't work, and the yard guy didn't even bother to check them out. I didn't have time to go back so I delt with it. Also, the tires on this trailer were low on-air pressure as well. The recommended tire pressure on the side of the tire states 65 PSI cold. Both tires had between 30 - 32 PSI. I am going back to U haul for my trailers they are normally in new condition and reliable. Also, as I was driving away after dropping of this junky trailer there was a truck ahead of me pulling a utility trailer from Fallbrook rentals with only 1 tail light. The good thing was that the one light did work on this one. read more

Guy's a really good salesman. I was on the fence about renting a front loader tractor and his marketing skills sold me. They dropped the equipment off in a timely manner. The tractor moved like it was brand new - smooth with nice power steering. The salesman misinformed me about the price. The website said it rented for $175 but it ended up costing me $300. He was honest about the taxes but the delivery fee was outrageous. With that said, Fallbrook equipment rental will be my second choice & with extreme caution on pricing. read more

I highly recommend Fallbrook Equipment Rental. I have rented from them well over 25 times the past 10 years and have always received top notch service, with great equipment at a great price. Let's see, I've rented a tiller, ditch witch (several times), boom lift, stump grinder, front loader, tractor, lawn aerator (several times), multiple trailers, wood splitter, power washer, lawn roller and probably several other pieces of equipment that I can't remember. I've had trouble with their equipment only one time when the pull cord snapped on a ditch witch. Fallbrook Rentals had someone at my house within 30 minutes to repair the equipment and have me on my way. At this point I don't shop around, I simply go to Fallbrook Rentals for everything as I know I will get good equipment at a fair price. The final thing I will say about this place is that they are fast and make sure you are taken care of. Typically, I am in and out of there with a trailer hooked up and dragging my equipment home within 10 minutes of arriving. Let me say this about the employees from the managers in the office to the yard guys... No one is over the top weird friendly. You know what I'm talking about if you go to places where they're forced to ask you about your day and how you're doing. Everyone you deal with is simply good at their job, wants to make sure you're proficient in the tools you're renting and will genuinely treat you right. I can't recommend this place enough. They have good equipment at a fair price and every employee I have ever dealt with has been awesome. read more

Very happy with my experience at Fallbrook rentals. I live in Temecula but come down here to rent my equipment because they always have equipment in stock and ready to go. The equipment is always clean, typically newer and doesn't break down because they do all there services on there equipment, there is nothing worse than having a rented piece of equipment break down on you in the middle of job (ask me how I know) . Prices are lower than most other equipment rental places around. I just returned a wood chipper, worked excellent and I paid $80 less a day than any rental yard in Temecula.
