This Store knocks it out of the park. They have an amazing beautiful show room with every device and gizmo you can imagine inside. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. They help me with every single issue. I bought an echo low noise blower and was extremely happy with it. It was fully assembled ready to go off the shelf and he gave me great tips on how to use it. The only suggestion I can give them is to make sure they have some plastic funnels in stock next time. Other than that this place is a 10 out of 10 in every aspect read more

I bought a new Honda mower here. Honda made a design change that causes the rear drive wheels to spin and slip in the grass. Unsatisfied, I tried to return the mower after one use. Lawn Mowers Plus refused to allow a return. I will not be shopping here any more. I guess they are not concerned with customer satisfaction. read more

The lawnmower repair shop in Leucadia shut down so this place must be getting all of the north county repair work these days. It took 2.5 weeks to get our lawnmower back, so that is our only complaint. The service was super friendly and they didn't try to sell us on unnecessary things. David's snarky response about the poor behavior of his counter employee (the gentleman was perfectly fine) and is obnoxious comment about whether or not I used my machine just shows why you shouldn't take your business here. Charging $30 bucks to tell me exactly what I told them the day I walked in and then not ordering the parts is bad service from a company you should avoid. Refusing to refund my money because to quote the counterwoman "Shouldn't our mechanics get paid" is awful. Chargeback already requested for failure to provide service. read more

Horrible horrible customer service walked in no customers was only one there took a while to get attended, and took my stihl BR600 blower to get fix it took them 3 weeks to fix all it had was carbon build up I think I took them to long to fix it. Only good thing they got is there tools other then that zero stars will not go there again. read more

I brought my Stihlman chainsaw into Lawnmowers Plus expecting to drop it off, wait 2 weeks for repair and then drive back out from Encinitas to San Marcos. What a great surprise.....I was helped immediately, told that it was a simple repair, (bearing burned out). I was also told that I should replace the chain. I asked that they check the sparkplug, sure enough, burned out. I was in and out of there in 1/2 hour, reasonable price, and amazing service and help! I love this place. I know the Owner personally and he is the only person I trust when it comes to all my equipment. I found the people working there to be kind, hard working people. They gave me a great deal and helped me find the right equipment I needed which wasn't the most expensive. They could have charged me alot more than they did. I am grateful for this store. I purchased a Stihl trimmer from them one day last week. That evening I used it for a couple of hours and then put it away. The following evening after work I attempted to use it again but it failed to start. The next day I took the trimmer back to Lawnmowers Plus and they immediately started working on it. It was fixed by that afternoon and I was able to pick it up on my way home from work. These guys are awesome! read more

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dropped my mower off repair. Waited 6 days before I called them to find out the problem. They told me..." we are a very busy place and don't even look at your mower for 2 weeks". Why the hell wasn't I told that when I dropped it off?? Received a call 2 weeks after drop off and told a part had to be ordered and I would have my mower back in 10 days. Well...that was a week ago and no calls from this place. I just called and was told that my part still hadn't come and they have now had my mower for 4 WEEKS with no answers as to when it might even be ready! Please avoid this place at all cost. The repair person, Terry, is very belligerent and uncooperative on the phone. He kept saying to me "This is a very busy shop". Well guess what Terry....as a customer I don't care to hear your excuses about having my mower for 4 weeks. Hire more people in your shop is so busy so you can more adequately and efficiently work on your customers products!!! read more

These guys gave me sound, realistic advice about a chainsaw repair. They diagnosed a problem that another shop had actually created. Rather then fleece me for more money they advised me on another path that didn't earn them anything. I wish I had brought my saw here first. read more
