I'll give 5 stars for honesty any day! I went in today because a thermal relief valve busted off in…read moremy pressure washer, and needed a professional to remove it and fix it. After explaining my options to me, the guy asked if there was anything else going on with it, and I said the choke stays on a lot of the time. He looked up prices on a new pump in case he couldn't get the other piece out, added labor into it, and was so honest by telling me that I'd be better off throwing it in the trash and starting over. He could've taken me for a ride on the repairs, but that's not the type of business they run. Good for them to be one of the last businesses that have a conscience. They don't kiss your butt when you go in there, but they aren't "dicks" or "asses" as stated in a review that I saw. I think by putting something like that on a review makes you look like the dick. If you want people to kiss your ass on the daily, become a congressman.

I've rented stuff from various rental places including Home Depot (The worst!). This place has…read morebeen incredible. If I have a tool out for an extra hour, they don't make a big deal about it. I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!

I'm not sure if it was because I was younger or a female or maybe just was there but the guy seems very miserable in their life and I hope their day gets better tomorrow because yikes.
