If I could give JaeBug Trailer Rentals 10 stars, I would! From the first interaction to the very…read morelast, this small business exceeded our expectations in every way. We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at JaeBug Trailer Rentals was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect trip. They even provided thoughtful touches like extra blankets and kitchen supplies, making us feel right at home. The process was so easy, I'm seriously considering never taking our trailers out again, selling them, and just using JaeBug Trailer Rentals for all our future trips. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the units and the outstanding service. I can't wait to rent from them again, even though we have our own trailers. Thank you, JaeBug Trailer Rentals, for making our trip unforgettable!

I had a rental scheduled for a dump truck, and the truck they had for me broke down, so they rented one from a competitor just to make sure I had one, even knowing that it would likely cost them more than I was paying for it. Add to that, the dump truck they rented, didn't have the same tow hitch as the one required for the bobcat I rented and had planned to tow with it, so they delivered and picked it up at no additional charge. Since I wasn't able to tow it, I also wasn't able to fuel it back up after use, and they didn't charge me for that either! Since then, I've rented a dump truck and bobcat from them a second time, a jack hammer, and most recently, a concrete coring tool. I've yet to be disappointed with any of my rentals, pricing, availability, or their ability to bend over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I've been working with Mark as my sales rep, but they are all very happy to be of assistance! I highly recommend you consider them for your future rental needs! I know I will!

From the first interactions about inquiries to picking up the RV from the campgrounds, they provided great customer service, answered my questions with kindness. They were available through phone calls and texts, their responses were quick. For me, the quick responses was a huge deal and, for this reason, I will definitely be renting from them again. The RV we rented was the 29.5' Jayco SLX. It was brand new, so clean and had a lot of small details that made our stay comforting. They provided a smart tv, bluetooth speakers on the RV itself, an extension cord, games like Giant Jenga and dominoes, sheets and blankets for all the beds, towels, dishes, cooking pots/pans, chairs for the beach. I was just so impressed. I have a video that will be posted so you can see. When the RV trailer was dropped off, it was before my arrival which was great. Everything was set up. When it was picked up, they were there on time before our departure. It felt so easy to rent from this company. Saying how great renting an RV tailer for the first time was amazing is an understatement. 10/10 https://ecoescaperentals.com/

We only rented for two days at campland by the bay. It was a rainy day on our last stay. And the heater was out of propane. Which really sucked. Especially since we had babies with us.
