Very appreciative for the excellent service! The did exactly what was requested. I highly recommend them

Keeping it short and Not-Sweet: I was on College BLVD driving my SUV. A work truck from this company didn't secure the waste fully in the back of his truck.. there was 3 cars including myself affected. There was trash and bags flying and the driver did NOT stop and pull over. Inconsiderate for others on the road and a safety hazard! DO BETTER! read more

Drivers are completely unsafe and nearly ran my dog and daughter over in north park. They cut us off as we walked and instead of yielding they ridiculed us and told us to "have a nice day". With so many other options, go with someone else. read more

So I've used this company in the past and had a positive experience. Today I asked for a quote and sent a pic of the items to be removed and the owner Matthew quoted 3 TIMES the amount they charged me to remove 3 times the amount of items from 2 locations!!! He mentioned a "minimum" that they never had before. Either they are under new management or have been smoking something to charge the astronomical amount they tried to charge me. Needless to say I am not using them again. I found a different company with a more reasonable price for the same exact items. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend these folks. Such a shame. read more

I hired I-Haul to hall away some junk in my garage and I was pleased with the results.

Fluffy cleaned out the burrow after Mrs. Bunny filled it with too much darn stuff. After a helpful Yelp search, the great folks at I-Haul made life livable again. I can finally see the dirt on both walls. And the ceiling of my burrow has never been dirt less. Fluffy gives O'Side I-Haul all five hearty carrots. The high marks for these guys are well deserved. Hop on! Fluffy read more

I just was reading all the reviews. I really thought that the entire crew was exceptional. I especially appreciate how Matt responded to the one bad YELP review which I think shows that this business is committed to customer service and doing an excellent job. I would feel confident recommending them to my closest friends. Highly recommend. read more

5-star service! I was really impressed with this company. They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. I had forgotten that I had a few more extra items in our garage, so I was worried they would charge me more. However, they didn't increase the price estimate they had given me over the phone. If I have another opportunity to use a hauler, I will definitely call them again! read more

I had a old camper shell I had to dispose of and after calling a few other places this was the only one who called me back right away. They were professional on the phone, he explained all items were recycled, reused, or donated which was important to me and he quoted a very reasonable price, half what the other quote was that I received hours later from another service. Scheduled a pick up for 9am the next day and he was at my door at 8:58am. Professional, on time, good prices, and environmentally conscious. I highly recommend I-Haul and would use their service again. read more

Our hot tub went from being a relaxing oasis to an eyesore over the years. I called around to the local removal places - a few never bothered to call back. I emailed I-Haul, and promptly received a reply and quote. The prompt reply, quote and fact that they emphasized recycling made me go with them. They were running a few minutes behind on the pick-up date, but called me right away to let me know. When they got there - they went to work right away and never stopped until the former hot tub area was cleaned and empty. Mark and James were professionals all the way - even our dog liked them and she's the biggest critic in the house. :) Highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Matt and his entire team were great helping my family move. We needed help on short notice, and they were at my home on time. I highly recommend ihaul! Grill Master Bruce read more

I texted I haul to remove trash from a remodel. I haul came out the same day and removed all the trashed as agreed and cleaned the area. The two guys that came out were very friendly and professional. I will use I haul again and would recommend them to my friends. read more

I've known Matt and Mark for years. Anthony married my husband and I. These are family guys and super awesome. I'm not writing this review because they are my friends, but because they are great workers. I worked at a storage company in Carlsbad and recommended them to haul away our abandoned goods. The storage company still uses I Haul thoughout San Diego county. I am now at a different storage company and we also use I Hauls' services. They have great prices and are hard workers. On a personal note...I am very proud of Matt. I was there when he put the first I Haul sticker on his first I Haul vehicle (ugly tan van.) My husband and I have watched him and his company grow. We are proud of his success and wish him and his company the best. read more

I called to have a major amount of things removed from my property and they were onsite that very day to do so. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and listened to detail. On top of that. they took extra time to clean the residue left by the junk they removed. Couple that with the price being extremely reasonable, I-Haul rocks, If you have junk/stuff that needs to be hauled, this is the company for you. A+++++ read more

Hire these guys. I needed my dad's place emptied to get it ready for sale. I texted some photos. They agreed to come early the next day. I was nervous because I was driving over two hours and hoped they'd show. They were exactly on time, super helpful, did a great job and I was amazed the final price was lower than the top end estimated, They said they donate the better stuff and named the exact charities I had wanted to donate to myself but it was too difficult for me to manage various pickups. Seriously. Don't even worry. Hire Matt and his wonderful brothers. read more

If your in the market to have anything taken out don't worry about lifting anything call I-haul excellent customer service fast response time. We got rid of heavy furniture and an old hot tub and they were extremely efficient and professional they have my vote. Support local read more

Decided to use I-Haul because of the Yelp reviews. Super glad I did. Friday, out of curiosity, I submitted an online request and Matt called me within 15 minutes. My husband thought he could save us money and do it ourselves. Come Sunday, my husband realized the error in his decision making (thank goodness) and I ended up calling I-Haul. They were able to come pick up our stuff within an hour, on a Sunday! They gave us a great deal and were super friendly. I love supporting local and so happy we used I-Haul. Will use them again if we move back to this area. read more

I-Haul is amazing. Extremely fast response time. Professional and friendly workers. Would highly recommend. I had them chop a 7 seater hot tub and they were done in a little over an hour. You won't be disappointed. read more

Anthony from iHaul came and cleared out our remodel debris this afternoon and did a fantastic job. He was a great guy and was very contentious about taking the right stuff and making sure he got it all. Companies I've used in the past have been below average, I will definitely call iHaul for future jobs! Great rates and service! read more

Used I-Haul multiple times for debris removal from a remodel I was doing myself. Guys were great and worth their weight in gold! I had everything set up in the garage and they were in and out in no time. Had no problem with anything I was trying to get rid of. Once everything was loaded they even swept up the garage and driveway. For a person who doesn't have a truck or hauler and you need to have stuff removed this is the best option, great price for loading, hauling, and disposing. Would highly recommend their services to anyone. read more

Wow. Really fast response and job completion! We needed an old spa removed quickly. We sent a late afternoon request to them and they responded within an hour. We had a quote and scheduled time for the very next day. The crew was prompt and thorough, down to sweeping the driveway before leaving. I would recommend them for any hauling or spa removal job! read more

We called to have them come out to remove a pile of misc junk that has been piling up gradually over the 40 years our grandfather has lived in his house. Scheduling was flexible and they were here within about 10 minutes of the scheduled time. Anthony couldn't have been nicer as well as the other guy (I forgot his name). They got right to work and hauled off a full truck load of junk that would have taken us forever to remove ourselves. No complaints at all about their service. If we ever get around to remodeling again, we'd definitely use iHaul again to help clean up the mess. I wish I knew about them when we were remodeling our last house. It would have been a lot cheaper (and easier) to hire them instead of renting a dumpster from the city. read more

I am so excited for this company and their level of service that even before I actually can utilize it I am writing this review! Just based off my interaction with them prior to my needs I cant wait to book them! I'm moving at the end of the month and have to get my junk out and my stuff moved because i dont have a car. They are already so attentive and eager to please! read more

I have been using Ihaul for over 2 years for my real estate business. Matt and his crew are always helpful and reliable. Ihaul has done REO trashouts for me, and also demo and removal of a home remodel. Best of all their pricing is very competitive. Don't waste your time with other flaky expensive hauling companies. read more

So many good parts about this business. These prices destroyed the competition. Never go to Got Junk. I help my dad do stuff like this, but we're having an engagement party rolling up. I knew the labor intensity and work load and Mark and James killed it. Extremely impressive and clearly the best option for this line of work. read more

I would definitely recommend contacting I-Haul. You got junk? Whatever you need picked up they'll come and help you out. You need something demo-ed hit them up! Great services, great customer service, great people! read more

Wow, what can I say about I-Haul that hasn't already been said in the previous 5-star reviews. These guys are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. I didn't have a ton of things to pick up, but what I had was no joke and it included an absurdly heavy and oversized tube TV that was wedged in a space way too small for it. Needless to say, it was no challenge for Mark and Al (I believe) who tackled it with no problem. They were on time and Matt worked with me to get somebody out to the house as soon as possible. Everybody is so personable and willing to go above and beyond. And the prices are nothing short of amazing. You'd be hard pressed to find any junk removal better than I-Haul. So impressed. If you need junk removal, hauling, demo - whatever - these are the guys to call. A+++++. read more

I was very pleased with I Haul. I was afraid to use strangers or the Craigslist people and was very happy with this company. They showed up when they said they would. If you are reading reviews and looking for a company to do hauling for you I will honestly say "look no further'....these guys are great! Our 70 foot fence we share with a neighbor fell down on our side of the yard during a windy and rainy storm and the neighbors bailed out on helping my Mom and I clean up the mess. I was completely at a loss as to what to do about this problem since our neighbors told us that they would be helping with the process and then after a 3 week delay of looking at this eye sore they come over to tell us they are not helping after all. I called I HAUL because of the great reviews they have here on Yelp and spoke with Matt, I explained our situation and he said he could have his guys come out the following day with a big enough truck to take these huge 8 foot sections of fence away for us at a great price. He was completely professional, courteous and kind just like the guys "James" and "Mark" who showed up to do the job. They were both very nice and got started right away, they quickly got rid of all the loose wood first and then started on the large pieces. I was amazed at how fast they worked and when they were finished loading they even helped pick up all the smaller wood debris that was scattered all over the yard! These guys are very thorough, not a sign was left of that huge mess and I am forever grateful! Thank you I HAUL - you have a customer for life! read more

I asked these guys to come out to Poway. They gave me a competitive price, showed up within a few hours from my request, and most importantly were polite and respectful to my wife and did a great job. Don't hesitate to call them. read more
