My tenants left behind a bunch of junk in the backyard, front yard and the garage. I called and texted a picture of what needed to be hauled away. I was a little worried because I'm remote. We scheduled a visit and they did a beautiful job of removing a pool table, tire, punching bag, wheel barrow, a play structure and a bunch of other stuff. He gave me a good deal. I love how they take before and after pictures. I was able to pay online with a credit card. I would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

We own and operate a Junk Removal company in the same area as Junk Valet. We've been lucky to work together with Robert, the owner, on many occasions. When we are booked full we confidently refer him and he does the same. As a professional in the trade, I highly recommend Junk Valet for your junk removal needs. -Joshua from GI Junk Away Fallbrook read more

I did your normal web search and called several companies to remove a variety of miscellaneous items I had in a storage locker. Out of all the companies, Junk Valet rose to the top of my list immediately. They answered my call right away, I gave them the information needed for a quote. They quoted based on the information given. They came exactly when they said they would arrive. They only charged me for what they quoted. They were extremely professional, cautious of their surroundings and did an excellent job for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Junk Valet, a great and honest company. Robert Templeton and his crew made my customer experience the best I could have expected!! Thank you. read more

These guys are THE BEST!!!!!! My brother in law is a contractor who uses them and therefore recommended them to me. Less than 24 hours after contacting them, our metal shed was removed. They were polite, professional and exceptionally efficient! It seemed like they had our shed down and loaded in their truck in less than half and hour. Not only were they fast, but they did a thorough job and left the empty space looking clean. I will definitely use them again! THANK YOU!! read more

Called the number and talked with Robert. He sent me a text and I sent him a picture of what I needed hauled away. We quickly worked out a price and set up a time for the next morning for pick up. The next day, Shane called me a half-hour before arriving and arrived when he said he would. Shane and Alonzo made quick work of hauling the items and I couldn't be happier with how it was handled. I'll definitely be calling back when I need hauling services again. read more

They sent me a quote within 20 minutes of requesting it, and they were true to what they quoted. Called Robert got a quote I could live with, he and his assistant came to Fallbrook to dispose of a couch that was driving me insane. Robert is very personable and easy to talk to. His service is quick, efficient and punctual. He'll be hearing from me again I recommend Robert highly. Don't go anywhere until you have spoken with Robert. read more

I just had Drew and Sean from Junk Valet come clear the massive amount of junk from my yard. To say I am pleased with the service would be a giant understatement. These guys were professional, courteous, and efficient. They came exactly on time, cleared everything out in less than 30 minutes, and left me one happy customer. The cost was extremely reasonable. I would most highly recommend them. read more

Needed an old dishwasher picked up, but the trash company (edco) wouldn't be able to pick up for 2 weeks. Being impatient, I called around to local junk removal companies. Robert at Junk Valet initially recommended I call Edco to save some money, which was thoughtful. I explained that I'd prefer not to wait, and since would be in my area on another job, he cut me a deal and picked it up the following day. They didn't have to do any of those things, but went out of their way to accommodate me regardless. They seem like good people, down to earth, not just out to make a buck off you any way they can. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend. read more

Did an awesome job of clearing my backyard of debris from our move in. Robert Templeton is very professional and also a veteran that owns the business. Called for service and they showed up the next day. Couldn't recommend a better business for junk removal. Robert and his team hit a home run in my opinion (better yet a game winning grand slam). read more

Tom was great! He let me know exactly when he would be here. He arrived on time, quoted me a price (which was VERY REASONABLE), did the job within 20 minutes and was out. My side yard looks fabulous because of Junk Valet. I highly recommend them! read more

This is the first time I've ever hired someone to haul away my own construction debris and the crew from Junk Valet knocked it put of the park with their service. Robert helped me choose the best option for my job and communicated with me through out the entire process. His boys Hayden and Bryson, worked their behinds off to haul away all of the concrete I demoed. Both of them and Robert were very professional and respectful the entire time. I didn't realize the magnitude of the job at the time. I figured it was going to be maybe a $700 dollar. But after them hauling away almost Ten tons of concrete I knew it was going to be way over the what I had anticipated. Robert noticed the same and again he helped me with the price as well as gave me options on payment. Overall I'm very happy with Junk Valets work and would recommend them to anyone! Great work guys I'll give you a call next time I have more work for you! -Gustavo read more

Robert was exactly what you look for in a professional. He showed up on time. he gave a clear explanation of what challenges he needed to accomplish in the project and how much time was going to be required. He also gave a clear breakdown of the costs. He completed the work on time as estimated and the costs or as estimated. He and his teammate were very easy to communicate with and cleaned up afterwards. It was a pleasure working with him and would recommend him to anybody read more

Update to first review, May 2018. Another terrific experience with this company. I got an immediate response and they scheduled me on the requested day. I had a 2 hour pick up window. They texted when they were on the way, at the beginning of the 2 hour window which was great, and they arrived very shortly after. Gary and Drew were very nice, and Gary even swept up some dirt that fell out of one of the yard items being disposed. The most professional and efficient service company we've worked with. Don't bother calling anyone else - Junk Valet is so great! I LOVE this company! So happy I called them. I had 2 mattresses for pick up, called our local waste management company. Their prices were okay but they require that the mattresses be completely wrapped in plastic, and we would have to wait more than a week. Called Junk Valet, was connected to a live person immediately. He gave me a reasonable price, then quoted a same day pick up with a 2 hour window. I got a follow up text saying they were running late, which I really appreciated, then texted back to say they were actually on the way, earlier than expected. Joshua arrived, introduced himself, and was professional and so personable. Junk Valet is now my go-to for any junk pick up. I'm not easily impressed, but these guys are awesome! read more

Junk Valet is awesome! They by far had the best prices on yelp. I emailed them for an estimate on an old couch in my garage I wanted to get rid of. I received an email from them within 10 mins. I was able to schedule a day and time that worked for me. On the morning of my pickup I received a text from Drew who introduced himself and gave me a time frame of when he would be here. The best part was, I also got a picture of Drew. For a female, this made me feel better knowing who would be arriving. Drew and Sean arrived on time and were very friendly. The loaded the couch quickly, I made my payment right there and they were off. Total transaction was quick and easy. I will definitely be using them again and refer my friends and family. read more

Drew and Shane were professional and fast! They came out in a compacted timeframe and kicked serious butt!! Thank you!!

The first time I spoke with Robert about the couch I needed to have removed, he said he would be happy to help and gave me a quote. Then he asked me if I had contacted Waste Management, as they may do it for free. He wanted to see if he could 'help save me money'. WHAT?? A real honest guy? Well I could not get ahold of WM and found out it may be awhile before they could get out. I called Robert back and said 'Your Hired'. He was on time, friendly, professional and as noted before 'Honest'. I will always recommend and if need be use Robert again and again. read more

Had a large heavy desk I needed to get rid of quickly. I found them online, they came out the next day took the desk and then a bunch of other stuff that had been sitting around for over a year. Very nice guys and affordable!! Definitely will use again! read more

Shane and Sean came by yesterday to pick up at my mother's house. They did a great job of taking what we had originally requested plus some extra stuff items. The cost was very reasonable even with the additional items we added. They were professional, efficient, and when they were done, they used a blower to clean up the area they just cleared. And Ryan, who helped schedule the appointment, was helpful and managed to get me an appointment with just a few days notice. We will be using them again. read more

Veteran owned and operated company in Vista. I got an estimate over the phone, and set up an appointment. They showed up on time and hauled away some old furniture pretty quickly. They have a X large truck so they have the capability to haul away a lot of junk. The owner showed up, and he and his staff were courteous to me. I very much appreciated that they were respectful to me and didn't treat me unequal for being a minority woman. I had been dealing with a lot of workers of other companies lately that would ignore me and only wanted to talk to my husband about the job; so these guys were a refreshing change. Very professional, I would recommended Junk Valet. read more

They were prompt, cleaned the driveway before the left and were friendly. Ben and Scott were very professional!

I recently worked with Junk Valet in Oceanside and highly recommend them. From Ryan on the internal side, to Drew and his co worker being on time and very efficient. They removed every single thing in the condo and did it all professionally in a tricky situation. I have already referred them to several colleagues and glad to recommend them. They will be the first people I call next time when we need their services!! read more

This is the second time I've used Junk Valet and each time has been exceptional. I'm grateful to Robert and his employee. Scored myself a pile of what I thought were pavers but turned out to be giant chunks of sidewalk weighing hundreds of pounds. I sent him a picture, he called me back with a quote and was there within the hour! So glad he was able to do that. I planned on them hauling it all away, but he talked to me about what I had planned and then solved my problem better by jackhammering the pieces so I could actually use them. They were polite, friendly, hard working and fast. read more

Talked to Robert and he said he can do a quote now. I requested tomorrow and we set a time. When we met he was polite, professional, and presentable. I had a number in my head of what I thought would be a fair price to pay before he arrived and when he arrived he quoted exactly that. I asked when he can do it and he replied "I can do it right now" and so he did. Thank you Robert for making it as painless as possible. He struck me as just a good, professional person. No complaints. read more

I wasted so much time calling other junk haulers when I should have only made one call. These guys came to my home, and gave me a quote for hauling, loading debris, and disposal that I could not pass up. Their truck hauls more stuff then 800 junk and their price was lower. I got more for less. Thank you Robert and Pete for a job well done. read more
