We first started using Junk King about a year ago after hearing wonderful things from friends and neighbors. That's when we had the pleasure of meeting Roland and his team, who helped clear out years of junk left behind by the previous owners. From there, Roland became part of our remodel journey--always showing up with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help. Honestly, I've caught myself wishing he worked for me full-time! Fast forward to today, we recently hosted a big family gathering in our newly finished home. With all the extra trash bags afterwards, we made one quick call--and within hours Roland and the Junk King team had everything cleared away. Absolute lifesavers! Thank you, Roland and our Junk King Angels, for making such a difference in our home and our lives. We are so grateful!

I booked a 5-7 PM appointment, and at 5:00 I was told it would be closer to 8:00. At 8:00, I was told it might be delayed until 9:30 or even the next day. After waiting hours with junk in my living room, I explained this was unacceptable (I have young kids). The manager then called and was dismissive and unprofessional, telling me I had no right to be upset and offering no solution, later hanging up on me. Customers deserve respect and reliability, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Do you want me to also create a polished, more formal version that you could send directly to corporate along with this review?

I was so embarrassed to hire someone for a family members clean out and he made us feel so comfortable and assured us he's there to help with no judgement. Was very professional, great communicator, and wasn't even afraid of the little furry friends that surprised us during the clean up. Something I could not have handled! The job was much bigger than we all expected and he happily offered to come back the next day, a Sunday on such short notice to finish out the job. True definition of a hard worker! Will absolutely recommend him to all friends and family and would hire again! If you're too embarrassed or afraid to hire someone, don't be! This is your team right here. They've seen it all!
