Pierre was great. Requested a quote via Yelp and received a quick response. He was also one of the haulers that was able to accommodate a weekend slot -- also happened to be on short notice in my case because I had an emergency and had to be out of town when I was initially hoping to get it taken care of. I had only been to the property once so didn't realize there was such limited access to the area we needed to get cleared out. Make sure to note any details such as limited parking, stair access only or whatever else that would make it harder to get to what needs to be taken away so he can give u an accurate estimate beforehand. I sent pics but didn't know to mention any of that so share as much as you can. Upon arrival, i mentioned the issues we noted and he was really flexible in accommodating the new requirements of this job. He gave us a quote and he got right to working. He's got a great personality and is amazingly fast. I wasn't quite sure if he'd be able to get out some of the stuff on his own but, sure enough, he made it happen. Not only was he responsive, he actually came out last minute to help us and to get started on the removal.
