Jay with Junk eXpress was incredible from start to finish. I reached out through Yelp and he responded within minutes--so fast, so professional, and ready to help right away. What really impressed me was how quickly he was able to come out. I had several very large, bulky items that felt overwhelming to deal with, and Jay handled everything with ease. He showed up promptly, worked efficiently, and made the entire process completely stress-free. It's rare to find someone who combines responsiveness, reliability, and genuine care for their customers the way Jay does. If you're looking for someone you can trust to get the job done quickly and professionally, he's your guy. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again--and honestly, I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommend! read more

On Friday night I had the brilliant idea to reorganize my room at 10pm and realized I needed to get rid of a queen size box spring ASAP. Living on the second floor definitely didn't help. My roommate recommended Junk eXPress, and I'm so glad she did. I messaged them in the morning and got a super quick response from Jay, who provided all the details and was able to schedule a same day pickup at a great price. Jay and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy. They accept cash and Venmo (but cash is king ). I'll definitely be using Junk eXPress again and highly recommend them if you need fast, reliable junk removal. Thanks again Junk exPress read more

Recently I had a need to remove some furniture. There were several pieces. It was also a challenging move as the sofa was oversized and would barely fit through the door. The people who moved it in wished us good luck on getting it out. Jay and his team were amazing!! They were prompt and responsive. They navigated the sofa through the doorway with no problems at all. The people who moved it in had to take the door off the hinges etc. Not so with Jay and his team. They're an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!! read more

Hard to give an estimate through pics.. it looked like a lot of junk to me! They showed up with a small truck, and packed in everything, like an advanced tetris game, all of it in about 90 minutes. And it was 100 degrees. And they mostly smiled. And the quote was the bill (a rarity with with junk-haul businesses). Can't go wrong with this these guys. read more
