He and Richard were both wonderful in terms of communicating when they would be arriving, confirming what they needed to take and what to leave, and were very professional and efficient overall. *COULD* i have done all that myself? Rent a truck, pack up my crap, take it to multiple locations to get rid of all of it - on top of even just figuring out what the hell to do with all of it? I called them needing last minute service(within 1 day) on a relatively large pick up- this pile, a lot of other misc. and additional large pieces of furniture to be broken down and removed inside. The two technicians Mike and Claudio were very customer service oriented and strategically filled 3/4 of the truck with proficiency in space management, even breaking down some large construction materials.
