Without question, if you need anything hauled away, this is the place. And I've used plenty of them. This was a last minute haul that was several truckloads. I called after a friend referred me and spoke to Dave. Clearly knew his business and made instant arrangements to clear an early time slot for us. I expected to be gouged, yet they were less money than even the places I found of Craigslist and other not so reliable places. Like a Swiss watch, they were dead on time. The crew was professional, fast and dare I say - kind. The work was super efficient, they left no mess, and before I could blink an eye they were gone. So was all our shit! I will definitely use them again than I highly recommend them not only where they fair. Joseph basically gave me a lot of useful information made me feel like I could trust him and the whole company. Dave returned my call before I could finish leaving a message and was able to help me clear out my Public Storage space the same day as my call. He seemed fairly honest about this type of service as I had never used one before. I called at 8:30 and met their 2 man team at noon. They were very 'efficient' and when we settled up they charged me for the 1/4 truckload bid, even though it seemed to occupy a bit more space. I would agree that with stacking to the top and mixing boxes to fill each the size would decrease so, yeah I'm happy they/we didn't have to do that to match the initial estimate. Their truck was illegally parked on the sidewalk so I walked through the open driveway and the guy started yelling at me, telling me I needed to walk in the street and calling me names. I told his was illegally parked and I wasn't walking in the street. They were very professional and responsive! We had a pick up service set up for Wednesday, and of course I forgot to mention the Fridge!!!!!!! They just came back to pick it up today and they hooked it up with no charge!!!! Deandre and Chris were the two gentlemen who made the pick up on Wednesday and returned today! While I waited (not even a couple hours) for a response, I went ahead and booked on the easy scheduling tool on the website for a pick up on the following Monday morning (yes, less than 48 hours notice). The website was up to date which made the whole process smoother because I already had answers to a lot of my questions. Wow that was easy, fast and reasonably priced. We recently purchased some new furniture, along with all the home deliveries given store closures during COVID so the cardboard piled up. The fact that San Diego only picks up recycling twice a week, and has to fit in the blue bin didn't help. This would have taken literally months of breaking down and waiting to fit in blue bins. Wow! Called for a quote and same day they came out to give a quote and hauled away on the spot! Reasonable pricing, sure you could sit and get various quotes and maybe some would be a little better but in a time of moving you get to the point where you just want the junk gone!!
