We had a really difficult job for them - our huge aquarium was very heavy and our house is narrow to navigate in. They did a great job and went above and beyond. They were very careful with our belongings and very personable. They were even able to schedule the removal for the same day that I reached out to them, so the entire process took maybe an hour of my time. They communicated really well, texting reminders and calling when they were 30 minutes out.
