This summer has been about a fresh start and what better way to do that than to clean out clutter and junk. We've been researching haul companies and Eastline was recommended. Luis was so quick to reply and didn't solicit or push like others. He was so quick and even went to give me estimate the same evening (even though it was late). His price was super competitive with as it included labor and dumping. We didn't have to do A THING. He dissembled every large item and handled it himself. The smaller items he put into trash bags. And he did it all with the kindest hardest working attitude. I would 100% recommend this company !! Thank you Luis.

I thought that was really kind. We had a really difficult job for them - our huge aquarium was very heavy and our house is narrow to navigate in. They did a great job and went above and beyond. They were very careful with our belongings and very personable. They were even able to schedule the removal for the same day that I reached out to them, so the entire process took maybe an hour of my time. They communicated really well, texting reminders and calling when they were 30 minutes out. They were even able to come a little earlier than our scheduled time, and messaged to make sure that was OK. Excellent service! We would definitely call them again.

Victor Jr. worked with me to price the project based on pictures. (If you haven't used a junk removal service before, they prefer to come in person to give you a quote and take things right away. But you can request a quote based on pictures so that you get multiple offers.) The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. We'd use Acosta again if we ever need another junk removal in San Diego. Now if only they had a Northern CA branch to help with my own post-move cleanup.

Yelp messaged 5 business, 3 got back to me that day. Although Victor's quote was a bit higher than the others, we ultimately chose him because he had the most reviews and positive feedback. One of the reviews mentioned how he supported a kids lemonade stand and that won me over as well. Acosta offers military and first time customer discount. Victor initially told me that three people would be coming to work on our project. When his other team members finished a job nearby, he called them over, so there ended up being six workers total. They worked quickly and efficiently and made a big difference in getting everything cleared out. What really stood out was that they didn't just remove the junk -- they also swept and cleaned the area afterward, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with their work and professionalism. Because of the great experience, we decided to book them again for landscaping. I saw on several of his business photos before and after pictures of landscaping work. I asked if he could recommend a move out cleaning and will be working with the workers he suggested. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a responsive and hardworking junk removal team.

Sent them photos, got a response fast, and scheduling was easy. They showed up in the window they gave me which sounds basic but honestly reliability is everything with this kind of service. The crew was efficient and friendly. No attitude about the heavy stuff, no dragging their feet, just got in and got it done. The garage was clear faster than I expected and they didn't leave a mess behind. Pricing was straightforward too. No weird charges tacked on at the end, just what they quoted. The "we don't judge the pile" thing is real by the way. I was a little embarrassed about how much had accumulated and nobody made me feel bad about it for a second. If you've been putting off a cleanout because you don't know where to start, just text them some photos and let these guys handle it. Wish I had done it sooner.

I had a couple basic questions about pricing and availability and she made me feel like I was wasting her time. Short answers, no patience, zero friendliness. I wasn't asking anything complicated, just trying to figure out if this was the right company for the job. It wasn't. Or at least this interaction made that pretty clear. I get that people have bad days but when your the first point of contact for a business, how you treat potential customers matters. I hung up feeling genuinely put off and went with a different company instead, which ended up being a completely smooth experience. Maybe others have had great experiences here and I hope thats the case. But I can only speak to mine and mine was not good. Rude customer service from the jump is enough for me to look elsewhere.
