Frank was amazing to work with and his crew is top notch. The communication from Frank leading up to our exterior house painting project was exceptional. The crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They are hard working guys with attention to detail. I love the tenure Frank's crew has as the lead on our project has work from him for 9 years. Our house looks brand new! I would highly recommend O-Side to anyone!! read more

Frank helped us a couple of years ago painting a bathroom we were renovating and did a great job. This year we didn't hesitate to ask for his help in painting the exterior of our house along with two sheds in our back yard and another bathroom. He and his team, Erick, Noe and Ricardo did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results! read more

O-side did a great job with our project!! Some of the work was touch up paint and they did a great job matching the colors and finish. I had stair banisters that they repainted and turned out amazing! They were very detailed on the work and cleaned up well when they were done. I would use them again! Highly recommend! read more

O'side painting (Frank) was so easy to work with. I texted asking for a quote, Frank got back to me immediately with a quote. We set a date. Noe was the painter, he was polite and respectful. When a worker puts on shoe covers immediately that makes me so happy. The price was right and the room looks great. We'll definitely use them again. read more

After more than 4 paint jobs with this company, I have finally had enough and decided to move on to someone else. There's nothing wrong with the paint crew itself: they are hard working and professional. Unfortunately, they are not properly informed by the owner who conveniently forgets to tell them to paint areas included in the estimates, even after collecting the money for the job. The problem is with the owner Frank who, either because of old age or because of too much partying, is neglectful, forgetful and scatter-brained, to the point where four times, I had to bring back the crew because Frank (and no one else) forgot to tell them to do a segment that was included in the contract. And so, I recorded our conversation and took pictures and films of the areas to do last summer only to...come back and find that Frank forgot once again to tell the crew to do a whole side of the house that was left unpainted. Frank called it "miscommunication" even after I showed evidence it was included in our agreement, and said "we'll do it for sure "next time". Problem is, I already paid for a job that was incomplete and, because of Frank's lack of professionalism and consistency, I decided there won't be a "next time", because I'm sure he'll forget again this time and blame it on too much wine or not enough sleep. And what's worse is the insistence to do what was supposed to be done another time when I decide to do another segment, and he'll "throw this last one in too". I now completely veer away from this company, will never use again, and totally advise against using by ANYONE as too many mistakes, too many recalls and too many times did he simply "forget" to tell his crew to do one or other side, or other segment, one or other fascia, one corner etc... I'd rather avoid the headache and the argument and go somewhere else, even though he still owes me for a corner that was included in the previous estimate and bill, that was paid for, but was never completed. I would definitely not recommend this company, end of story. Frank does however, get an A+ at being a BS artist and salesman, not so at being consistent and professional. read more

O-Side Painting was absolutely fantastic to work with. The crew was professional, kind, and incredibly respectful of our home and property. They showed up on time each day, communicated clearly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. On top of that the price was fantastic! The house looks amazing. The paint is flawless, the prep work was thorough, and the attention to detail really shows. It completely transformed the exterior and gave everything such a fresh, clean look. We went from early 2000's tan to crisp white and black, very modern. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They truly care about the quality of their work and their customers. I would recommend O-Side Painting to anyone looking for great results and a smooth, stress-free experience. read more

Frank gave us a reasonable quote and the fascia painting was completed on schedule. We are satisfied with the quality of the work.

I reached out O-Side painting to get a quote on my main living area. Frank quickly responded to my request and he sent the quote by email a few days after that. I felt the quote was very reasonable. The whole experience was very positive from meeting with Frank to having his crew do the work. The guys were professional and they did a neat and beautiful job. I kept telling them how impressed I was. They didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. Best painters I've used! They cleaned up after they completed the job and put the extra paint in the garage. Thank you O-Side Painting. I'm looking forward to having you do more work in the future. read more

O-Side Painting - This is one room in the main living area - Painters Near Me

We had O-side Painting painted our interior back in August 2024. Frank was very responsive and his quote was very reasonable. His crew were professional, detail-oriented, and finished ahead of time. His paint product was Dunn-Edwards, which may be not as well known as SW or BM. I was not 100% confident with this product back then, but now I can say that it's comparable (if not better) with those big brands. I waited for 1.5 year before gave them a review to make sure their paint lasted. And yes, the paint now still look new just like the first day. read more

Frank and his team at O-Side Painting were awesome! We had gotten quotes from him a couple times over the years, but finally decided to move forward before selling our home -- and we're so glad we did. They completed exterior painting/stucco work plus most of the interior in just 3 days, and the house looks amazing. Frank was super helpful in guiding us on what was worth repainting or touching up to keep costs reasonable without sacrificing quality. The crew was on time every day, professional, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Highly recommend O-Side Painting! read more

Frank just painted my house. I got 3 bids and he turned out to be the least expensive. But that's not why I went with him. I found out he was the cheapest after I already made up my mind to hire him. Frank was the best communicator of the painters, and he will go above and beyond. At the end before collecting payment, he told me - "take a look, I just want you to be happy". A++ - thanks Frank. I loved working with Frank and his crew. Starting with Frank providing the bid, he was no-nonsense and I felt he asked a reasonable price for the services I wanted. He asked a lot of great questions so his crew would know what I wanted. His crew showed up and the Foreman asked me to walk him through and explain my expectations. The Foreman understood them all as Frank had already explained them to the Foreman; he was verifying that we were both on the same page. And we were! The crew was respectful of my home, worked fast, and paid attention to detail. When they left, you would never know they were here in that they cleaned everything up and put all furniture back where it was. I have had Frank's team paint the outside and inside of my house and they did a great job each time! I would not hesitate recommending O-side Painting! read more

Painters did not want to paint the outside of the house correctly. They sprayed inconsistently and left large sections that are heavy with paint and other sections little paint. Looks like patch work job. Worst of all the painters came with a bad attitude. Beware of these other reviews. read more

Quick response, great work, reasonable prices. Local painter. What more do you need? Would definitely recommend them.

Frank and team did an awesome job! Fair straightforward pricing, no BS upselling of things you don't need. High quality Dunn Edwards paint. They checked all the boxes and the house looks great. Definitely reccomend! read more

Frank and his team did an amazing job on painting the exterior of our house. We had received quotes from multiple paint contractors and we chose to go with O-Side painting. Frank was highly communicative and flexible which my husband and I really appreciated. We had extensive wood rot and repairs to complete before he could paint and we had to bend the timeline, but Frank was understanding and flexible with us. His team worked quickly and paid close attention to details along with preparation to make sure that our paint looked perfect. They showed up on time and cleaned up each day before they left. They also didn't spill any paint or overspray anywhere. Our paint looks perfect and it gave our house a major transformation which was desperately needed. We highly recommend Frank and his team at O-Side painting. read more

We hired O-Side Painting at the recommendation of a neighbor, and we are completely happy with the great work, the quality, the professionalism and kindness of the workers, the prompt responses, everything. We have a two-story stucco condo with trim, and it is not easy to access the back of the house, but they did, hauling the equipment and paint and heavy ladders. They went above and beyond. We would hire them again anytime, and happily recommend them to others. read more

I quoted five or six outfits. Frank was one of two who inspected the job before quoting. The quote was quite competitive but, gee, can I trust that 5-star rating? Yes! I'm glad I did. They showed up on time, discussed what they were going to do and how, did excellent work, and left the place spotless. Crew chief Adolfo gave me a quick job summary upon finishing, and even pointed out a paint drip leftover from the original painting years ago, noting that it was already there. "Yes, I know....I've been looking at it for years!", I said. I only point out that tidbit because it shows how meticulous they were. In a service business, every job will get done somewhere between one star and five. Also, every day and every job is different. As for my job, I can say that O-Side earned another 5-star rating. read more

The BEST ever!!!! We love Frank and his team! Did a great job! Was also happy with the work! I highly recommend Frank and his team!

Great experience with Frank and his team at O-Side Painting! Frank was very detailed in his walk through and assessment of painting my house.
