Finally the tree got cut back, no more berries, whoo hoo! The aftermath on the sidewalk was horrific. It was stained, to what I thought, was beyond repair. Then along came Rolling Suds to the rescue! (Their office also happens to be our office neighbor) They scrubbed and power washed our walkway to a gleaming white! We are so thankful for their efforts. The employees were a pleasure to work with as well. Highly recommend them!!

Ultimately, they sent out a Plummer to break up all the mud that was apparently washed into our drains. We had water and mud leak into our skylight and between the windows in our living room. We had to replace our skylight and get new window glass. Just a few things to be cautious of when getting your roof cleaned. Unfortunately, you're not outside watching this so ask a lot of questions to be sure you don't have the same outcome.

I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!
