We got our windows done yesterday after two years in a new build community. Needless to say,after that amount of time, the construction, landscaping and weather left all of our windows DIRTY. I am a big fan of YELP so started looking at companies and reading reviews. Gary was extremely responsive. He was punctual. And the job that he and his partner did was exceptional! He power washed the entire exterior and cleaned all of the windows inside and out and washed all the screens by hand. It looks like a different house. I can cross this project off the to-do list and put Gary in my book as a preferred provider for my window washing needs. He is reasonable and fair and his pricing is the best bang for your buck! Maybe there was an accident....maybe something happened to their family, etc. Having said that, I figured I would try to call him from a different line than the one I had been previously using to leave messages and texts from. SHOCKER!!! He picked up on the first ring, then proceeded to tell me that he had to go to Mexico because his grandmother had passed away, and he had to deliver her body down there. Wow, that is completely tragic, and I wouldn't want anybody to go through that. He also claimed he would call me back within the hour to firm things up for the next day. Well after 4+ hours, that never happened. He just continued to string me along. Based on a lot of the one-star yelp reviews I read....Somehow, I have the funny feeling that he's had a lot of relatives pass away and have to be delivered down to Mexico. If you're looking for any kind of rain gutter work to be done on your house, Marcelino and the other folks at First Choice may be a good fit for you. If you like being quoted great pricing, then ghosted, lied to, inconvenienced, and left feeling like you completely wasted your time with a moron, then give First Choice a call. It gave me the creeps thinking that we would've never thought to do this unless our insurance threatened to drop us. I have to say, the process of scheduling and working with Jeremy was painless but the clean up was far from easy. We have a 4500 sq. ft house and an additional 2 car detached garage so a lot of surface space to cover. 22 years of crud, that sludge has to go somewhere. Kyle did an AMAZING job washing everything down around the house but the red coloring of the roof stained our concrete in areas so we to go over it several times with our own pressure washer after Jeremey left to get that coloring removed. We have a long drive way so that was the area of most concern. Had I known this would be the case, I would've paid to have the sidewalks done as well. So, if your roof is red, I'd suggest paying a bit extra for a thorough cleaning of walls of your home AND the concrete. We are so pleased with the service that Washed Out provided and would highly recommend. Several of our neighbors came by and were amazed at the work done so we were happy to share Jeremy's information. We will definitely add them to our list of regular home maintenance vendors and hope you consider Jeremy and his team for your pressure washing needs.

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

Working with this company has been a deeply frustrating experience. While the work itself was fairly decent and the pricing wasn't bad, the lack of communication--and frequent miscommunication--has led to increasingly hostile and threatening behavior from the owner. Unfortunately, this has escalated to threats against my job, my family, and myself. The owner, Gary, has shown a complete lack of professionalism, and even after attempting to resolve the issues and negotiate pricing fairly, I've been met with a barrage of threatening messages. It's clear that his behavior is erratic and unhinged. I understand that personal struggles can affect someone's demeanor, but this doesn't excuse the way he's treating his clients. Despite my attempts to resolve things amicably and even pay him, the threats have continued. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Gary is skilled at window cleaning but in our observation, he has sacrificed quality for time. Penny wise and pound foolish. Left 8 windows and a door, upstairs and downstairs with sloppily squeegeed or wiped windows. In the morning or afternoon light the oversights became glaring. Two of the door screens were not cleaned and most tracks were not touched or hastily done., nor any windowsills, particularly upstairs. That's called a 4 hour job done in 2. To his credit he responded with an apology and assured us his assistant would be over the next AM to correct all errors. That was a week ago. No visit, no call. Too bad. Well, today we received a voice mail from Gary. In a complete 180, they now agree with us, that the job was rushed and sloppy. Apparently today they don't want to lose us as customers and have offered not to charge us for the now admitted terrible job. As ethical customers we have decided to pay them half the amount as they did a job, although a bad one. We still have decided to discontinue business with them. As customers of many years it is very sad that they were only willing to admit what happened once we went public through Yelp. I no longer feel comfortable having them in my home. read more

We have lived in Encinitas for over 10 years and tried several other window washing companies. Never again!!! Gary and his crew came out to my house and started by power washing my tile roof and washed all of my windows in one day. The roof looks just as good as the day it was installed. He took all of the necessary precautions and did not break a single tile. He cleaned the screens, windows and cleaned up all of the mess caused by the dirt that came off of my roof.
