I had the siding of my house washed along with the decking around the house, walkways around the house, patio covers, and pool decking. Part of my concrete driveway was also done. Russell was my technician and he showed up during the arranged time. He did a very good job and was very respectful of our Home property. For the amount of time and work put in along with the size of the job I thought the cost was fair. read more

Started the process by requesting a quote for pressure washing my Mom's house through Yelp. Received a response from Erik in less than five minutes. Impressive! My Mom was trying to decide if a good pressure wash would be enough or if she needed to paint her house since it had been quite a while. Erik and I discussed what we were looking for and received a quote during our call. We set up an appointment for the following week. Erik called earlier that day, letting me know the job they were on took less time than expected and they could arrive about 30 minutes before our original scheduled time if we were available. We were. Once he arrived, we did a walk around to check out the house and while there he mentioned he could also do the retaining wall that went around the house if we wanted for an extra cost. It was a reasonable price and we added on that service. They did an excellent job at a good price. Later in the day my Mom was looking over his business card and discovered they also does windows. It sounds like she's going to contact them in the near future to have those done as well. We will use this company again the future and I'd recommend them to others. read more

Erik is DA MAN! He got back to us super quick and we were able to schedule something as soon as we needed it! We needed to get our roof cleaned to prepare for a solar install. He arrived on time, and did a super thorough job. I had NO Idea how dirty our roof was until I saw on the grime raining off our roof. Before starting, he gave us a few options of what we could get done, based on our needs. Although he offers very affordable options and we went with the higher cost/pressure option, and Erik's pricing were WAY MORE affordable than all of the quotes that we've got for washing a roof our size. We got a letter from our insurance company that our insurance would be cancelled because of moss and algae on our roof. We then contacted several pressure washing companies and settled on Pressure Washing Pros because of their experience and 5 star reviews on Yelp. On the scheduled day Erik was there promptly and explained to us in detail everything that would be done. He and his helper worked hard for many hours to clean the roof. They also power washed the house after cleaning the roof and cleaned up all of the surrounding areas. It is not cheap, but Erik was competitive with the other companies we contacted. Erik was very friendly and professional and we could not have asked anything more of him and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of this service. read more

This company has 5 stars for a reason. He got done what someone else couldn't. Erick's service is reliable, prices are reasonable and service is quick. We had a retaining wall that was neglected and full of moss and our front steps were the same. They look new! Free of moss stains and he's very responsive. My cement patio was covered with black sooty mold from the dwarf palm trees. It had been collecting there for about 15 years without ever being cleaned. I finally had the trees removed a few weeks ago and searched for a pressure washing service on Yelp. Pressure Washing Pros had many 5 stars, so I contacted them. Erik replied and set a date. He showed up early and did an absolutely fantastic job. It was really amazing how he removed every single bit of the black sooty mold without damaging the patio. There was an 8'x10' fiberglass shed on the patio which was also covered on roof and two sides with the mold which he washed and now it looks brand new. Erik went the extra mile and blew out all the water under it and even removed the plugged-up drain to show me how to keep it clean. The drain was under the floor of the shed and not easy to reach through a small cut-out hole in the floor. If I ever need him again, I will certainly call. He is all about pleasing the client and a very hard worker. His price was so reasonable that I included a tip. One of the best companies I have ever hired! read more

Under Promised and Over Delivered! Eric probably doesn't need another 5 stars but his work is so outstanding that I'm giving it to him anyway. He's a great and conscientious professional, seems to genuinely like his work and strives (? to much) for perfection. His prices are not cheap but are fair and he is reliable and a great communicator. He was careful to adjust the spray pressure so as not to damage the aging stucco. The result for me was nearly unbelievable. He cleaned a third of a century of algae, mold and dirt off our concrete walkways and patios in addition to our stucco house. and washed and gently treated more than I had expected. I can't recommend Erik and his team enough - their response time and customer service truly were top notch. They were extremely knowledgeable about their craft and communicated well, ensuring that we were always in the loop on the work being done and the timeline in which it would be completed. They pressure washed our entire tile roof, stucco exterior, retaining wall and driveway/patio/concrete garden box in one day. They also provided external and internal window cleaning services. Hi, my name is Erik and I am the owner of Pressure Washing Pros. Ever since getting out of the Marine Corps pressure washing has become somewhat of a therapy. He gave us 3 different options based on our needs and he was able to work with us a bit on our needs / pricing so we booked him a week after our discussion. Even though I spoke to Jeremy about the process, I realized I was still naive about the work being done because when Kyle came on time on our scheduled day, I was surprised to see him pulling a huge tank full of water on a trailer flatbed with all these hoses and gadgets. I just assumed he'd hook up to our water house but it made sense once I started to see the tools he needed. Kyle immediately went to work and we watched from the inside as waves of sludge came pouring off the roof. It has been 22 years since this house was built and we've managed to maintain every other part of the house but I never thought about the crud that would accumulate up there. It gave me the creeps thinking that we would've never thought to do this unless our insurance threatened to drop us. I have to say, the process of scheduling and working with Jeremy was painless but the clean up was far from easy. We have a 4500 sq. ft house and an additional 2 car detached garage so a lot of surface space to cover. 22 years of crud, that sludge has to go somewhere. Kyle did an AMAZING job washing everything down around the house but the red coloring of the roof stained our concrete in areas so we to go over it several times with our own pressure washer after Jeremey left to get that coloring removed. We have a long drive way so that was the area of most concern. Had I known this would be the case, I would've paid to have the sidewalks done as well. So, if your roof is red, I'd suggest paying a bit extra for a thorough cleaning of walls of your home AND the concrete. We are so pleased with the service that Washed Out provided and would highly recommend. Several of our neighbors came by and were amazed at the work done so we were happy to share Jeremy's information. We will definitely add them to our list of regular home maintenance vendors and hope you consider Jeremy and his team for your pressure washing needs.

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. Wow, completely removed 95% of stains and he was not rushed. he slowly took his time and the results were fantastic. Btw, it's hard to trust people to come into your backyard but he was an exception. He gave us 3 different options based on our needs and he was able to work with us a bit on our needs / pricing so we booked him a week after our discussion. Even though I spoke to Jeremy about the process, I realized I was still naive about the work being done because when Kyle came on time on our scheduled day, I was surprised to see him pulling a huge tank full of water on a trailer flatbed with all these hoses and gadgets. I just assumed he'd hook up to our water house but it made sense once I started to see the tools he needed. Kyle immediately went to work and we watched from the inside as waves of sludge came pouring off the roof. It has been 22 years since this house was built and we've managed to maintain every other part of the house but I never thought about the crud that would accumulate up there. It gave me the creeps thinking that we would've never thought to do this unless our insurance threatened to drop us. I have to say, the process of scheduling and working with Jeremy was painless but the clean up was far from easy. We have a 4500 sq. ft house and an additional 2 car detached garage so a lot of surface space to cover. 22 years of crud, that sludge has to go somewhere. Kyle did an AMAZING job washing everything down around the house but the red coloring of the roof stained our concrete in areas so we to go over it several times with our own pressure washer after Jeremey left to get that coloring removed. We have a long drive way so that was the area of most concern. Had I known this would be the case, I would've paid to have the sidewalks done as well. So, if your roof is red, I'd suggest paying a bit extra for a thorough cleaning of walls of your home AND the concrete. We are so pleased with the service that Washed Out provided and would highly recommend. Several of our neighbors came by and were amazed at the work done so we were happy to share Jeremy's information. We will definitely add them to our list of regular home maintenance vendors and hope you consider Jeremy and his team for your pressure washing needs.
