My Mom was trying to decide if a good pressure wash would be enough or if she needed to paint her house since it had been quite a while. My cement patio was covered with black sooty mold from the dwarf palm trees. It had been collecting there for about 15 years without ever being cleaned. He showed up early and did an absolutely fantastic job. It was really amazing how he removed every single bit of the black sooty mold without damaging the patio. There was an 8'x10' fiberglass shed on the patio which was also covered on roof and two sides with the mold which he washed and now it looks brand new. Erik went the extra mile and blew out all the water under it and even removed the plugged-up drain to show me how to keep it clean. The drain was under the floor of the shed and not easy to reach through a small cut-out hole in the floor. If I ever need him again, I will certainly call.
