After more than 4 paint jobs with this company, I have finally had enough and decided to move on to…read moresomeone else. There's nothing wrong with the paint crew itself: they are hard working and professional. Unfortunately, they are not properly informed by the owner who conveniently forgets to tell them to paint areas included in the estimates, even after collecting the money for the job. The problem is with the owner Frank who, either because of old age or because of too much partying, is neglectful, forgetful and scatter-brained, to the point where four times, I had to bring back the crew because Frank (and no one else) forgot to tell them to do a segment that was included in the contract. And so, I recorded our conversation and took pictures and films of the areas to do last summer only to...come back and find that Frank forgot once again to tell the crew to do a whole side of the house that was left unpainted. Frank called it "miscommunication" even after I showed evidence it was included in our agreement, and said "we'll do it for sure "next time". Problem is, I already paid for a job that was incomplete and, because of Frank's lack of professionalism and consistency, I decided there won't be a "next time", because I'm sure he'll forget again this time and blame it on too much wine or not enough sleep. And what's worse is the insistence to do what was supposed to be done another time when I decide to do another segment, and he'll "throw this last one in too". I now completely veer away from this company, will never use again, and totally advise against using by ANYONE as too many mistakes, too many recalls and too many times did he simply "forget" to tell his crew to do one or other side, or other segment, one or other fascia, one corner etc... I'd rather avoid the headache and the argument and go somewhere else, even though he still owes me for a corner that was included in the previous estimate and bill, that was paid for, but was never completed. I would definitely not recommend this company, end of story. Frank does however, get an A+ at being a BS artist and salesman, not so at being consistent and professional.

Finally the tree got cut back, no more berries, whoo hoo! The aftermath on the sidewalk was horrific. It was stained, to what I thought, was beyond repair. Then along came Rolling Suds to the rescue! (Their office also happens to be our office neighbor) They scrubbed and power washed our walkway to a gleaming white! We are so thankful for their efforts. The next day, he returned to do the drywall demo everything was covered with plastic to contain debris, and the job was finished the same day. What really stood out was Mario's communication. He kept me updated throughout the process, always called before arriving, and documented everything thoroughly. I believe that's what made it so easy when I submitted the bill to my insurance no issues at all. The solar installers were very complimentary. Communication with them was great during the quoting and scheduling process. Their pricing was good. Not the cheapest, but less than half of two other companies. They also didn't use the high-pressure tactics some others used when asked to quote. The one thing I would make sure is to ask about payment mechanisms ahead of time. I ended up writing a check instead of using my credit card. That was unexpected. Aside from that, I am very happy with the results and will use them again for both the roof, and to clean the solar panels when the time comes.
