Cliff notes: I would highly recommend the Veteran Owned SoCal Softwash to anyone wanting to clean…read moretheir roof the CORRECT way without damaging your roof. Sid and his team were extremely professional and courteous. Review: After looking for a Soft Wash business near Temecula, I was surprised to have only found one. Being the only soft wash in the area, I had my hesitations. I believe competition increases productivity and helps to decrease prices. I called SoCal SoftWash seeing as they were the only available company to clean my roof without damaging my roof with a high pressure water system. SoCal SoftWash was very quick to return my call and schedule a price quote. Honestly, the price was a little more than I was expecting. We decided to clean our roof the right way and that means paying a little more. Sid came out and explained the process in great detail. I am so grateful we decided not to be cheap. Sid came out with his team and did a fantastic job! Did and his team were extremely professional and kind. Additionally, some might see this as a negative, Due to a shade cast in the afternoon, a portion of my roof was missed and not treated/cleaned properly. I couldn't even tell until the following morning. The reason I look at it as a positive is the manner in which the issue was resolved. I left a message and received a rapid reply asking how soon they could be back to correct the issue. Sid returned very apologetic and corrected the issue in a very timely manner. SoCAL SoftWash is very meticulous in their work and are extremely proud to show the quality of their work to every passerby of your home. Anything less than perfection simply will not do. SoCal SoftWash Truly reminds me of a small town mom and pop shop with the efficiency of a cooperation. It was a pleasure to work with Sid and his team.

We had an excellent experience with DJS Power Washing Services and Dennis from beginning to end…read more Dennis showed up on time for both the estimate and the service, and his estimate was the most competitive and complete of all the quotes we received. He quoted every single area separately, so I knew exactly what to expect with no surprises. Before the service, Dennis was very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions. He was professional, calm, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He even helped move furniture and planters so all the areas could be cleaned properly. The results were amazing! Our Saltillo tile, concrete, and flagstone look like new again, and all of their original colors are showing beautifully. He was even able to remove difficult paint and grease spots from the concrete. I also really appreciated that Dennis used gentle cleaners and equipment while still achieving such a dramatic improvement. Everything looks refreshed and incredibly clean. I am extremely happy with how all of our hard surfaces turned out and would definitely use DJS Power Washing Services again. I highly recommend Dennis and his company!

I had had some dry rot that I had fixed along our roof and Saul's team took care to inspect and ensure again that everything was primer ready. They worked quickly and efficiently rotating around the house caulking the board & batten siding, paying special attention to the eves and caulking all of the joints of the tongue & groove ceiling to eliminate persistent spider issues. They worked as a team trimming, spraying, and back rolling 2 coats, on both the siding and all trim. When they were on their last day here, I did a walkthrough with the foreman and they quickly followed with additional caulk, third coats on specific areas or touch ups. Saul then did his own inspection and had them do even more until the house was perfect. Highly recommend Ortiz Quality Painting, Saul was always available, followed up regularly and made sure that if I had questions or concerns they were addressed. Overall he instilled a confidence that their workmanship would be what I was looking for the care of my home's exterior and was very affordable.

I am extremely thankful to Joseph at JRP Plastering and Stucco for all of the help that he provided…read moreus with our leak situation. During the huge rains we had in Oceanside we developed a leak in our second floor bathroom in the area below a window. Various companies I called were not interested in trying to figure out the source of the problem and just blamed the windows. When I called Joseph however it was a different story. He is extremely detail oriented and took the time to investigate the potential causes. He determined it was from cracked stucco near the window, but not the window itself. Which made perfect sense with the location and behavior of the leak. He meticulously started opening up the stucco to see the extent of the damage. He found the paper under the stucco had deteriorated pretty severely on that wall due to the extreme sun exposure over the years. He continued to open it up until he was comfortable that he had exposed all the issues. After replacing all the damaged areas, stuccoing the entire wall and repainting, you couldn't even tell the whole side had been opened up. He even took the time to examine all the windows above the area of the leak for any damage, and thoroughly cleaned them and even resealed them. We also had Joseph remove a statue from an alcove and re stucco the area. And again, his work was impeccable. Paint matching was perfect. He took pictures of everything as he worked, he explained all of the things he was doing and why he was doing them. His pricing was very fair and communication was very good. On a personal note, he was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his quality work. But he was also just a kind and friendly person to talk with. He would even offer to pick up food or supplies for us if we needed anything when he was on his way or getting supplies. I highly recommend Joseph in all regards.
