They spent plenty of hours working here cleaning, and towards the end of the cleaning, I paid them and left because I had to go between locations. After the service and to this day, we continue to find spots they missed or cat hair in the closets, fridge, cabinets, and oven. Also, they told me I didn't request a deep clean in the kitchen cabinets, oven, or fridge. I thought a whole house deep cleaning move-in move-out would cover that? BUT past all that, the pricing was very affordable compared to competitors. So you get what you pay for. If you are looking for someone to do a cleaning just because, I think they would be a great choice for the price. But I just felt like they did not do well when it came to a completely empty house.

But I decided to give it a go & Jeremy (I'm pretty sure that was his name) worked diligently for 4 hours to try to get it as clean as he could. He did an amazing job! It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard).
