What separates them from other companies: - Quotes: Rebecca (owner) was the only company to request meeting in person to see our space and have us walk through our goals. Rebecca and her team are by far the best cleaning crew I have ever had! We needed a deep cleaning on a newly purchased home that had previously been a rental so it needed LOTS of TLC. Rebecca and her team really went the extra mile on everything from cleaning the baseboards, all interiors of every single cabinet and drawer in the home, all linens washed and put away, and even took beds apart to vacuum underneath where all those dust bunnies hide. I have been working with Rebecca and her team for about 6 months now. Prior to finding Rebecca, I had used many different companies and found they were great. I was completely satisfied by a few and not so satisfied by others. After time, some of the workers would show up like they didn't really want to be there, felt rushed or unhappy. Once, I even had a worker solicit me as she was starting her own business and felt undervalued by her owner. But enough about the OTHER companies. Let me tell you about this one.... When I first reached out to Rebecca, she came over and inspected my home to give me an estimate. She was extremely personable and kind. We had conversations about business and she said she is picky when hiring for the exact reason above. She wants workers who actually ENJOY cleaning, not just someone who needs a job. As a customer, it is already nerve-racking (at least for me) to make someone else clean up your home (even though you're paying them). I just feel bad, so to have someone who really truly doesn't mind doing it is soooo helpful. I have twin boys that are 4 years old, one of whom is special needs so I don't always have the time to get everything "in shape" for their arrival. They always show up with smiles on their faces and seem GENUINE in their desire to help. With my initial cleaning, it seemed incredibly pricey especially since I had previously had 3 other cleaning companies in my home in the previous months, but I agreed because it seemed like they would be doing more than the typical. Boy was I impressed!!! They even cleaned my fireplace cover! :O My TV.. things you wouldn't typically think about. Every 2 weeks they come back and do an amazing job with a warm smile. They are consistent and dependable. I have always had problems in the past because the employees never stuck around or called out etc for previous companies. Rebecca must be an amazing boss who treats her employees well because I always have the same ladies and they seem genuinely happy to be there. Fran and Millene are two of the girls. They seem to have a system too. Millene is always working the kitchen while Fran is upstairs. They are fantastic! They even empty and load my dishwasher which no other cleaning service I've worked with has done! If you leave random things out that they would have no clue what to do with, they organize them in a cute way to make your home look nice. I am beginning to feel like this company is similar to family to me at this point since it's the same people over and over again. It's good to work with good and nice people and I am excited that I found them. They are more expensive than some of the other companies I've had, but let me tell you right now.. there is absolutely a reason for that. Not having to deal with the headaches of cancellations, new people in your home all the time, attitudes from workers, a half done job etc... I thought the previous companies I worked with did a 5 star job, but then I met Rebecca and her crew. They have set a new bar. Hired Crisp Cleaning to come in and do a pre-move in clean on our new home last month days before closing. We were quoted for the 5 hour rate upon booking at their hourly rate. Mind you, this is an empty house that wasn't disgustingly dirty. The previous owners had only lived in the house for 4 months and prior to that it was completely remodeled---everything brand new. The owner, Rebecca, said that 5 hours was their minimum booking rate. We were fine with this because it's a pretty large house and we wanted it squeaky clean upon move in. Cleaning day comes and the two gals (one who couldn't speak English and arrives carrying her breakfast that she is about to eat when she is supposed to be cleaning our house--STRIKE 1) arrive at our place on time at 8am. Going good so far. They walk through the house and tell us that it could take 8 hours (our price just almost doubled)--she anticipated less but wanted to give us worse-case scenario. We appreciated that. So we agreed to 8 hours. Mid-day, we stop by to check in and count cabinets so we can purchase new door/drawer pulls for the place and see that they have only been cleaning the upstairs to this point (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and an office upstairs). I notice that both bathrooms were complete so I went into the master bath. Jennifer, the supervisor follows me in and asks me what I think. I tell her that the shower doesn't look clean. She asks if I want her to clean it again....ugh, yeah...I paid to have the house clean I kinda want it clean (STRIKE 2). The day goes by and we had our company Christmas party to go to at 6pm--so we arrive at the house at 4pm to see if they're done. Nope. Told us to come back later. At 5pm we pretty much had to kick them out. They had been "cleaning" for 9 hours and our house still wasn't finished. Many things were still un-done. The stove wasn't clean, none of the baseboards downstairs were clean, the tile floors hadn't been cleaned anywhere in the entire home, no windows cleaned, baby fingerprints on the sliding glass and fridge from the previous owners, crumbs and dust all under the fridge and stove, etc etc etc (STRIKE 3). Not to mention, the cleaners had "washed" the walls in a streaky smeary pattern that left permanent damage to our paint throughout the entire home (STRIKE 4). It was almost if they walked through the house with a wet, cleaner soaked towel swiping here and there to make the house "smell" like it had been cleaned. Wondering what did we pay these people $520 to do other than clean our toilets and vacuum our floors and ruin our paint throughout our entire house??? So we sent the owner, Rebecca, a message. She offered to send the same two girls back the next Monday to clean it again (We are out of stars to strike). I told her no, that she would be at our place on Monday morning herself to see the damage herself and the lack of cleaning. I could have cleaned the place myself in half the time and it actually have been CLEAN. Rebecca and one of her cleaners showed up Monday morning and re-cleaned the house for another 8 hours. The baseboards were cleaned this time. The floors re-vacuumed, and the windows/fingerprints were cleaned. The tiles still were not cleaned, crumbs still under appliances (on her website it specifically says they pull out and clean under/behind appliances). She saw the damaged walls and told my boyfriend that she wasn't sure what happened but didn't offer to have it fixed. She offered to come back again, but we declined. At this point we had wasted much of our time and ended up just cleaning the place ourselves. read more

The best I have been able to find. The cleaners are respectful of my odd requests: using the attachment on the baseboards each cleaning (we have two golden retrievers), using our vacuum attachment on the couch (again the goldens), and not dusting a set of floating shelves we have because I don't trust the anchoring for their safety. Life happens, so if they are running just a few minutes behind, I am notified. They have never been late or a no-show. I have had to reschedule several times due to going out of town and other events and the owner is always willing to work with me. She is also very responsive to calls and texts. The cleaners all set right to work when they arrive and I have NEVER seen them waste time. There is always a cleaner that has been here before for continuity. We aren't dirty or messy, but we "live" in our house. It is always noticeably cleaner when they leave, and doesn't smell like the dogs. The little extra touches are appreciated, such as folding the toilet paper on the roll, tying our robes hanging in the bathroom, and organizing a basket of toiletries in the bathroom. These aren't requested, nor would I have ever thought of them, but it shows the pride they have in their work. I hired Crisp Cleaning (Rebecca owner) to do a post construction clean and they were amazing! I had tile removed and there was a super fine white chalky dust almost like powder on everything and in every cabinet. The construction crew cleaned it once, but this stuff just kept coming back. The air was simply full of this dust, so it made it very difficult to breath. Rebecca and team came in and dusted, vacuumed, & mopped every surface inside & out over & over until this dust was gone. I have been looking for a new company to assist me with my domestic duties. Like most of us who are looking for help, it's the finer details and bigger home jobs that bog me down, and in my opinion, take too much of my down time. Things like baseboards, all the flooring, tubs, etc. I know there are tons of cleaning services around, but I am choosy about who I have in my home, especially since I am not here when they are. I wanted someone insured, easy to communicate with, open to using non-toxic products, and honest. I met with Rebecca, the owner, and she walked through the house with me, took the time to ask pointed questions about what are needs are, or aren't, to make sure he service is tailored to us. The pricing, terms, and scheduling process was straightforward and friendly! The pricing wasn't the cheapest you will find, but the service is above average. I'm Ok paying more if I am getting more. I had my first cleaning today and was totally fine with what I paid!! I felt amazing when I came in the house after crisp was here today. All baseboards done, details attended to. They took time and got all the lime spots off the shower- that's a lot of work! All items were picked up and cleaned under, not just wiped around.
