One word: Wow! I've hired quite a few cleaning services in the San Diego area, and a lot of them are good. However, I can confidently say Crisp Cleaning isn't just good, they're GREAT. They have easily impressed me the most by far. We just had our first cleaning done by them and were floored by how meticulous the team is. What separates them from other companies: - Quotes: Rebecca (owner) was the only company to request meeting in person to see our space and have us walk through our goals. Most companies provide a quote based on hourly rate, square footage, etc. and you can be surprised by your cost exceeding the quote or your house not being as clean as you were hoping because not enough time is budgeted. - Budgeting: Crisp Cleaning provides different packages, as do many companies, but they are *fully* customizable. Rebecca worked with us to figure out how we can stick to our budget but also have everything touched that we needed. - Work: Mentioned above but the team is extremely detailed and leave no corner of your home neglected. My husband made the comment "I wouldn't even think to clean that!" With other companies are home always felt clean afterwards, but with Crisp Cleaning it was a "Whoa!" moment. TLDR: We are so happy we reached out to Crisp Cleaning for a quote because like many of the reviews here - the work, people, and experience have been incredible. Your home is in excellent hands with Rebecca and team! read more

Rebecca and her team are by far the best cleaning crew I have ever had! We needed a deep cleaning on a newly purchased home that had previously been a rental so it needed LOTS of TLC. Rebecca and her team really went the extra mile on everything from cleaning the baseboards, all interiors of every single cabinet and drawer in the home, all linens washed and put away, and even took beds apart to vacuum underneath where all those dust bunnies hide. All the appliances were left sparkling like new and the home smelled so fresh and clean afterwards I felt completely at ease knowing everything was clean and sanitized.Rebecca was there the whole time to supervise the crew and is great at communicating what they are doing and how long it will take; even providing updates along the way! If there were 10 stars I would give them all to Crisp Cleaning:)!!! Jen V. read more

Excellent service. Professional, communicative, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

"I couldn't be happier with the cleaning service! The team was so friendly, organized, and thorough. They left every corner sparkling and made my place feel fresh and welcoming again. It's clear they truly care about their work and their customers. I'll definitely call again soon!" read more

I have been working with Rebecca and her team for about 6 months now. Prior to finding Rebecca, I had used many different companies and found they were great. I was completely satisfied by a few and not so satisfied by others. After time, some of the workers would show up like they didn't really want to be there, felt rushed or unhappy. Once, I even had a worker solicit me as she was starting her own business and felt undervalued by her owner. But enough about the OTHER companies. Let me tell you about this one.... When I first reached out to Rebecca, she came over and inspected my home to give me an estimate. She was extremely personable and kind. We had conversations about business and she said she is picky when hiring for the exact reason above. She wants workers who actually ENJOY cleaning, not just someone who needs a job. As a customer, it is already nerve-racking (at least for me) to make someone else clean up your home (even though you're paying them). I just feel bad, so to have someone who really truly doesn't mind doing it is soooo helpful. I have twin boys that are 4 years old, one of whom is special needs so I don't always have the time to get everything "in shape" for their arrival. They always show up with smiles on their faces and seem GENUINE in their desire to help. With my initial cleaning, it seemed incredibly pricey especially since I had previously had 3 other cleaning companies in my home in the previous months, but I agreed because it seemed like they would be doing more than the typical. Boy was I impressed!!! They even cleaned my fireplace cover! :O My TV.. things you wouldn't typically think about. Every 2 weeks they come back and do an amazing job with a warm smile. They are consistent and dependable. I have always had problems in the past because the employees never stuck around or called out etc for previous companies. Rebecca must be an amazing boss who treats her employees well because I always have the same ladies and they seem genuinely happy to be there. Fran and Millene are two of the girls. They seem to have a system too. Millene is always working the kitchen while Fran is upstairs. They are fantastic! They even empty and load my dishwasher which no other cleaning service I've worked with has done! If you leave random things out that they would have no clue what to do with, they organize them in a cute way to make your home look nice. I am beginning to feel like this company is similar to family to me at this point since it's the same people over and over again. It's good to work with good and nice people and I am excited that I found them. They are more expensive than some of the other companies I've had, but let me tell you right now.. there is absolutely a reason for that. Not having to deal with the headaches of cancellations, new people in your home all the time, attitudes from workers, a half done job etc... I thought the previous companies I worked with did a 5 star job, but then I met Rebecca and her crew. They have set a new bar. In closing, as a busy mom of twin toddlers, a 12 year old and a mom special needs child who, mind you, is also starting a small business, this company has changed my life for the better. They are so much more than just a cleaning crew. :) read more

I hate putting in bad reviews, but the woman who was supposed to visit the site and give me a quote GHOSTED me. No return texts/phone calls on day of; nothin'. Waited an hour+. Hope she's OK. read more

Rebecca personally cleaned our apartment and did a truly wonderful, thorough job. Our kitchen, shower, and flooring were especially clean and she took care to clean baseboards, fans, light switches, and the refrigerator really well. We appreciated her suggestions for doing spot cleaning ourselves and her frequent communication ahead of and during the cleaning. read more

Exactly the service we have been looking for. Rebecca and her team clean our house better than we assumed possible, a considerable feat given its age and semi-rural landscape. Their initial cleaning took 6 hours, and afterwards the house felt like one feels after going camping for a few days and then taking a long hot shower at home. Like new. And exquisite attention to detail, everything, even minor things, nicely laid out and organized. Rebecca and I initially tussled about the extra time she had planned to get the house to year zero, but in the end she was more than right, so do trust her, she knows her business. We will be using them both on a weekly basis and for projects. They are not cheap, but offer extreme value. If you need a service to take away the stress of cleaning a difficult to clean house, or need someone to help you keep your life organized, this is the service. read more

There aren't enough superlatives in the dictionary to express how awesome this company - and most specifically Rebecca - is. My request for deep cleaning services was a late fly-in and Rebecca juggled her schedule to get us on her books so that our "soon to be listed for sale" house would ready for its "photo shoot" in time. She is a consumate professional and she and her crew did an amazing job cleaning all the spaces that get overlooked over time. The house simply sparkled (and boy does it show in the photos!). Rebecca went the extra mile and helped secure a window washing team for us, too (and that crew was equally great!). Thank you Rebecca and your amazing team for a job well done! It was worth every penny. read more

I have used Crisp Cleaning for a variety of reasons over the last 4 years. Their attention to detail always provides results that are above and beyond and the customer service provided by their Owner Rebecca is incredible. They have provided regular and deep cleanings for my own business location, cleanings for the properties I have rented out and sold, and provide cleaning services for my home as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they provide to me and all of those I have already referred. If you are looking for a cleaning service--look no further. read more

We had some post construction cleaning along with some detail work, and the photos speak for themselves. Rebecca's team was absolutely stellar. Paint removed from windows, heavy dirt on nearly everything gone, and not one spot missed! Professional in every way possible. Great customer service and worth every cent! I've had other people clean for me in the past but these people take it a step beyond. read more

As a property manager in North County San Diego, I can highly recommend Crisp Cleaning Services. Rebecca and crew are extremely thorough, detail- oriented and professional, all at a very reasonable price. I count on them mainly to clean vacant rental units prior to new tenants moving in. I am very picky and take great pride in my rentals. Crisp Cleaning understands that and always exceeds my expectations. If you want the best, Crisp Cleaning is where it's at! read more

Rebecca, the owner came out to our place did an assessment, gave me a date that our house could be cleaned. She said she would email me package prices, never got them. I called her, she said she held off due to family activities and would give give me the package prices in about 3 days. I waited about 5 days and nothing from her. I found another company to help me out. To me she is irresponsible. Maybe she didn't want my business, I don't know! read more

As a germophobe, I could not have anyone clean my house for years, until I found Rebecca. She and her team did post construction cleaning for our 2300 sqft house. Rebecca was here cleaning and directing the crew, in contrast to the other companies that just send out their crews and collect money. She did such a wonderful job and was willing to come again to finish cleaning everything. I thought I would need to clean the house after they were gone like every other cleaning crew. How surprised I was to find the perfectly cleaned house. It was no longer covered with dust, mold, dirt, and greasy buildup. Rebecca did a better job than I could. I'm using them for bi-week cleaning. I definitely recommend them. read more

Happy Wife , Happy Life- so they say... After an urgent call to Crisp Cleaning, Rebecca was able to get a crew out to my house right on time. They did an amazing job! My house smells Fresh. I asked my wife how they did and she said," the house is so clean I swear it echoes in here." Two days later after the first showing of our house- the potential buyer put in an offer. I think the potential buyers were entranced with the fresh smell and clean house. read more

Rebecca and her team do the most amazing job cleaning my house. They get the little details that others miss or just don't care about. Crisp Cleaning is awesome. I have used them for the last few years. The services I had before were not trustworthy and believe one of them robbed us. I can trust Crisp Cleaning to clean when I am not home, and know when I do get home my house will be spotless. After being robbed, knowing I can trust this company is extremely important. The owner, Rebecca, is detail-oriented, and she teaches her crews to be the same. Without a doubt, this service is the best I have ever had. read more

This had to be the best cleaning service I have ever used. The post construction cleaning done by Crisp was unbelievable. They cleaned everything down to the petals on the silk flowers. Anyone who has lived through construction knows how dirty and dusty things can get. When the crew left, the house was so clean we could not stop marveling at how beautiful it looked. Rebecca and her crew are so professional and efficient. Rebecca is a hands on owner who makes sure your house is cleaned correctly. Hired Crisp Cleaning to come in and do a pre-move in clean on our new home last month days before closing. We were quoted for the 5 hour rate upon booking at their hourly rate. Mind you, this is an empty house that wasn't disgustingly dirty. The previous owners had only lived in the house for 4 months and prior to that it was completely remodeled---everything brand new. The owner, Rebecca, said that 5 hours was their minimum booking rate. We were fine with this because it's a pretty large house and we wanted it squeaky clean upon move in. Cleaning day comes and the two gals (one who couldn't speak English and arrives carrying her breakfast that she is about to eat when she is supposed to be cleaning our house--STRIKE 1) arrive at our place on time at 8am. Going good so far. They walk through the house and tell us that it could take 8 hours (our price just almost doubled)--she anticipated less but wanted to give us worse-case scenario. We appreciated that. So we agreed to 8 hours. Mid-day, we stop by to check in and count cabinets so we can purchase new door/drawer pulls for the place and see that they have only been cleaning the upstairs to this point (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and an office upstairs). I notice that both bathrooms were complete so I went into the master bath. Jennifer, the supervisor follows me in and asks me what I think. I tell her that the shower doesn't look clean. She asks if I want her to clean it again....ugh, yeah...I paid to have the house clean I kinda want it clean (STRIKE 2). The day goes by and we had our company Christmas party to go to at 6pm--so we arrive at the house at 4pm to see if they're done. Nope. Told us to come back later. At 5pm we pretty much had to kick them out. They had been "cleaning" for 9 hours and our house still wasn't finished. Many things were still un-done. The stove wasn't clean, none of the baseboards downstairs were clean, the tile floors hadn't been cleaned anywhere in the entire home, no windows cleaned, baby fingerprints on the sliding glass and fridge from the previous owners, crumbs and dust all under the fridge and stove, etc etc etc (STRIKE 3). Not to mention, the cleaners had "washed" the walls in a streaky smeary pattern that left permanent damage to our paint throughout the entire home (STRIKE 4). It was almost if they walked through the house with a wet, cleaner soaked towel swiping here and there to make the house "smell" like it had been cleaned. Wondering what did we pay these people $520 to do other than clean our toilets and vacuum our floors and ruin our paint throughout our entire house??? So we sent the owner, Rebecca, a message. She offered to send the same two girls back the next Monday to clean it again (We are out of stars to strike). I told her no, that she would be at our place on Monday morning herself to see the damage herself and the lack of cleaning. I could have cleaned the place myself in half the time and it actually have been CLEAN. Rebecca and one of her cleaners showed up Monday morning and re-cleaned the house for another 8 hours. The baseboards were cleaned this time. The floors re-vacuumed, and the windows/fingerprints were cleaned. The tiles still were not cleaned, crumbs still under appliances (on her website it specifically says they pull out and clean under/behind appliances). She saw the damaged walls and told my boyfriend that she wasn't sure what happened but didn't offer to have it fixed. She offered to come back again, but we declined. At this point we had wasted much of our time and ended up just cleaning the place ourselves. read more

Unbelievable. I was told that my place would be cleaned by 2 people for 5 hours, for $250. The 2nd person, the owner was late and she tried to charge me for an individual rate. I got a bill for over $400 for a 1300 square foot, completely empty, not too dirty condo. WOW. read more

The best I have been able to find. The cleaners are respectful of my odd requests: using the attachment on the baseboards each cleaning (we have two golden retrievers), using our vacuum attachment on the couch (again the goldens), and not dusting a set of floating shelves we have because I don't trust the anchoring for their safety. Life happens, so if they are running just a few minutes behind, I am notified. They have never been late or a no-show. I have had to reschedule several times due to going out of town and other events and the owner is always willing to work with me. She is also very responsive to calls and texts. The cleaners all set right to work when they arrive and I have NEVER seen them waste time. There is always a cleaner that has been here before for continuity. We aren't dirty or messy, but we "live" in our house. It is always noticeably cleaner when they leave, and doesn't smell like the dogs. The little extra touches are appreciated, such as folding the toilet paper on the roll, tying our robes hanging in the bathroom, and organizing a basket of toiletries in the bathroom. These aren't requested, nor would I have ever thought of them, but it shows the pride they have in their work. The best part is that I can communicate with all of the staff (read: speaks English)! read more

Rebecca and her team did a deep cleaning on my home yesterday. Rebecca is awesome and her team was very friendly. My roommate and I ran errands and worked on the garage while they were at work, they moved furniture, took apart my oven to clean streaks on the glass, rearranged some of my odds and ends, my house is immaculate! Like I told my roommate we have to pitch a tent in the backyard because we can't walk on the tile ever again immaculate. Hire them, they are amazing! read more

I want to thank Rebecca and her staff at Crisp Cleaning for an amazing job last Wednesday, April 12th. I had one day off last week and wanted to treat my husband and myself to a clean house. I hired Crisp Cleaning (Rebecca owner) to do a post construction clean and they were amazing! I had tile removed and there was a super fine white chalky dust almost like powder on everything and in every cabinet. The construction crew cleaned it once, but this stuff just kept coming back. The air was simply full of this dust, so it made it very difficult to breath. Rebecca and team came in and dusted, vacuumed, & mopped every surface inside & out over & over until this dust was gone. When they were done and I returned even the air was remarkably cleaner. Rebecca is super picky and that is who you want cleaning your house...think white glove lady! I have been looking for a new company to assist me with my domestic duties. Like most of us who are looking for help, it's the finer details and bigger home jobs that bog me down, and in my opinion, take too much of my down time. Things like baseboards, all the flooring, tubs, etc. I know there are tons of cleaning services around, but I am choosy about who I have in my home, especially since I am not here when they are. I wanted someone insured, easy to communicate with, open to using non-toxic products, and honest. I met with Rebecca, the owner, and she walked through the house with me, took the time to ask pointed questions about what are needs are, or aren't, to make sure he service is tailored to us. The pricing, terms, and scheduling process was straightforward and friendly! The pricing wasn't the cheapest you will find, but the service is above average. I'm Ok paying more if I am getting more. I had my first cleaning today and was totally fine with what I paid!! I felt amazing when I came in the house after crisp was here today. All baseboards done, details attended to. They took time and got all the lime spots off the shower- that's a lot of work! All items were picked up and cleaned under, not just wiped around. The products smelled great and are green products primarily. I'm picky, and I was very pleased!!! Call them. I'm glad I did!!! read more

Beyond outstanding! We had floors replaced in our home and the installers did a very poor job of protecting the areas of our home that were not being worked on. (There was construction dust to the furthest corner of our upstairs and we were only having the downstairs worked on). I was so frustrated and so I called Crisp Cleaning. Rebecca answered my call and scheduled a walk thru. From the very beginning, she was an absolute professional. She was considerate of our home, our health, and the immediate need for help. She arranged a crew within less than 48 hours. They arrived on time, worked smart with their allotted time and also went above and beyond. They did not just wipe the dust, they tended to every detail and made it feel like home again. I have been using Crisp Cleaning for several months to help maintain our 2000 sq ft house. I could not be happier with the results. Rebecca (the owner) is a sweetheart and a real pleasure to deal with. Mikail and his crew (who do the actual cleaning) are very professional and do a great job. Plus he is quite intelligent and speaks perfect American English! We trust our house to them so we are often not home when they clean.
