We hired Rosa's pro cleaning for a deep clean to move into a new house. I'm not sure what they did for four hours, but all of the previous spider webs from before they arrived were still there after they left, I found dead bugs in every kitchen cabinet and drawer. Layers of dust on the kitchen surfaces that they should have cleaned. And dead spiders. I had to end up deep cleaning the house myself and it was very disappointing. I've been using Rosa's for several years, and have dealt exclusively with Ricardo, who handles all the scheduling. They are pricey, but comparable to other similar cleaning services. They will make up the bed with the existing bedding, but they do not change out any bedding. Their thoroughness is pretty average, with some teams being better than others. I found that, as a whole, and regardless of whether I was getting a Move-In clean, a Deep clean, or a Regular clean, the cleaners put little effort into tile and hardwood floors - they just swipe a damp mop over it and move on, no effort is put into removing anything more than floor dust. They also don't thoroughly clean the sinks, leaving scum and yuk in and around the drain areas. Most of the time, I had to re-clean those areas myself after they left, which stings after paying out about $400 per cleaning (3000 sf). I stayed with Rosa's because, as I said, the pricing and work were pretty average and it's a PITA to audition new cleaners. A couple weeks ago, I witnessed one of the cleaners wiping down the toilet, then go into the kitchen and start to wipe the faucet with the same rag. I stopped her of course, and tried to address it with the team leader, which is when I learned my team leader was not English-speaking (Rosa's had told me that my team would always include at least one English-speaking team member). I'm not trying to be *that* lady, but, while I am trying to learn Spanish, I am no where near fluent. I followed up with Ricardo by text (there were other less serious issues - eg. they had run over a couple cords with something that cut thru them, their vacuum I guess) to be sure he and Rosa were aware of the issues. His response, while apologetic, said nothing about how they intend to insure this issue does not recur. So now I am moving on. There is a seeming lack of training and quality control at Rosa's, and I while I wish them the best, I cannot give them my recommendation. read more

Amazing job today! I only had two days off so I needed a cleaning done yesterday or today. Yesterday morning I started the Yelp quote process (my favorite way to find great businesses!) One company wasn't available until Friday, another not until 2pm Wednesday. Then Ricardo from Rosa's replied and they had a team available for Wednesday 9am. Perfecto! My 3 story, 3 BR, 4 BA usually takes 2 people 4 hours. The Standard Cleaning quote from Rosa's was $250 but my house has not been cleaned in awhile so I asked for the Deep Cleaning. I was so pleasantly surprised that 3 people were sent (on time). After a quick walk thru the Deep Cleaning quote came back at $300. Susanah, Yvonne and Lupe got right to work and I just tried to stay out of their way. The cats were not happy but just hid under different beds during the cleaning. I don't get my house cleaned very often, maybe once a year when I need an emotional boost. This team was tremendous - so professional and thorough. They finished just shy of 3 hours. Goodness they're so good! We're so happy with these cleaners after having a subpar cleaning company to come clean our house. The cleaners were professional and thorough. I'm quite detail oriented and they have exceeded my expectations. For example, all the counter tops were scrubbed leaving them clean and smooth. The carpet and even couch and bed surfaces were vacuumed. Windows and blinds were cleaned. Every surface was wiped down. Things were tidied up. When I came home it just felt so nice to walk in the house! They also were very efficient and finished under two hours! Their prices are also reasonable as compared to others who might not even do a good job. The only thing I'd make a note of when they come again next time, is to not put use any product with fragrance on the carpet and to mop the floor one more time with just water after using any cleaning product because I could see there's a film of stuff on the tile floor. Initially looking for cleaning companies, my husband scheduled with another company. Once we learned how their services left a lot to be desired with our neighbor, we cancelled. It had been months since we looked for services until this past week. I hopped on Yelp and searched for local cleaning companies and Rosa's popped up as not only a company with awesome reviews but a lot of them. That's important! You can have 5 star reviews but if there is only 4 of them then.....onto the next. I submitted a quote for deep cleaning with Rosa's as well as a couple of other companies and they all responded that day. Ricardo replied to my quote in detail of what is included with a deep cleaning service. The service details plus the quote and availability is why I went with Rosa's. Ricardo is very responsive, especially when answering all of my questions and our requests. He confirmed our appointment the night before and we gave him all of the info on how to enter our community and our place. Our appointment was at 9am and a couple of minutes later we received notice via our security system that they had arrived. We were gone for the morning to let them do their thing. In total it took a little over 3 hours which was fine by us. As soon as we walked in we were so happy with everything. The smell was strong but not over powering, the house smelled clean. The floors were shiny (also helps that we allow shoes in house), the appliances looked new, everything was dusted and whatever vacuum they use, I need it. Hired Rosa ProCleaning from reading all the great reviews. Hate to be the one to leave a bad review, but after giving them a chance to try to make it right and still finding mistakes and damages weeks after, makes me feel like I should warn others. We had just redone our kitchen & gotten a brand new stove. After they came for the deep clean, we noticed scratches all over the stove, and 3-4 deep gashes as well. Not sure what they used to create these scratches, let alone few deep gashes into stainless steel. I'm so sad to see my brand new stove completely ruined! :( I figured, as a professional cleaning company, they'd know they can't be rough with certain fixtures/appliances, so I didn't think I'd need to tell them.
