I am delighted with services received monthly from Green Frog through Breann's excellent commitment to her profession. She is always on alert to what additional services she can fulfill after completing the minimum needs. Her commitment is to focus on specific needs in one of the rooms (e.g., the kitchen or living room) and adds those to the cleaning tasks to be completed for this service period. She is cleaning areas I wouldn't even think of, and those areas that don't require regular cleaning but are certainly needed on an occasional basis. In the past two service visits, she cleaned our sliding glass patio doors and the drapery in the living room. I don't know how she has the energy and drive to complete my minimum needs while adding in extras all within the allotted timeframe. First time using Green Frog and it won't be the last! It had been a while since my house had a good deep clean so that's the service I booked. The man Alvin who helped me schedule was so friendly, informative, and transparent with estimates and information. The cleaners showed up right on time. I was supposed to have two but four showed up and they were done within two hours! I was so impressed! They did an exceptional job, walking me through the house afterwards. They got to areas of my house that I didn't even know needed cleaning/were part of a deep clean. They were extremely detailed oriented. The house looked amazing. I was really impressed with how white they got the bottom of my old tub. All four cleaners were very friendly and professional. The time savings was huge for me, as they did an amazing job without only two hours, which is something I could never accomplish on my own and something I really appreciate given my very busy work schedule. I spent 2 hours explaining to this company the size of my house (1700 sq ft) that it had hardwood floors with baseboards and also 20 foot fans that needed cleaning for a deep clean. This review is not for any of the AMAZING cleaners they sent me - Amanda, Hailee, and Audrey - they did an amazing job with the time they had. The complaint is for the scheduler, Alvin. I kept telling him that there were certain times of day or weekends that would be better, and every time I was steered to a less convenient time for us. Against my better judgment I let them come at the less convenient time because the reviews online were so great - jokes on me, they're under new management, don't trust those old reviews. Then, I kept telling him that scheduling 2 people for 3 hours wasn't going to make it but he assured me it would - but when the two girls walked in on the first visit, they immediately knew it wasn't enough time. So Alvin had to send someone else back and he scheduled her for 2.5 hours - it took her 5 to finish. Alvin knew I was upset when the cleaning wasn't finished on the first visit because I repeatedly told him I needed this cleaned due to a severe allergy and I was willing to pay to have it done at one time before my steroid pack ran out. When the visit didn't accomplish the full cleaning, and he had to schedule a second person, he charged me the FULL price before speaking to me, knowing I was escalated already. They had cleaned my home a handful of times, but never a good job. First time, they didn't vacuum because "there wasn't enough time". I just couldn't comprehend how it wasn't completed. I had booked them because of the good ratings online, but after seeing how they clean I'm confused. There were still water spots on the shower doors, and the last two times, they didn't mop at all. The bare minimum wasn't completed for a basic clean. And they wear shoes in the house. Big no no when cleaning in my opinion, at least use shoe covers. Then just this last week, I was called saying someone was at the house trying to clean. I was confused since I had scheduled for the next week that was confirmed. I said this to them on the phone and was frustrated they still wanted to clean. Then I say to whoever called me to cancel the service, and any remaining services as I am never happy with the cleaning services each time. It had turned into a burden when hiring a cleaning service is supposed to help me out. then, I find out the woman who was at my house, went inside our home WITHOUT permission. Nobody was home, and she opened the door after I had said to NOT CLEAN. this is completely unacceptable. Very upset with how this was "handled" I added these pictures from one time they didn't mop. read more

Prisca, Claudia, and Amber came by to do a deep cleaning last week, and I cannot say anything but compliments to their work. They were very thorough, accommodating, and aware especially with my pup in the house. They even asked for some of my preferences or informed me of things/issues within my home. What is especially amazing is that even now, a week later, the house is so clean and comfortable. I have tried one other cleaning company, and I also quoted a few different cleaning companies. **Adjusting my original comment and rating to be fair; based on the fact that they did call back when I requested it and we discussed what went wrong.** Be sure to get a rate quote and understand the rate charges before accepting their services. They are quite pricey. And do shop around. There was definitely a misunderstanding as to how a well kept 450 sq ft studio apartment needing light work could cost $242. I am super clean to begin with so there was not a lot of work; I tossed my own trash, prepped the space before hand and ensure that it was easy to move around the space before my person came, so she was in and out quick. I should have focused on getting the quote in writing. This was my first time using home cleaning and a lesson learned. read more

09/02/2025 3.5 out of 5 stars (window cleaner) We scheduled window cleaning and deep cleaning of the kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and the floors in the family room. The window cleaner, Chad came around 8am and was here for about 3 hours. He had about 13 windows to clean, inside and outside, along with the window sills. It was $100 per hour (he documented he was there 3.5 hrs) there was also $30 extra charge for service - which I have no idea what this is for. He was the only one who was cleaning the windows and he did a good job on them. The windows were sparkly and clean. You look out of them and you would never know there was a window there. I think he took his time and there is why it took him 3.5 hours. I think with the amount of windows (which was less than the 16-18 that I had quoted), he should have done it in less time. I did notice he didn't move as quickly as one would, but hey, I was working and not policing his time. 4 out of 5 (Ashley 3 and Chelsea 4) This was the first time we used a cleaning service and won't be the last. The house cleaners that came to the house, were Ashley & Chelsea. They were very friendly and nice. Very respectful and wore shoe covers as we had our carpets replaced. Ashley cleaned the bathrooms and the floors downstairs. She also helped Chelsea in the kitchen (which I needed a deep clean). I honestly don't think it should have taken Ashley, 2 hrs to do 1 full bathroom, a half bathroom and the floors downstairs in the family room. I didn't have her clean any of the 4 bedrooms or the living room or dining room area. The house was pretty much gutted and we have not had any time to move the items back into the house. I had asked to have the railings on the stairs cleaned, but she did not get to them, as she said she didn't have time. Chelsea was tasked with the kitchen. She did a pretty thorough job with cleaning out the cabinets and oven/stove. Pictures are of before and after. She did take out everything from the cabinets and trashed all the items that were garbage. There was a lot of grease on the cabinets and on top of and inside that she was able to get off the cabinets, so I was impressed with how clean they felt after she was done. The insides of the cabinets and drawers were cleaned and wiped down. I did find a couple of the corner cabinets that still had trash/garbage in the very back which was not disposed and the floor of those cabinets were not wiped down. But overall I was impressed and the kitchen smelled like citrus. She gave me some tips on how she removed some of the grease and I shall try that when the need arises. I have to say, she did such a good job, that night I was able to line the cabinets and put away the plates, glasses, etc in the cabinets she just cleaned out. I did give it a 3 for both services, but it is more like 3.5, as I was happy with the work that was done. I may use Green Frog in the future, so I will give them another opportunity. I scheduled a move-out cleaning expecting 4 technicians for 4 hours starting at noon, but the service did not match what was promised. Two cleaners arrived at noon and I was told the other two would arrive at 1:00 PM. While walking my dog, I noticed another cleaner sitting in her car before 1:00 as if waiting for a specific time to go inside. I'm not sure exactly when the fourth person arrived. The first two workers mentioned their shift ended at 3:30 PM, and by that time they had only completed the owner's suite. They said they would try to get as much done as possible. One cleaner left around 4:00 PM and the last around 5:00 PM, so none of them were actually there for the full four hours. Several areas were also missed or not cleaned well:    *   The lower-level bedroom was not cleaned at all    *   Floors were unsatisfactory    *   China cabinet was untouched    *   Kitchen windows and patio door were still dirty    *   Refrigerator was not cleaned This was supposed to be a move-out clean, but the home was not left in move-out condition. For comparison, my regular housekeeper works alone for about three hours and usually does a more thorough job. I appreciate the effort of the cleaners who were here, but the scheduling, time worked, and overall quality did not meet expectations. read more

Just had the best experience with green frog cleaning! I am a full-time student in my last year of college, a single dad with two young children, and currently a caregiver for my grandparents who are in their 80's. All I can say is Eddy, Bella, and Claudia were there when I needed them the most. They were all smiles, friendly, caring and high energy, ready to get the job done, the entire time they were here. From sunrise to sunset I don't stop moving and don't have the time to handle every responsibility around the house. I've never paid for a cleaning service before and, to be honest, I was pretty hesitant. It felt like a lot of money for something I can technically do myself. Ana from Green Frog Cleaning completely changed my mind. We had two bathrooms deep cleaned, and the results were honestly night and day. The level of detail, thoroughness, and care put into the work was far beyond what I could realistically achieve on my own, especially without spending an entire day doing it. They came before the clean to give me a proper quote and the prices are very reasonable for the work that was done. The initial clean is a little more expensive as more work needs to be done, and then your service charge will drop based on your cleaning frequency. I selected Green Frog, because of the positive reviews I read online and their use of less toxic chemicals. I had my house cleaned prior to Memorial Day. The costs was around $450. A lot of attention was paid to the kitchen, living and bathrooms, but the bedrooms were neglected as they were working on a tight schedule. As a result, three bedrooms were not dusted or vacuumed. A few days after my cleaning, I noticed there was damage to my son's crib, stove protector, and a glass bottle in my bathroom. Finally to top it off, I received numerous harassing phones and texts from Cindy asking me to review and rebook for the next two weeks after my cleaning service. Very poor experience! read more

Michaela did a fantastic job, she did a bi-monthly 2 hour cleaning. We have a 3Bed, 2bath 1700 sq ft. home. Of the bedrooms only the master bedroom needed extensive cleaning as one bedroom is used as an office and one as a guest room, rarely used. This company is great! I've been using them for the past 6 months and I've had an excellent experience. Robin is my normal tech and she's the best. It's been a game changer for me to have someone come to my house who is just chill and trustworthy and easy to communicate with, and then leaves my house sparkling clean! The admin people who do phone and email are also so nice and patient and easy to get a hold of. This is a fantastic company that I have no problem standing behind. They're easy to get in touch with, pleasant, and seem to treat their staff well. I wish they were slightly cheaper but that's everything nowadays. I should have wrote this review months ago. So, I guess, better late than never. I was in the process of moving from LA to San Diego. My new house in San Diego was rented to a horribly dirty individual who claimed she "cleaned from floor to ceiling" before she left. WRONG! I came in to a nasty disgusting house that looked like it had not been cleaned in years. There was no WAY I was going to move my wife and two year old into a borderline dump. So I cleaned what I could then called Green Frog Cleaning! Karrington and Anna were my technicians that my wife was able to schedule. Both were so friendly and understanding of the situation and could tell the amount of neglect of my home had been through for the last 13 years while renting to this lowlife. Karrington worked on the bedrooms(2) and bathroom and office. Anna took the kitchen, dining room and living room. Let me tell you. These two did NOT miss an inch deep cleaning this house. I was nearly in tears the house was so sparkling by the time they were done. I cannot sing enough praises for the job that was done and friendliness of office and technicians.
