I am truly disappointed and upset over the quality and efficiency of the cleaning service provided by this company. "Pattys team" was simply awful, unprofessional, and did not provide the move out deep cleaning I ultimately had to pay. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because Karla C (who I communicated mainly by text) was very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners arrived within the time frame provided and only two (from what I heard of their conversations it seemed as they were a couple). When they arrived they did a walk through of the apartment BEFORE starting to clean in order to inspect the condition and advised me it would take them 2-3 hours. Around 4.5 hours later I received a text from Karla saying the cleaners need more time due to "conditions of the home." The cleaners told her that my apartment was more work and dirtier than they expected and they attempted the charge me more money. The condition of my apartment was nothing more than a normal move out/deep cleaning. My apartment was completely empty and relatively clean. They DID NOT do a move out clean. I observed them since 1130 am and noticed that she has giving him instructions consistently on how to deep clean while she wasn't cleaning. At one point he was left alone to clean the small bathroom alone that he spent over an hour on. I'm was concerned at the efficiency of them. I was in the living room during a 40 min period taking apart one piece of furniture and observed them NOT clean anything beyond wiping down a counter. I also had a friend over who observed the same. They did not pull out the appliances to clean them, didn't clean the freezer, barely wiped down the baseboards despite telling me that they had to spend a significant amount of time on them. I had to go back and wipe down walls, cabinet doors, baseboards, and clean the freezer myself. Karla was receptive and when I sent her photos agreed that they did not provide the quality of work they allegedly normally offer. However I had to actually call her and request a reduction of rate in order to receive any response or discount. I was still charged $216 despite after informing Karla and going back and forth being provided an "$80 discount." When I turned over the apartment my leasing agent expressed her concerns over the cleaning quality and advised me she would be reaching out to the company to finish cleaning properly. The cleaners spent SIX HOURS in my apartment and did nothing beyond a normal cleaning. Then tried to argue with me when I expressed concerns. The girl also attempted to get me to pay her cash directly rather than waiting for the company to charge my card. It was all completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disappointing. It was a complete waste of money and time. I hired them because I wanted to support a local business, they had "fair" rates, and relatively decent reviews. I needed a move out clean and decided to give them a chance. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. I should have paid double the price for a larger professional corporation or company to handle my cleaning needs.

Juan was incredibly flexible, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my property and allowing them to clean it while I was away. When I returned, I was astounded to find that the entire house was immaculate. From top to bottom, everything was spotless. I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the cleaning done by this company. The two ladies that came were very detailed and made sure that everything was put back in place after cleaning. I was actually out of state when we requested their services and I was able to successfully coordinate everything via messaging. Responses were prompt and professional. You know that I hold a grudge, and that I hold people accountable, so this review of your bullshit could've been avoided had you responded to one single text message after you communicated to me that all was well, and that you were still going to show after your three week vacation . This is a copy paste of our last conversation : "Hi there and happy Saturday Maria Cristina... I really hope that all is well with you. My name is......., I am the person that without ever meeting you for months in person, hired you and left you the keys to my home in a lockbox. After speaking with you, I had a feeling that I could trust you with my home, and I had a feeling that you were a person of integrity and trustworthy, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen you. Once we finally met face-to-face, and had the chance to talk, I liked you even more. I recall that when my kitchen and bathrooms were being remodeled and replaced, I continued to have you come to the condo every week, knowing that you could barely clean anything, but I still paid full price. You have been cleaning my home(s) since forever, so I don't understand What is going on? Maria Cristina , you 100% know that you could or can talk to me about anything, and for All of these years that you have cleaned for us, confided in us, and me and Tony confiding in you. We are at a complete loss as to why you didn't show up last Wednesday when you confirmed that you would, and that you are not responding to any text messages. I don't know if this is a money thing, an inconvenience thing, or what, but whatever it is or was, you 100% know that you could sit down and talk to me about it, so unless you were injured, jailed, hospitalized, or abducted by aliens, I don't understand why you haven't responded to my phone call or text ? Let me also bring you back to the conversation when I told you that I wanted you to come twice a month instead of every week. Maria, the look that came over your face was a look of you being devastated, but I really didn't understand that reaction, because more often than not you were only coming here twice a month anyway, due to you prioritizing other clients who were probably paying you more, so I don't understand the lack of communication now. ? I did ask you many many many times if you wanted to change me to a different regular scheduled day, and you never would do that, so I don't get it ? Here's the thing Maria Cristina, whatever it was you could have sat down or even just talk to me about it rather than just ghost me (after all of these years.) Lastly, I hope that you will reach out to me and either we get closure, but don't just ghost me after all of these years, knowing me, that will be sad. Stop doing this shit to your clients, otherwise just treat all clients like clients, and not pretend to make friendships or relationships with them, and then ghost them because it's rude. How would you like it? How would you like it if Jose ghosted you or any of your other employees. With this said .... I decided to take the text messages down that I had attached but everything that I said is true.
