They were very straightforward in addressing this person's concerns and diplomatically pointed out how unreasonable their comments were. I figured this is a company that cares about their reputation because they take pride in their work. Great to discover that I wasn't wrong in my choice. First of all, they contacted me shortly after the cleaning started to let me know that it would be a bit more expensive based on what I had asked them to do. I suspected that would be the case. I totally anticipated the price increase and had no problem with it whatsoever. It turns out to have been worth every penny. The first thing I noticed when I returned was the wonderfully clean, crisp smell. The floors were so clean they looked brand new. As for my stove... I wish I had a "Before" shot to share, but honestly, I probably wouldn't because it looked so disgusting! I now have a brand new stove as far as I'm concerned! I have a few allergies, and dust is the main one. They dusted every nook and cranny of my apartment, dusted (and cleaned) the ceiling fans and walls and even cleaned the exhaust filter on the stove.
