The last couple of cleanings, I had noticed several scratches on my glass shower door. Comforts sent out a person to polish the scratches out, but he said that the scratches were too deep to be polished and that the door would have to be replaced. Carlos (from Comforts) came out and inspected the door himself. He said that he would file a claim with his insurance company. During the next cleaning I noticed more scratches. I called Carlos and he said that he wasn't going to replace the door. And that all future scheduled cleanings would be canceled. Their website says that they are bonded, so I will probably have to file a claim myself or take them to small claims court. Accidents happen, but the expectation is that the business will make it right. That clearly isn't happening here. read more

They supposedly had a supervisor there to verify work, but it didn't look like that happened at all.
