The last couple of cleanings, I had noticed several scratches on my glass shower door. Comforts sent out a person to polish the scratches out, but he said that the scratches were too deep to be polished and that the door would have to be replaced. Carlos (from Comforts) came out and inspected the door himself. He said that he would file a claim with his insurance company. During the next cleaning I noticed more scratches. I called Carlos and he said that he wasn't going to replace the door. And that all future scheduled cleanings would be canceled. Their website says that they are bonded, so I will probably have to file a claim myself or take them to small claims court. Accidents happen, but the expectation is that the business will make it right. That clearly isn't happening here. read more

I will start off that as a homeowner I keep a clean home but don't have the time to give my home the attention it deserves. For the first year I lived in the San Diego area I had great difficulty in finding a dedicated housekeeper. I was disappointed with many other services with their subpar work ethic and how they would constantly cut corners. I thought I would never find a high quality housekeeper, until I found Lilia Mendez. I have been working with Lilia for three years now. She is far and away the most professional and courteous housekeeper I have ever welcomed into my home. She is incredibly diligent in her work and never refuses a request or task. My elderly grandma (she just turned 91) lives with me. Lilia always goes out of her way to say hello and takes extra care with cleaning and organizing my grandma's room to make her as comfortable as possible. The best thing about Lilia is that as soon as she arrives she gets to work and does not stop until the job is done. She never complains and the quality of her work has never diminished; in fact, through the years she has continuously worked to improve and make sure she always does the best job possible. Even in the rare times I had to cancel on short notice, Lilia was accommodating and responsive. Frankly, I could go on and on singing the praises for Lilia; however, Lilia's work and professionalism speaks for themselves. I can guarantee very few things but one thing I can guarantee is that Lilia will not disappoint and she will be the best housekeeper you ever have. Period. read more
