Was able to quickly schedule her for the upcoming weekend. She's great because she's available on weekends, unlike some of the cleaning companies. When she was on the way, she sent me a message to let me know. She arrived along with her Mom. They did a fabulous job and everything was sparkling clean. Before starting I asked her for a quote and confirmed the pricing and duration. She asked if there were allergies or concerns about cleaner. Felt so refreshed after getting a cleaning from Delia! She finished a little bit over than what she had quoted, but still held firm to the original quoted price which was appreciated as a customer. Great thing is that after a deep clean if she comes back within 2 months you get the discounted regular clean rate without having to commit to a monthly schedule or subscription. As long as she's back every 2 months it's a maintenance clean. very simple!

A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.

After paying for this space to be cleaned, I ended up spending hours of my own time cleaning after it was "cleaned." I specifically asked that the floor be swept and mopped and trusted it was done when I quickly "signed off" because the cleaning person was "exhausted and ready to go." After looking closely and immediately contacting agency I was told I had "signed off"; therefore, no compensatory offer of any kind was suggested. I was left to do the work myself that I had paid for that had not been done. FYI

If you're looking for a company that communicates well, follows through, and genuinely cares about making things right when expectations aren't met, I would absolutely recommend giving La Clean House a try.

A few days later, while I was still in Los Angeles caring for my brother, the company contacted me about rescheduling. I did not respond or authorize a new appointment. When I canceled the appointment I had never agreed to, they charged me another $60 and have refused to refund it. Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable.
