But I decided to give it a go & Jeremy (I'm pretty sure that was his name) worked diligently for 4 hours to try to get it as clean as he could. He did an amazing job! It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). Levette took the time to understand the project up front and provide a final price during our conversation. She arrived promptly during both appointments and even drove from San Diego to the OC. We had new baseboards installed and painted 2 days prior to their cleaning, and now some were caked with dirt. I asked for the spiderwebs outside the front door to be cleaned, they didn't touch them.
