It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). Keep in mind the house was empty and already in clean condition other than renovation dust downstairs. The only thing they did was vacuum upstairs and sweep the wood floors. Dust was still everywhere. I have a feeling they just sat outside for the afternoon enjoying our great backyard. I am so disappointed. We had new baseboards installed and painted 2 days prior to their cleaning, and now some were caked with dirt. I asked for the spiderwebs outside the front door to be cleaned, they didn't touch them. I (along with many other reviewers it seems) found that their DEEP CLEAN service (for almost $300!!!) was instead a below average "basic" cleaning at BEST. First they were delayed so they sent one person over to do the bathrooms while waiting for the rest of the team to get there. Rest of the team (which turned out to be one other person lol) got there 2 HOURS after my scheduled cleaning time and then they were "done" in less than an hour. Issues I had with the quality of my "deep" cleaning: 1. Did not mop the hardwood floor of the entire 2nd story and didnt clean the hardwood stairs at all. 2. Completely missed my guest room (all they did was vacuum the hardwood floor). My desk still had dust on it 3. Didn't clean the windows of the 2nd story and neglected all blinds and window sills 4. The small room where my washer/dryer was there was a lot of dust and lint near the vent. Saw them vacuuming there so thought they took care of it but go back in there after they left and it was still absolutely covered in dust/lint 5. none of the ceiling fans were cleaned and still covered in dust 6. None of my kitchen cupboards were wiped down and still had some food splatter on them Overall just really let down after spending almost $300 for a deep clean, only to get cleaners that came 2 hrs late and barely tried / paid little to no attention to detail which led to me having to clean more after they left.
