She cleaned the fridge and bathroom and really - everything was just wonderful. I canceled at 8:07, not 8:01 as claimed by the business owner. Afterwards, was informed that there was a scheduling conflict and they were running late. I hope this situation was a good learning experience for them. Arrive when you say you are going to arrive and be communicative with your customers. After reading the unfortunate response from ownership, their unprofessional behavior and refusal to accept responsibility for mistakes forces me to advise against hiring this company for your home cleaning needs.
