A few months ago I hired another service to do a deep clean with the intent of making it a more regular thing if I liked the work. But they were dismal! I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. This will definitely be my go-to from now on when I need a little extra help.

My husband & I bought our first nice couch together this year. We have two kiddos & two pups &…read moredecided a white couch was the greatest idea. Needless to say, my couch was no longer white. I texted Smith Bro's for a quote and sent pictures. They were honest with me about the fabric & how it may be difficult to get it fully white again. I appreciated that honesty. Once we set up an appointment, they tested a spot on my couch, first, to see if it would be worth my time & money. Again, they were honest that it might not come out to be as white as I would like. But I decided to give it a go & Jeremy (I'm pretty sure that was his name) worked diligently for 4 hours to try to get it as clean as he could. He did an amazing job! It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). After receiving quotes from other companies, I felt this was a fair price as well. Highly recommend!

We were moving out of our rental and into a house that we purchased. I needed to get as much of my deposit back as possible. We are a family and also have pets, so although I feel like I keep a clean home, the years of grime had built up and I was too busy getting the new house ready to spend hours and hours cleaning the old place. I contacted Rockstar and got a quote that was less than other companies I had contacted. She had a few good reviews and she was very responsive, so I booked with her. Well cleaning day came, and Candice showed up on time and ready to go. She spent hours cleaning everything from top to bottom to help us get our deposit back. The house looks great. And she didn't bait and switch! She stuck to her original quoted price. So refreshing to be able to count on someone. Thanks, Candi!
