From the beginning, Aaron (the owner) helped create a custom plan for me that made sense for my small business. When you're investing your own resources, it can feel risky, and I really appreciated that he took that seriously and worked with me to make it feel less overwhelming. One thing I really loved was that they have a physical location--something about being able to walk into a real space made the whole thing feel more trustworthy. Their new office is beautiful, clean, and super professional. It gave me peace of mind right away. Derek worked on my website design and he was incredible. He really listened. He didn't interrupt or push his ideas but instead used his creative freedom and experience to elevate my vision. Sara also helped with some of the creative work, along with her photographer partner (whose name I forgot--sorry!), and they were both amazing to work with. As someone who needed a website that reflects cultural diversity and creativity, I felt really seen and supported by this team. I'm genuinely looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

They also worked very well with the pool company, arranging timelines and fixing all the construction mess. The process goes from measuring the area, through the different design options, up to the HOA permits and detailed finishing. I will most probably call them to do some projects I have in mind.

Project went well, the team showed up and worked diligently, there was more oversight required on my part to ensure the project went according to plan as the stucco color was way off and required fixing. No less than 4 months after the completion a portion of the stucco on the retaining wall popped off. It seemed like a small repair for them and Richard said he'd get it done. After more than a dozen messages back and forth and promises to fix it, he's stopped returning my calls or messages. While waiting for the stucco repair they even poured another concrete pad but haven't done a thing to repair. Honestly surprised they haven't repaired it and completely ignored my calls.

After getting home, I discovered that holes had been burned into the fabrication screens on the hood of my truck. This was never disclosed to me. In addition, my rear door is now unable to close properly, and my security locks installed specifically for security are no longer aligned and appear to have been stripped. This has left me unable to secure or repair the issue myself. I initially noticed a problem while driving on the freeway when a warning light indicated that my rear door was not properly closed. This issue was not present prior to your work. I have made multiple attempts to contact your company via phone calls, text messages, and by sending photos of the damage, but I have yet to receive any response. At this point, while the wrap itself looks decent, I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience and the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. I am requesting immediate communication to address and resolve these issues. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to explore other options to resolve the damages. I look forward to your response.

They then came out to look at my wife's desktop and laptop as she was having a few issues but nothing major. The tech named Dan quoted her a huge number to fix the desktop that was over 5 years old. She declined. He then told her he would clean up her laptop and could replace the internal speakers. She watched him order the speakers off Ebay for $15 and said he would return when they came in. She met him again understanding he was just replacing the speakers but at the end of the appointment he charged her $400. He claims he upgraded her RAM that cost $250. She never requested that upgrade and was never told about it. Again this laptop is a few years old and not even worth $400. Seems since she declined the desktop repair because of the cost, he just did not tell her the cost for the computer clean up nor that it would involve a $250 RAM upgrade. Be wary of these guys.
