I recently had my truck wrapped by your company. While the wrap itself appears to have come out well, I am extremely concerned and disappointed with the damage that occurred during the process none of which was communicated to me at the time of pickup. After getting home, I discovered that holes had been burned into the fabrication screens on the hood of my truck. This was never disclosed to me. In addition, my rear door is now unable to close properly, and my security locks installed specifically for security are no longer aligned and appear to have been stripped. This has left me unable to secure or repair the issue myself. I initially noticed a problem while driving on the freeway when a warning light indicated that my rear door was not properly closed. This issue was not present prior to your work. I have made multiple attempts to contact your company via phone calls, text messages, and by sending photos of the damage, but I have yet to receive any response. At this point, while the wrap itself looks decent, I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience and the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. I am requesting immediate communication to address and resolve these issues. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to explore other options to resolve the damages. Info: For those who arent familiar with vinyl wrapping, its basically a safe, easy, and inexpensive way to change the look and color of your car without painting it. The cool thing is you can vinyl wrap your entire car (to something exotic like matte black) or just part of it (ie the roof or hood, etc). The major selling point is not only does it protect your car but if you dont like it you can always remove it! Review: Im the type of person that does hours of homework before I buy ANYTHING, from toothpaste to automobiles. Im the guy standing in the grocery aisle for 30mins comparing the ingredients in the back of boxes. So when I decided to vinyl wrap the roof of my BMW rest assured I searched high and low for the right people and it wasnt easy. San Diego seems to only have a small amount of companies who do vinyl wrapping of cosmetic nature (ie. not for commercial or advertising purposes). Nevertheless I found Wrap City on the internet and gave them a try and I couldn't be more pleased. Dustin from Wrap City was an artist with the vinyl wrap. He even wrapped the shark fin antenna on my BMW! I called around and MOST if not ALL other places will tell you to go get the shark fin painted first because its "impossible" to wrap the antenna. Dustin's attention to detail was meticulous and Casey (the owner) was the nicest guy and a true professional. He explained the entire process to me including the materials they use and made me feel completely at ease during the entire process. I came to Wrap City with a complicated job and when it was finished it was exactly what I had hoped for. There was an existing wrap that was badly sun damaged. At first they were hesitant to tackle the job, but I received a call a day or two later that they may have found a solution. The solution didn't work out exactly as well as they had hoped, but they were nice enough to let me do some of the manual labor in their shop to get the old wrap off, saving me some hard earned money. When the old wrap was finally removed and I saw the finished product I was extremely pleased. The only caveat I would add to this review is that they seem far more inclined to deal with new/newer vehicles with a good paint job to start with. My less than new car with a few challenges gave them pause, but eventually they rose to the occassion. read more

I had my Audi wrapped in matte black vinyl and had the door jambs done as well since my car is white. I was kinda nervous about this whole process, but after reading the reviews and dealing with Casey personally, I felt a lot better. So check this - I call two wrap companies on a Sunday expecting nobody to pick up and to leave a message. Casey calls me back within a few hours ON SUNDAY, whereas the other company calls me back a few days later. I was impressed and Wrap City ended getting my business! Although my car ended up being a very tedious job, Wrap City came through in no time and I was very happy with the amount of detail and attention they put into wrapping the car. Casey also took the time to educate me on how to care for the vinyl properly. A few weeks later, a piece of flying debris scratched the vinyl on the hood so I had to come back to get it fixed.
