this might be a different kind of post than most are used to reading. I work for a very large mechanical engineering company. I was looking for quotes for full set of decals on our company vans. when I told wrap city who we were currently using he said he wouldn't want to take business from that company!!! that is amazing. he was honest and down to earth and I can tell that Wrap city has great morals and is an honest shop. sadly I didn't do business with them but I would not hesitate to recommend them to another company or friend. read more

I recently had my truck wrapped by your company. While the wrap itself appears to have come out well, I am extremely concerned and disappointed with the damage that occurred during the process none of which was communicated to me at the time of pickup. After getting home, I discovered that holes had been burned into the fabrication screens on the hood of my truck. This was never disclosed to me. In addition, my rear door is now unable to close properly, and my security locks installed specifically for security are no longer aligned and appear to have been stripped. This has left me unable to secure or repair the issue myself. I initially noticed a problem while driving on the freeway when a warning light indicated that my rear door was not properly closed. This issue was not present prior to your work. I have made multiple attempts to contact your company via phone calls, text messages, and by sending photos of the damage, but I have yet to receive any response. At this point, while the wrap itself looks decent, I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience and the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. I am requesting immediate communication to address and resolve these issues. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to explore other options to resolve the damages. I look forward to your response. read more

Info: For those who arent familiar with vinyl wrapping, its basically a safe, easy, and inexpensive way to change the look and color of your car without painting it. The cool thing is you can vinyl wrap your entire car (to something exotic like matte black) or just part of it (ie the roof or hood, etc). The major selling point is not only does it protect your car but if you dont like it you can always remove it! Review: Im the type of person that does hours of homework before I buy ANYTHING, from toothpaste to automobiles. Im the guy standing in the grocery aisle for 30mins comparing the ingredients in the back of boxes. So when I decided to vinyl wrap the roof of my BMW rest assured I searched high and low for the right people and it wasnt easy. San Diego seems to only have a small amount of companies who do vinyl wrapping of cosmetic nature (ie. not for commercial or advertising purposes). Nevertheless I found Wrap City on the internet and gave them a try and I couldn't be more pleased. Dustin from Wrap City was an artist with the vinyl wrap. He even wrapped the shark fin antenna on my BMW! I called around and MOST if not ALL other places will tell you to go get the shark fin painted first because its "impossible" to wrap the antenna. Dustin's attention to detail was meticulous and Casey (the owner) was the nicest guy and a true professional. He explained the entire process to me including the materials they use and made me feel completely at ease during the entire process. Casey even went as far as to actually test-wrap different fabric on my car just so I can choose which one i really want. Amazing. If youre in San Diego and looking to vinyl wrap your car, dont bother searching around.. I did the homework for you. Call up Wrap City and make your appointment. You wont be disappointed. read more

I've just had the guys do another vehicle wrap and have to update my experience as this time was even better than the last (also a 5 star experience on my Aston Martin). This time I brought the guys my black Ferrari California, under a time deadline. They got the material ordered (matte yellow) and despite all sorts of challenges outside of their control, they delivered the car on time, under budget and it looked amazing. Here's the thing that's special here, the team treats my cars like their own, me like a friend with lots of pride in their work and the end result really shows the care and attention to detail. I look forward to bringing my next wrap project to the team here, stellar. read more

We HIGLY recommend Wrap City!! They were SO easy to schedule an appointment with and their printing is high quality. They wrapped our car windows in no time and they look sooo AMAZING! I asked if they could also cover some black molding on my back window and they did it in 20 minutes and I was out the door. Pricing is definitely fair for the work that they do. They are also friendly and provide quick service. When we are ready to wrap our van we will be back for sure!! Thank you Derek & the Wrap City Team!! :) read more

Wrap City did a phenomenal job wrapping my van. From the time I started calling around to places to find a wrap, Wrap City treated me well. I came to Wrap City with a complicated job and when it was finished it was exactly what I had hoped for. There was an existing wrap that was badly sun damaged. At first they were hesitant to tackle the job, but I received a call a day or two later that they may have found a solution. The solution didn't work out exactly as well as they had hoped, but they were nice enough to let me do some of the manual labor in their shop to get the old wrap off, saving me some hard earned money. When the old wrap was finally removed and I saw the finished product I was extremely pleased. The only caveat I would add to this review is that they seem far more inclined to deal with new/newer vehicles with a good paint job to start with. My less than new car with a few challenges gave them pause, but eventually they rose to the occassion. read more

Casey and his team are brilliant! They're dependable, efficient, affordable, and they do a fantastic job! I had my Audi wrapped in matte black vinyl and had the door jambs done as well since my car is white. I was kinda nervous about this whole process, but after reading the reviews and dealing with Casey personally, I felt a lot better. So check this - I call two wrap companies on a Sunday expecting nobody to pick up and to leave a message. Casey calls me back within a few hours ON SUNDAY, whereas the other company calls me back a few days later. I was impressed and Wrap City ended getting my business! Although my car ended up being a very tedious job, Wrap City came through in no time and I was very happy with the amount of detail and attention they put into wrapping the car. Casey also took the time to educate me on how to care for the vinyl properly. A few weeks later, a piece of flying debris scratched the vinyl on the hood so I had to come back to get it fixed. They took care of it and got it done in an hour. So my experience with Wrap City has been excellent. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!! read more

WrapCity San Diego designed and wrapped the new Salem San Diego Radio Group station van. Derek and Julie were great to work with. I had an idea of what the General Manager, the client and I envision for the new van, after going back and forth, more than a handful of times, the Wrap City staff were patient with our requests and ultimately exceeded my expectations. They wrap it up and finish the job as needed due to our upcoming signature events; we needed to show off our new ride. I am proud to have chosen such a flawless team, Thank you Julie and Derek at Wrap City San Diego! read more

Listen here. These guys wrapped my brand spanking new Audi S5 with ease, professionalism and I paid less than the quote. Derek and Wrap City were great to work with. They were prompt to get back to us when we were asking for quotes on a wrap for our huge work vehicle for True Plumbing. They were also patient with us as we waited for months before we were finally ready to pull the trigger. Once we were ready, Derek was always accessible, even letting me text him after business hours with questions about logistics. The truck was done on time, for the amount quoted, and Derek was very upfront about the additional cost of taking off our old graphics when I forgot to clarify that we needed that service as well. I highly recommend Wrap City for any vehicle graphics! read more

Casey and Derek were very professional and helpful in designing and installing a wrap for our trailer. So many 5 star ratings here, and I am going to add another one! We have used several wrap companies in the past (never used the same one twice!) and was referred to Derek and Casey. Admittedly we entered into talks with some reserve that we were going to go down a similar path as the others we had used (just our general reluctance to believe there really could be a good wrap company). Got the trailer back yesterday and was blown away with the entire product! They removed brackets, wrapped things that we didn't think could be wrapped, replaced everything that was removed and spit shined the entire rig-incredible! Needless to say we have found our wrap company and will not only be using them on our future trailer builds but also referring them to anyone looking for the best wrap. Thank you Derek and Casey and Wrap City for a beautiful finished product-100% happy! read more

These guys wrapped my Mercedes SL500 and I get compliments at a minimum once a day on how the car looks. Anytime a car enthusiast looks, they compliment the work of the wrap itself. I have had neighbors I dont know stop and compliment the car, people at red lights, guys driving down the road, I walked out yesterday to a kid taking a cell phone picture of my car. I will admit Wrap City was priced a little higher than other places I had called but this is an industry where you get what you pay for and I can attest that they where worth every penny and I would not only recommend, but insist, that anyone I am friends with looking for a wrap go through them. The where great with working on materials and a time frame and one of their guys came in late into Saturday just to have the car done by the date we had agreed on. read more
