I brought my new Lexus GX 550 in for the Ultimate Armour package (just under $5k). Scheduling and drop-off were both straightforward and easy, so no complaints there. Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Had to go back twice. One, to replace back windows because of bubble and dust stucked. It's good they're able to replace it free of charge but what you lose is the time you spent driving to and from the shop, time you spent in the shop and the gas you spent driving there. Just heads up you may come across this issue and it's not good. The second time was the air in between the defroster and the tint film in the back window. Yes, they offer to replace it for free, but this time I will let another shop do it because I don't want to take a chance anymore. They will remove the back window and they will give me $120 for the mistake they did in workmanship. No, I would not recommend. read more

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I took my brand new Tesla there to get wrapped and coated and of course windows tinted! My car crapped out on them while they were working. When I tried to get a service appointment it was 5 days out. The manager, Carter, drove over to Tesla and brought back a technician to fix the car! He then sent the car back with the tech to fix it, and insisted it be fixed with a day so he could finish his work! I was out of town, and Carter took care of all the issues with the car and insured the wrap/coating was perfect for my pick up the following Monday. I mean how many people drive over to steal a tech? I'm impressed - but not surprised - this is the second car that they have wrapped! They are by far the best of the best!!!! read more

I've been going here for about 2 years now. I got a paint protection film put on, tinted my windows, and ceramic coating on the whole car with a lifetime warranty. I bring it in once a year to get the ceramic coating done for maintenance. Every time I get back my car, it is so clean and sparkly! The staff are easy to talk to and they communicate really well. This is my second time using Ceramic Pro Elite for my car. I had a fine experience the first time, so I was not hesitant to bring it back to get my Tesla tinted. My second experience has been very frustrating to say the least. They completely soaked my speaker while doing the tint. They used so much water that it soaked through to my trunk. I had to bring my car back to their shop, which is 30 minutes away from my home, in order for them to dry the water from my speaker. The customer service was horrible. No apology for the inconvenience this caused me for the error that their technicians made. Then, one week later, the tint bubbled. Once again, I had to bring it back with no regard for the inconvenience for the time I am taking away from work to get it fixed. 10 minutes after I dropped my car off to get it fixed, I was told that the bubble was now gone and it would not come back. 1 week later, the bubble came back, and i noticed they also scratched up the tint and my window. Save yourself the hassle and use a different shop for your tint and PPF. read more

The service was good however I'm not happy with the result of my tint. You pay a good amount of money for it and people still can see through. Have express my concern when I picked up but they recommend me to wait a few days. Called in and they told me they would need to charge me for the removal and additional tint which will cost me another 300 something for the two windows and the 2 small little one. It's almost the price I paid for all my original. Then they told me it's in the contract. Not everyone will read the fine print. I emailed a bunch of tint businesses and Mitchell helped me out all the way through. I wanted to get my whole car tinted, windshield included. You get two options of Carbon or Ceramic. It was going to be almost $800 for ceramic and that definitely wasn't in my budget. He worked with me and I chose carbon and paid $445 for all of the windows which wasn't a bad deal in comparison to other places. He also applied a 20% coupon, hence the price being $445. They are located on a super busy street so be careful . I was told it would take 4-5h but they squeezed me in and got it completed in 3h. The waiting area was comfortable and the secretary was very sweet. I have a lifetime warranty and they did a fantastic job! read more

I would definitely recommend Ceramic Pro. One suggestion I would have is to be sure and ask all your questions up front as we nearly got into trouble with things I didn't know to ask. However, in the end, they did a beautiful job for a reasonable price, and I was very happy. Carly was very helpful and attentive; Oscar did the work and it was GORGEOUS. Ceramic pro is probably the only car place I have felt comfortable, taken care of, and respected from start to finish. I initially came to them when I purchased my brand new all black Model Y for PPF on the front bumper and high traffic areas. After speaking with them several times, over multiple calls and emails (due to my having more questions, not them seeking to make a sale), I decided to do a full body PPF instead. I also added window tint and a ceramic coat to truly make the car exactly how I wanted it--shiny, black, and beautiful. Not only did they meet with me on multiple occasions to let me choose what window tint level I wanted, they patiently answered all of my questions and even let me walk in the back floor area where they were installing PPF on another car so that I could see the process and get a feel for what I was paying for. As someone who had never purchased a new car in her life, I was hesitant at "blowing" more money by doing these additions. Man, I was so off in thinking this would be a waste of money. I am now one year in with my PPF and ceramic coat. I consistently get comments about how nice my car looks despite there being about a million other black tesla model Ys on the road. I have been stopped at grocery stores, costco, and the mall to be asked by random people what I do to keep my car so shiny and the paint looking so nice. Generally, I get the comment "brand new?" and I smile to myself because it looks better now than it did on day 1 "off the lot." This past week I brought my car in for my annual ceramic coating and to redo an area of the PPF due to my own issue--I lightly rubbed an area of the front bumper in a very tight parking spot on concrete. They fit me in the day before a holiday, removed the area PPF and reinstalled and redid my ceramic coat on the entire car all in one day. I am SO thankful I had the PPF, otherwise that rub would have ripped off the tesla paint without a doubt and I would have had to repaint the entire front bumper--an endeavor that would have been far more costly than the reinstall of PPF in one area by far. When I was dropped back off to pick up my car I literally gasped at seeing it so perfect again. It looked wet it was so shiny with the new ceramic coat and an absolute stunner. Because Ceramic Pro had fit me in during the holiday season, I had to drop my car off straight from a trip and the car was filthy. I felt terribly about this because I typically hand wash and detail my car every week myself but this time I didn't have the chance since I just got back from a long trip. It was covered in dog hair, sand, dirt, you name it. When I picked up my car this time around, Cermaic Pro had essentially detailed the entire inside of my car in addition to the exterior work they did. Getting in it to drive off made me feel the same as I did when I picked up the car from Tesla on day 1, just better, because it was even prettier than the first day I bought it. Made a telephone appointment on 6/29 with Arman to tint driver and passenger windows. Next available appt was 7/3 at 0900. Arrived at shop on 7/3 at 0900, door opened by un-named gentleman who immediately says "how can I help you, we're closed today." I expressed that I had an appt that was made through Arman over the phone on 6/29 and gave my last name. Gentleman acknowledged that Arman in the director and that he's out of town. Furthermore, the representative stated that my last name was not coming up in the system. No apology or help with scheduling another appt. Communication here lacks greatly. Service is very inconsistent. Brought in our Audi and the service was exceptional. Two week later, we brought in the Tesla and service completely lacked. Had to call for updates to find out car had been ready for pick up. Went to pick up the car on schedule day just to find out the car still had damage and the wax job they did was horrific. Wax still all over the car. Waste of time driving there, they asked us to come back the next day to pick up so they can have time to fix. To summarize my experience: Amazing service done that went beyond the actual coating and wrap I got. Having just purchased my 2021 model 3 in late December and knowing I had to make a long road trip back up to the bay soon after, I wanted to make sure I had some kind of protection in place before the long drive to keep it "new" as long as possible. I ended up opting for the gold ceramic coating package and the frontal clear bra (kavaca). The entire process ended up taking around 4 work days, and the results were amazing. The car came out with an incredible shine, and the polish has helped it stay that way with minimal effort since (driven through dirt / rain for 1k+ miles since!). The extra mile came in with the follow up appointment. As with the wrap, you're supposed to return after a week to ensure shrinkage from heat/drying hasn't causes any issues and that the coating looks good. Seeing as how I had to return north shortly after completion, Rob offered to reach out to another ceramic pro certified location up north, and get the approval for me to get it inspected up here. From that inspection I was told the job was perfect and the car looked great. Overall, the wrap and coat were great, the price was good, and the service/follow up is a model other companies should strive for/take example of. Thank you again to the people at this shop for all their help, and I'll definitely refer them to others/return for other work I'd want done! read more

Ceramic Pro SD completely renewed my 2019 Mustang GT. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. The car has awful swirls in the clear coat and stubborn water stains all over the paint and windows. The car looks better than brand new now. Requested a quote online and was immediately contacted through text by Caylee. She was professional and knowledgeable about the services and helped me pick exactly what I wanted. At the facility, the manager Dave was to the point and gave me sound suggestions. He made it clear about why I should choose one over the other and vice versa. In the end I went with a full front clear XPEL and gold package Ceramic coat and full tint job. When I received the car, i had noticed some creased on the roof portion. Dave agreed and asked if I could bring it back after the XPEL had time to cure and he would redo the roof for free. I'm talking about a tiny blemish the size of a finger nail, but it bothered me enough and he did the right thing to help out a customer. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. Just bought a 2022 Toyota GR86. I had the car ceramic coated, Clear Bra installed, and windows tinted. Everything looks great, and I know that my paint will be protected from rocks, birds, etc. I first contacted them in November and they gave me a quote. I didn't take delivery of the car until March.
