Sean helped out with tinting my Tesla Model Y Juniper and he did a fantastic job. Everything from answering my questions when comparing tint films and the process, as well as being transparent on quotes and discounts until I was ready to schedule. The actual result was superb. When my wife and I came in, he helped us compare all the various options to get the look/feel we wanted. Sean dedicated the whole day to ensuring everything was perfect with almost no bubbling from the cure process. I can't recommend SWS enough, and specifically Sean for being so helpful. read more

They put a film in my windows to block the sun from burning my turf. However it has since bubbled up. Didn't even last 1yr. I'm not sure how to fix it either. It was too expensive to look like this now The value for the money wasn't worth it. read more

Great window tinting experience. Ceramic I3 applied to a 2025 model 3 at %22 all around "sides and rear windows". Had the window tint installed in mid April and 8months later no issues to report. Heat reduction throughout the summer was well worth the cost of tinting and glare reduction was excellent. Cost was really competitive and the rear window was done in one piece top to bottom which is notoriously difficult on the model 3. No car connectivity issues with the ceramic tint from metallic interference and the warranty gives you a little piece of mind. Awesome product and awesome install. I would recommend to family and friends. read more

This is the second time I've used Virgil and his crew to tint my home windows. The first time was in 2017 when we tinted a set of windows traversing a spiral staircase as well as three French windows. We immediately noticed a difference in the temperature of those two areas especially in the afternoon sunlight. Jump to 2023, and we tinted the remaining bedrooms and public areas of our home. His crew is always clean and very courteous. As for the tint placed in 2017, we are going on six years and it still looks as good as the day it was installed. No bubbles lifting, fading or color changes. read more

I highly recommend Superior Window Solutions, we noticed a difference in the temperature in the living room and to my daughter's room. I'm adding another Living room and for sure i will contact this company. Good Job and thank you Virgil Joe and Isabel Guyot read more

Jimmy and Virgil were a pleasure to work with. They were easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Scheduling was a breeze and the work looks great. The price was reasonable, especially for the quality of materials and workmanship. We used their "Turf Shield" to protect the newly installed turf from a few windows that's could have burned it and "InvisiShield" on the other windows on the back of the house just in case. We went with 30% ceramic film for the front of the house and the nursery and so glad we did. We definitely notice a difference in heat reduction in those rooms which get direct sunlight for most of the day. I would recommend that anyone considering installing turf to call Superior Window Solutions to protect their investment. read more

Doug did a fantastic job of putting tint on my car windows. He was polite, professional and showed up on time. He explained all of of the available options to me and once I picked the shade and type of film, he went to work. He cleaned up after he was finished and waited for me as I was finishing up one of my meetings. Over all very happy with the workmanship and would highly recommend him. read more

I had my car tinted here last Saturday. My appointment was 2:00 pm and was told it will be done by 6 pm. I called at around 5:30 to check and the tech said he was just about to get started. I wanted to cancel but I had already paid. I came at the shop at around 9:00 pm and my car is not done. It finally got done at around 12:30 am, too tired to check and no receipt were given except for an electronic receipt with a total and no details of what were done (see photo). This is not even the real issue. The next day I noticed two long rainbow shaped scratches on the driver side window and passenger window. These are the type of scratches that you can't really miss since it is on the sight line of the driver side mirror. These scratches are not on the film but on the glass itself so I had the installer removed the film on the front windows to prove and have them offer me a resolution. Well five days later no phone call no nothing so I finally emailed Virgil the owner explaining the situation hoping he could get it resolved. So the owner finally called and left me a voicemail. I called back only to hear him go on and on about how they could not have possibly caused these scratches and that they do not use any tool that can caused this and that he trains his installer really well etc. etc. Short for we're not liable and not going to pay. He offered to buff out the scratches which we all know does not really work so I refuse. He also offered to buff out the chrome trim above the driver side window that the installer also scratched and admitted to and I also refused since it won't look the same as before. I brought in my new car in perfect shape and I wanted it the same way. At this point I just asked Virgil to refund me a portion of the front side windows tint that were pulled out and he reluctantly agreed to refund me $130 of the $430 total I which by the way I have not received. Please read all the negative comments as yelp buries it down and save yourselves some trouble. I got no one to blame but myself since I was in a hurry and did not do my research properly. read more

We had noticed the 7 month old shifting sides in her car seat trying to avoid the sun so we decided to tint the windows in our Honda. Highly recommend Armando! He did an excellent job; fast replies, quick quote, great customer service and very knowledgeable of their different products. I scheduled a home window tint installation for Monday 4/26/21 afternoon. I spoke with Virg and I was initially impressed with his professionalism and willingness to get me taken care of. He responded promptly to text messages as it had been raining that day. He told me the Tech would be calling when he was on his way so I waited. No on called or showed up, I sent a text to Virg and he said the Tech came by at 3:19pm and no one answered. I told him I was literally in front of my house during that time and sent a screenshot of my Ring doorbell video at 3:19pm showing me in the front yard. His response was literally, "Wierd." The same tech was supposed to show up the next day at 8:30am, but didn't show up until about 10am due to "car trouble." I needed two windows tinted and asked for a quote on a third window. He quoted me 416.50 to which I agreed. About 10 minutes later he informed me there would be a two inch gap of no tint on the window. Confused, I asked why he couldn't cover the entire window. He said if he did that he would have to charge me double for the window. I told him if he wasn't going to cover the whole window or charge me double from what he originally quoted, not to tint the third window. The tech then threw a fit in my front yard angrily gathering up his equipment. He apparently had already cut the tint before trying to get me to accept a partially covered window or double the quoted price. I sent Virg a text about this incident, he wanted me to send video evidence. I informed him the conversation occurred out of the ring camera's view and did not record it. I further informed him what possible motive would I have to lie. I did not ask for or expect any kind of refund. It appeared, in my opinion, he didn't believe me or he didn't want to deal with it. I told him it was my intention to make him aware of what happened, what he did with this information was his decision. Upon reading other negative reviews it is apparent this isn't the first time a complaint was not believed or dealt with by him. I would not recommend nor will I ever use this business again. read more

Great business to work with. Have used them on two separate occasions. Once for installing whole house internal heat reduction tint on all of our direct sun facing windows. The second time to install specialized external tint designed for protection of artificial grass (to avoid reflective melting) Super easy to work with and to get a no-nonsense quote. Virgil, who I believe is the owner was very straightforward. The installer (same guy on both jobs) was super cool and efficient. Fun to chat with while he worked. I forgot his name, but I think he is the main installer. Would use them again personally and would reccomend them to others without hesitation. read more

I highly recommend Superior Window Solutions. Nothing makes your car look worse than a cheap/shoddy tint job and you will never get that with the work they do here. This is the 3rd vehicle of mine that Jimmy has done and he never disappoints- car looks amazing. I also highly recommend ceramic tint on the windshield, what a difference in heat deflection- it's definitely worth it. Great company with high quality service at a great price. Our windows look beautiful after the tinting.

I had some windows replaced in my house, and the hue on the glass appeared to be different from the existing original windows. DJ from SWS came by to give me an estimate to possibly add tint to get them to match. He explained everything to me about my current problem, and was honest with how to solve it. My contractor was also there at the time, and he was so impressed with DJ's knowledge and demeanor, that he's going to use him on a future job. I appreciate the customer service, thank you! read more

UPDATE: I took my car back to get the tint warrantied after the rear tint faded and the sides started to peel off. Virgil was extremely professional and took care of all the issues under warranty. Replaced all the tint (even the ones that had no issues) with new tint that won't fade. It's hard to find someone that is passionate about their products and reputation! I was so impressed that I scheduled him and his team to come out to give us quotes for tinting the windows at our home to block out some of the heat! I would easily recommend anyone who needs tint at home or on their auto to visit Virgil for a quote! read more

This company came highly recommended by the window company who unfortunately shattered our glass window and the glass was previously tinted. I knew it would be a challenge finding a company that would tint a window or two, but fortunately, they have a good working relationship with the window company. I am very grateful they agreed to take on a small job. I also had them tint my garage windows to try and make it worth their while. Virgil came out and matched the existing tint which was pretty spot on! He also gave us his recommendation on the proper and best tint to use on our garage windows (ceramic) to cut down on the heat in the garage. I am glad we went with his suggestion. They tinted the replacement glass at the window company's shop. We were on a time crunch to get the windows tinted and Virgil made it happen! Now that is great customer service! Virgil is great. He is very friendly, personable and professional. He always responded to my many text messages immediately. His crew is awesome also! They know their stuff and are extremely competent! Hard to come by these days! The did a beautiful job! I wish I had more work for them, but I will say, this will be my go-to company for all of my tinting needs. Make them yours, too! You won't regret it! read more

5 stars across the board for Superior Window Solutions (SWS)! They have competitive prices, install quality window films, and most importantly, they stand behind their work and take care of their customers after the sale. In my case...long after the sale. In 2013 we decided to tint the windows on my wife's new Civic, we chose SWS. Virgil Ryan, the owner, had promptly returned my phone calls and had taken the time to answer all of my questions. Their pricing was competitive, scheduling was easy, and the installation was first-rate; a great experience. In 2015 SWS tinted the windows on my new Lexus and I had the same great experience. As I had with the Civic, I chose a darker tint for the 3 rear windows, and a lighter shade for the 2 in front. Almost three years had gone by when I recently noticed that an edge of the tint on the driver's window of the Lexus had come loose. I called Virgil, and his response was simple and direct; "We'll take care of it." When I brought my car in, Virgil and his installer Jose determined that there was a flaw in the film itself. When they pulled some new film from their stock they noticed that the original tint had also darkened considerably, so the new film for the driver's window was not going to match the existing film on the front passenger side. Virgil solved that problem quickly, saying "We'll replace the tint on both front windows". For a successful tint job, an installer needs to have a great deal of patience and attention to detail, and Jose took great care to ensure that everything was perfect in replacing the tinting on both windows. Too many companies today seem to have lost sight of the fact that if you don't take care of your customers, your chance for a customer's repeat business is minimal. However, if you do take care of them, they will come back. It's that simple. Virgil's proactive approach to SWS's customer service, and his ability to see things from the customer's perspective has made me a customer for life, and I heartily recommend his company. PS: An insider tip. As someone who ran customer service programs for many years, my best advice for consumers seeking service, especially for something that is technically "out of warranty" is to first just simply ask nicely if anything can be done. Business owners and their employees are people too, and if you treat them the way you would like to be treated, you never know what kind of good things may happen. Conversely, if from the beginning you go in making threats and over-the-top demands, you seriously reduce your chances of getting any kind of satisfaction. read more

5-star business from a 5-star serviceman, Daniel. Needed a window tinting, called everyone around the Miramar area and they were quoting high. Called this place up, talked to Daniel and he quoted me the best price. He offered to do the service at my apartment even which is a very convenient service offered! I ended up just going to the garage since I needed to be in Miramar anyways. Met up for my appointment time, met Daniel, talked while he worked on my window, and when he was done, Daniel thoroughly explained the aftercare process. I was out of there in 30 mins. Daniel was very professional and enhanced my experience with this company. 100% excellent service and professionalism. If you need some windows tinted, look no further, this is the place. read more
