Nice guys. The tint application looks well, i do have a 3 inch line across my windshield that i dont know if its a cut or what the heck it is. Maybe its on the outside of the windshield. Dont want to touch it and mess up the tint. My biggest problem is the man didnt hear what i wanted. I said word for word, "during the daytime i want to see the people in the car. and And if u cant see them as well during the night that is fine." I NEVER SAID I wanted to see SILHOUETTES which is what this dude tried to twist my words into. No sir, thats not a word I used. Mind u the tint is so freaking dark my friend couldnt even see my silhouette in the daytime. Maybe I shouldve added while im looking thru the tint i wanna see the damn trees on the other side. I have terrible eye issues which i explained, and thought that disclosing i have had my eye taken out for surgery would help the man know that I realllllly need to be able to see thru the tint. Nope. I cannot see into the car at all I cannot see people in my car which is why i wanted all of the same level of tint all around because it shouldve been light enough see the people inside during the day. It shouldve been light enough for the cops to not want to bother me. Now I look like I drive a drug dealers car. The guy who didnt understand what I wanted then said I could pay for removal and pay to have it changed before I left the building. I had just payed $845. I am not saying not to go here, im saying to print pictures and dont expect them to understand your concerns or what you want. Im beyond dissatisfied. And btw the most expensive ceramic tint doesnt keep your car from being hot inside, it keeps the dash and things inside from being unbearable to touch lmao. So if u think u are going to sit inside a cool car on a overcast 78 degree day youre wrong. The car sat for 2 hours in the parking lot and when I opened the door it felt like the car normally feels when its closed up. That was my bad for thinking it would make my car cooler. I had another great experience here. I had my previous car tinted in 2016. This time brought my SUV in and met with Oscar at the front help me pick the right shade from my car. No heavy sales push just on his answers in good service. Oscar got me out of his shop a little over an hour really fast. Tint world is not the cheapest but they do quality work at a fair price. Got my Ranger Raptor tinted with XPEL XR Plus at Tint World in San Diego on Miramar Rd. Clean install with no issues. Staff was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. Did my research on the best tint and compared notes with what I learned and what they knew and was confident I made the best decision. They were able to book my appointment on short notice, which helped a ton with my busy schedule. The Xpel XR plus (ultimate) looks great and you can feel the difference with the IR/TSER heat rejection and clear visibility. Worth every penny!!! Neatly maintained shop. Friendly staff. Jimmy is knowledgeable in the trade. He had demonstrated various filters they offer and exposed them via a heat lamp to show heat reduction, which helped make the decision a lot easier. Service was excellent. Reasonably priced too. Tint World, especially this location in Miramar, has been my go-to shop for a few years now and they never disappoint. I recently brought my son to get his windows tinted since he lives in a hotter area. Every time I come here I am more impressed! Great quality work. Ask for Jimmy he will hook you up and give you an honest opinion on different options and grades- he knows his stuff! Tip: make an appointment and come early to avoid long waiting. There is a Better Buzz coffee shop about a 20 min walk. Put on a good podcast and get those steps in! I've brought 5-6 cars here over the years and never had an issue with the tint! Pricing is always fair and hasn't gone up either. read more

**UPDATE: This is our fourth car getting tinted by Tint World. We miss the days when Melissa or Jay explains the window tinting process. Recently jimmy was the one who assisted us at the front desk, and he is over hype, opinionated, and his customer service sucks. So they saved my wallet and saved me from a migraine. I went to the other tint world in El Cajon and they ripped the top part of my windshield tint. I had an appointment to fix it and they kept moving me. Evidently they ended up closing the shop. So I contacted Tint world Miramar and they were gonna end up charging me the whole price to re-do the windshield tint, but when I explained the situation they realized they needed to fix what had happened. They didn't charge me a cent and redid the whole thing and made it darker with no charge. Definitely going to come back again and finish tinting the whole car. It looks amazing and I'm glad they heard me out and gave me exquisite customer service. read more

Was shopping around for a while before pulling the trigger and going with them.. also went to the San Marcos location with the same name, but didn't felt like the customer service received was as great as this one. Their pricing is way better and their quality of their workmanship is impeccable! Couldn't be more happier with the tinting service received. This is the place where you will get a quality tint job or if you want to further customize the look of your car, they do excellent wrap jobs. Jay and the team are efficient and take customer requests and wishes seriously. The tint process is done in a very timely matter , there are multiple people working in a shop. My tint finished in one hour. There are multiple films to choose from and you can see the samples in the shop before you decide on the tint shade/darkness level. My current car had a lot of chrome accents all over (Acura) and i wanted to remove it all (black it out) and guys at Tint World did an excellent work, I'm truly impressed with the quality and the finished result (see the pictures of white Acura SUV). Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.

We had been quoted anywhere between $5,000-$15,000 to replace our sliding patio doors with French…read moredoors. Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. In sum, we highly recommend Sivan if you are looking to replace your doors!
