The key to the storage space was long lost, so within hours (and before I had even officially hired them) we had arranged for Mehdi to meet the manager of the facility and get the lock cut off. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER they had pulled everything out of the space and sorted it, consulted with me over FaceTime about what to do with it, neatly consolidated the items I want to keep and moved them to a much smaller unit, loaded and hauled away everything else, cleaned out the old space and mailed me the new keys. All those years of procrastination, resolved like magic! Communication was prompt and seamless throughout. In fact, Jihane seemed to instinctively understand exactly what I wanted. At one point I told her to throw away something worthless but sentimental, and then had second thoughts after we hung up. Before I could call back, she texted to say it seemed like something I should keep so she'd set it aside. It was like she could read my mind, and it made me feel she was treating my belongings with as much care as she would her own. When I'm back in the area I will absolutely hire them to clean, organize, and care for my home and pets. I highly recommend them for whatever services you need!
