It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard).
