They clean very well , but unfortunately this is the second time in a row that they didn't show up . The first time they responded right away and said they had went to the wrong house and we rescheduled . This time they didn't show up and still haven't responded to me or said anything . Unfortunately we will have to switch companies now , I can't stay home to let cleaners in who are unreliable. Update : decided to give them one more chance and they again didn't show up today and are not answering calls . I'm pretty disappointed with this company. I booked an appointment for today at 8:45 am. I got pretty vague answers to some of my questions when first inquiring. I also never got a confirmation but just assumed we were still on. At 9:00 am, I decided to call when they didn't show up. The owner answered and said she wasn't sure what happened because she is on vacation. She said she would call the office then call me back. She didn't call back. So at 9:20 am, I called her again and she sounded like she also forgot to call me back. She said that they moved my appointment to 11:45 am. Who does that without asking?? I told her no one communicated that with me and that doesn't work. I said this was pretty much a waste of my morning and she apologized but also said she didn't know what to tell me other than that. I used Maids Express 15 yrs ago when I lived in Scripps Ranch and was beyond unhappy with their Lousy way of "cleaning" my 2 bed/bath 900 aq ft apt. I was delighted with all the happy her clients are AND she was able to send one of her excellent teams to do my place the day after I requested quote and time. Lupé and Ilena arrived and did a walk through of what I wanted cleaned. These 2 lovely ladies did such a great job of my slate tile floors which is hard to clean and my kitchen is so beautiful, Lupé cleaned all the cabinet doors, Granite counters and the glass lights. They put everything back the way I like it and nothing was out of place. I sent a request for quote on May 24th to have my house cleaned after construction asking for service dates June 20-22nd. I received a message on June 21st saying they were booked. Very poor communication skills and poor business skills if they take 1 month to get back to a customer and get back to them on the dates of needed service. I'm actually extremely offended and mad because I can't usually afford a cleaning service but I recently broke my hand and have kids so I needed to stay on top of my house work ( I am a really clean person and wanted to stay ahead of it) I requested a quote and was quoted $180 when they arrived they said it was going to take four hours but I had a weird feeling in my stomach that they were going to try to charge me more so I said two hours max as I only live in a two bedroom apartment it wouldn't take that long to do a standard cleaning I came back inside when they were gone and my house seemed to be clean but as the days have gone by I have been finding more and more areas where they did not clean including small trash cans mopping or sweeping areas and they didn't dust anything. I ended up only paying them $150 because the job was so shotty but I still feel like I got robbed and should have stayed to watch them clean but I guess it'll be a lesson learned. Do not recommend AT ALL. They came out twice in 2 months. My other appts. they did not call to say they were not coming ( this happened 3 times). Once Maria called and said someone was sick, ok, no problem. Today, was the last straw of not bothering to call or not showing up ! 100!!!!!!!! I love this company and I have used many from online agencies to fellow yelpers! This place is hands down twice as good as any service company we have ever hired. We have had nothing but the best experiences the women show up to work and get it done. They don't come to just do easy stuff they come to actually impact your home cleaning all the nooks and crannies! They go above and beyond to clean baseboards and areas that are not easy to reach like a front sun window we have. Let me put it this way if you are paying someone to clean but when they leave you can't really tell or they did the bare minimum you have found a hidden gem. I would say this company can be hard to get a hold of especially by phone. The best way I have found is message them through Yelp my address and a few days and time that work they respond when they can come and confirm and they show up! We contacted Maria for a post construction clean-up and received a quote within 24 hours. This was our first time hiring a cleaning crew so we didn't know what to expect. The quote was for a minimum 4 hours of cleaning which seemed appropriate considering the amount of dust in the home.
