Thorough, helpful and kind. I appreciate how clean my home feels after having maid express visit. Worth every dollar.

I had a great experience with Maid Express. There was great communication, they showed up right on time, and finished under the estimated time. The price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied with the move-out cleaning service. read more

Maria sent 2 people to clean my place this time. They initially showed up at the wrong address. Luckily I found them at my neighbor's home just in time. They cleaned very well beyond my expectation I wish I could speak Spanish to communicate with them instead of pointing at things in front of them. They spent 5 hours at my place. 5 stars again. read more

They clean very well , but unfortunately this is the second time in a row that they didn't show up . The first time they responded right away and said they had went to the wrong house and we rescheduled . This time they didn't show up and still haven't responded to me or said anything . Unfortunately we will have to switch companies now , I can't stay home to let cleaners in who are unreliable. Update : decided to give them one more chance and they again didn't show up today and are not answering calls . We have company coming into town tomorrow , and we kept the kids out all day to allow them space when they got there , so this is extremely disappointing read more

Maria and her team clean my house every 2 weeks. They do a phenomenal job. I have had quite a few maid services over the years, and Maid Express is my favorite. read more

Call them! If you are considering hiring a service...don't waste your time reading my review...just call Maid Express now and have a clean home in no time! We had Maid Express come out to do a whole house cleaning. They were available on the first date requested . 2 ladies came to our home while I was at work and hubby let them in and provided a few must have instructions, bathrooms, fan blades and entire kitchen. I came home to a fresh clean house at the end of a long work day! Husband said each lady worked diligently, one upstairs and the other downstairs. I wish my budget allowed 1x a week cleaning but it doesn't so I'll see these ladies again as soon as I can!!! Thank you so much for making my life a lot easier after working long hours each week, no cleaning for me! Until next time! Thank you Maria and the team!!!!!! read more

We're getting ready to sell our condo and Maria did a fantastic job on the move out clean. Not a bit of dust was left in our windows or on the light fixtures. The calcium buildup on our shower doors is virtually gone. Our fridges and kitchen cabinets have been wiped clean. Everything looks shiny and new. We would definitely recommend their services! read more

I'm pretty disappointed with this company. I booked an appointment for today at 8:45 am. I got pretty vague answers to some of my questions when first inquiring. I also never got a confirmation but just assumed we were still on. At 9:00 am, I decided to call when they didn't show up. The owner answered and said she wasn't sure what happened because she is on vacation. She said she would call the office then call me back. She didn't call back. So at 9:20 am, I called her again and she sounded like she also forgot to call me back. She said that they moved my appointment to 11:45 am. Who does that without asking?? I told her no one communicated that with me and that doesn't work. I said this was pretty much a waste of my morning and she apologized but also said she didn't know what to tell me other than that. Pretty bad first experience. read more

They did an amazing job! Our house was spotless after their clean. True professional.

Dealing with Maria was wonderful. Her team came and did the most beautiful job. I was super impressed. They even helped and gave me tips to clean myself. I highly recommend them! read more

Maria was fantastic!! I needed last minute cleaning on a certain date and she was quick to respond, available & her pricing is very competitive. She and her staff arrived on time and did an incredible job!!! I was impressed with how efficient they were- it was exactly what we needed done! Usually I find myself going back through my house to clean but I didn't need to! She had me check the entire house for approval before they left. Very impressed and will use again! And not to mention they really friendly- we were here the entire time and it worked out perfectly! HIGHLY recommend!! :) read more

I used Maids Express 15 yrs ago when I lived in Scripps Ranch and was beyond unhappy with their Lousy way of "cleaning" my 2 bed/bath 900 aq ft apt. The cleaners left my apt looking like a tornado ripped through it, EVERYTHING was displaced, my dogs bed was in my shower! I bought a 3400 Sq ft house in Ramona last May and needed a really good and reliable company I could rely on and didn't have much luck until I discovered Maids Express and Maria the owner. I was delighted with all the happy her clients are AND she was able to send one of her excellent teams to do my place the day after I requested quote and time. Lupé and Ilena arrived and did a walk through of what I wanted cleaned. These 2 lovely ladies did such a great job of my slate tile floors which is hard to clean and my kitchen is so beautiful, Lupé cleaned all the cabinet doors, Granite counters and the glass lights. They put everything back the way I like it and nothing was out of place. My big 3400 Sq ft house smelled so fresh and clean, I can't believe how fantastic this particular Maids Express is, I got real service from Maria's team and not just lip service. So glad I found them on Yelp and gave them a try. Finally found a very reliable and great cleaning service! read more

Outstanding in every way - they cleaned as I only wish I could - working tirelessly, efficiently, and thoroughly. My house literally sparkled when they were finished. They were friendly and worked without a break. I am so grateful! read more

I sent a request for quote on May 24th to have my house cleaned after construction asking for service dates June 20-22nd. I received a message on June 21st saying they were booked. Very poor communication skills and poor business skills if they take 1 month to get back to a customer and get back to them on the dates of needed service. Of course they were booked they answered on the date I needed service! read more

I'm actually extremely offended and mad because I can't usually afford a cleaning service but I recently broke my hand and have kids so I needed to stay on top of my house work ( I am a really clean person and wanted to stay ahead of it) I requested a quote and was quoted $180 when they arrived they said it was going to take four hours but I had a weird feeling in my stomach that they were going to try to charge me more so I said two hours max as I only live in a two bedroom apartment it wouldn't take that long to do a standard cleaning I came back inside when they were gone and my house seemed to be clean but as the days have gone by I have been finding more and more areas where they did not clean including small trash cans mopping or sweeping areas and they didn't dust anything. I ended up only paying them $150 because the job was so shotty but I still feel like I got robbed and should have stayed to watch them clean but I guess it'll be a lesson learned. Do not recommend AT ALL. Update: the girls had no idea what they were ther for when they showed up, my house was barely dirty so the "condition" wasn't bad enough for two capable people to spend more than 2 hours on read more

I highly recommend this company to take care of any cleaning job that you might have! Ours was a Giant challenge...tenants moved from our rental, leaving the house in horrible condition...Maria and her team came in a tackled it with incredible efficiency! It did take them two days to accomplish it, but it was a BIG job and when they finished it was 100% better! Hire them! read more

They came out twice in 2 months. My other appts. they did not call to say they were not coming ( this happened 3 times). Once Maria called and said someone was sick, ok, no problem. Today, was the last straw of not bothering to call or not showing up ! Don't expect much from Maria, she's great once you are signed up for your 1st cleaning but she does not get back to you after that. I had to call her 5 times just to get my 2nd cleaning which they did not show up. I thought she wanted long term clients. My other services I have had for years at a time, I was hoping this would be the same. Debra read more

Another 5 start review for Maria and Maid Express! It had been well over a year since she scheduled my home for a deep cleaning. Lucy, Renata and Alizia (sp?) did an amazing, thorough job including cleaning my oven to almost new looking! They are friendly, professional young women who are committed to being cleaning specialists. Thank you! read more

Overall this was a very pleasant experience. The owner of Maid Express, Maria, gave a quick estimate through Yelp Messenger. They were highly responsive and able to have a team of two Paz and Betty come to our home within 48 hours of requesting a quote for a deep cleaning of our 1245 sf apartment. The team performed three hours of services at a fair price and were very flexible when given very minimal direction. They really did a great job and we are appreciative to have a clean home again. Thank you Maid Express. We will be in touch in the future for additional cleanings. read more

Very upset with the cleaning crew they were in a big hurry, they refused to come back because it was to much for them. I would never recommend them!!! read more

Professional, detailed, timely. Not the cheapest cleaning service in town but they provide more than enough value in return. Recommended

I highly recommend them, I've been using them for almost a year 3 times a week. I just moved and they just finished a deep clean of my new place and they did a excellent job! I will now have them come clean every two weeks. read more

100!!!!!!!! I love this company and I have used many from online agencies to fellow yelpers! This place is hands down twice as good as any service company we have ever hired. We have had nothing but the best experiences the women show up to work and get it done. They don't come to just do easy stuff they come to actually impact your home cleaning all the nooks and crannies! They go above and beyond to clean baseboards and areas that are not easy to reach like a front sun window we have. Let me put it this way if you are paying someone to clean but when they leave you can't really tell or they did the bare minimum you have found a hidden gem. I would say this company can be hard to get a hold of especially by phone. The best way I have found is message them through Yelp my address and a few days and time that work they respond when they can come and confirm and they show up! Thank you to all the women that have helped clean my work we always give a huge tip because the work is phenomenal and these workers work there a$$e$ off!!!!!!! Thank you maid express :) read more

Some scheduling hiccups but everything got resolved quickly. Cleaning staff was excellent! Already scheduled bi-weekly service after seeing how good of a job they did on the initial clean. read more

We contacted Maria for a post construction clean-up and received a quote within 24 hours. This was our first time hiring a cleaning crew so we didn't know what to expect. The quote was for a minimum 4 hours of cleaning which seemed appropriate considering the amount of dust in the home. We thought there would be 2-3 cleaners on site but Maria sent over 5 uniformed ladies to our surprise. They divided and conquered the tasks which left our home sparkling throughout. I'm sure we'll be calling Maria and crew again for regular maintenance. read more

Excellent cleaning service!!! I reached out because of their (good) online reviews (there's always a negative nelly out there) and have been so impressed. Their communication has been great. The crew showed up right on time and I left them to do their work. When I returned from a trip a week later I came home to a bright and clean home. All the little areas and details were cleaned from the base boards to the fans, and even the toaster oven inside and out shined like new. I highly recommend Maid Express and will definitely be using them on a regular basis. Thanks Maria and team!!! read more
