We reached out to Stratus Building Solutions of San Diego for office carpet cleaning in October 2023, because Sharon let us us know about the new company she worked for and suggested it would be a more positive experience from the mishap at COIT. It was our intent to set up reoccurring cleanings every four weeks. We confirmed for November 3rd at 3:30pm. At 3:40pm after multiple calls and emails Sharon tells us the service provider is in traffic and will be there by 3:45pm. By 4:30pm we were done waiting around, and left. Sharon then emails that supposedly the drive had been "looking for the door" as if we would not notice a big carpet cleaning truck in our parking lot. Sharon responds "I do apologize for this inconvenience. We understand that our Service Provider Arrival time was to be 3pm, and he was terribly late. This is not our practice and how we maintain a working relationship with our customers. I have been authorized to offer a 10% discount for your trouble. We would like to reschedule at your earliest convenience." And the Ronnie responds at 4:54pm "We truly do apologize for the inconvenience this late arrival cost you. To reiterate what Sharon said, this is not how we conduct business. We pride our selfs on customer satisfaction, but today we failed you. Our franchise owner is still outside waiting for a few more minutes before he takes off. If you would allow us to reschedule, I would assign a different franchise owner to provide you with your service. Once again sorry for the inconvenience." Against my better judgement, we give them another shot and confirm carpet cleaning this time Nov 17th at 3:00pm. Along comes Nov 17th and we reach out at noon to confirm we are still on for 3pm. Ronnie almost immediately responds "I will confirm with the service provider shortly and give you an update." Odd, you would think a company call "Building Solutions" would confirm their service providers in advance of being asked to do so by the customer, especially given what happened last time. We reach out again at 2:20pm having hear nothing back. We call, no answer. Finally we get a call back saying the service provider is having unexpected technical difficulties and cant make it today. This time Catalina chimes in "I'm so sorry for this unfortunate situation with your company. Unfortunately today was out of our control due to the service provider's machine abruptly not working." I hope others dont make the same mistake we did, twice, with this terrible company.

A cleaner from this company broke one of the cabinets of the hinges and it was laying on the ground…read morewhen I came home Tranquil home offered to send someone to fix and proceeded to waste about 8 more hours of my time over the course of 2 days and the handyman never showed 2 days in a row The cabinet was fully functional before it was torn off the hinges and left on the ground One of the hinges was broken and the company kept leaning on that but the cabinet fully worked The cleaner didn't even clean my sink lol Just all together a really huge waste of my time and money since I have to fix the cabinet myself I have worked with them in the past and it was fine but it's truly not worth your time when sometime could be okay or they break something in your home and leave the house dirty I also had surgery around this time and got my house cleaned due to barely being able to walk so it was insanely disappointing to have -another thing added to my to do list -an apt that was still not cleaned -more time wasted with them scheduling a handy man who was a no show twice Not worth your time Not worth your money I can only assume if they didn't want me to review them on all review sites they would reimburse me for having to get the cabinet fixed
