The man cleaned the downstairs bathroom then had to go to the store for the woman. He was gone for about 45 minutes. After about two hours they started packing up. Since I was told it was a three hour minimum at $75/hour, I asked them to clean a few more areas. I felt like I had to micromanage and wondered what would have been left undone if I wasn't home to give direction. They did a good job but some things were done quickly. For example, the appliances on the kitchen counter weren't moved to be cleaned under or around. My daughter's room wasn't vacuumed, and some of the windows were left uncleaned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I'll go with a personal referral in the future.
