Dora was the absolute most thorough and diligent housekeeper that we have ever witnessed. She was on time, she did everything requested and more. The quality of the work performed was above reproach. She brought all of her own equipment, and it was top tier. This was for a three bedroom, two bathroom home that is around 1300 square feet. And everything was sparkling. The stove. The showers. The floors. The fans!! The cost was also one of the most competitive prices given during this solicitation, and The Art of Clean Agency was our first choice - and their bid was legit. We were so impressed with the job well done and Dora is an absolute Grade A human being who took her time to not just ensure we were happy with the results, but ensured we knew if there was ANYTHING we felt needed done better or was not done, to bring it to her attention. That. Was. Not. Necessary. The job was absolutely perfect and I could not give a higher recommendation for a cleaning agency. Top tier - best of the best.

Dora was quite literally the angel my grandma must have prayed for…read more I needed a last-minute clean with family coming into town and was feeling completely overwhelmed, and from the second Dora arrived, I swear I could feel the pressure start to lift. Not only is she genuinely the sweetest, kindest soul, but she is absolutely impeccable at what she does. She took her time, paid attention to all the little details, and really made sure everything was actually clean rather than just rushing through to get it done. By the time she left, my home felt completely refreshed and I finally felt like I could breathe again. There is something extra special about someone who not only does an incredible job, but brings such grace, warmth, and kindness into your home while doing it. Truly, it almost feels like healing work. There is something about having someone come into your space, care for it with that much intention, and leave it lighter than they found it that just hits differently. And honestly, the experience was wonderful from start to finish. From my first inquiry, to booking, to the actual cleaning, everyone was so kind, responsive, and pleasant to work with. I genuinely could not be happier. I've tried other cleaning companies before and somehow you usually end up with at least that tiny little ping of disappointment. Something was missed, something felt rushed, something just wasn't quite what you hoped for. There was not one area of disappointment here. Excellence, excellence, excellence. Do yourself a favor and BOOK with The art of cleaning and feel free to ask for Dora, She is an absolute gem, the cutest human, and officially the person I want cleaning my home forever. 10/10. Five stars. No notes.

How dare you?? 2: YOU did so without explanation, and avoided any attempt at communication from me. Maria Cristina or whatever you are. Do you see how wrong that is? Do you see how freaking hurtful that is after all of those years? I honestly despise you because I see who you are. You did the same thing to others when they would reach out to you for service, and I didn't understand why you were being so nasty and ignoring them. 3: I DESPISE YOU AND YOUR WORK ETHICS, or lack there of. 4: I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL. 5: Please know that you will not know who the people are that are coming into your house because they change so often, and their backgrounds;?as sketchy as they may be, will be unknown to you. 6: Maria Cristina Hendrickson, just like many of your clients both current and former, I considered you a friend, and now you are the absolute opposite. 7: I know so many things about you, all the things that you have confided in me about your clients of past and present, personal stuff that pertains your clients and yourself, just as I have shared with you. How freaking dare you? You know that I hold a grudge, and that I hold people accountable, so this review of your bullshit could've been avoided had you responded to one single text message after you communicated to me that all was well, and that you were still going to show after your three week vacation . This is a copy paste of our last conversation : "Hi there and happy Saturday Maria Cristina... I really hope that all is well with you. My name is......., I am the person that without ever meeting you for months in person, hired you and left you the keys to my home in a lockbox. After speaking with you, I had a feeling that I could trust you with my home, and I had a feeling that you were a person of integrity and trustworthy, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen you. Once we finally met face-to-face, and had the chance to talk, I liked you even more. I recall that when my kitchen and bathrooms were being remodeled and replaced, I continued to have you come to the condo every week, knowing that you could barely clean anything, but I still paid full price. You have been cleaning my home(s) since forever, so I don't understand What is going on? Maria Cristina , you 100% know that you could or can talk to me about anything, and for All of these years that you have cleaned for us, confided in us, and me and Tony confiding in you. We are at a complete loss as to why you didn't show up last Wednesday when you confirmed that you would, and that you are not responding to any text messages. I don't know if this is a money thing, an inconvenience thing, or what, but whatever it is or was, you 100% know that you could sit down and talk to me about it, so unless you were injured, jailed, hospitalized, or abducted by aliens, I don't understand why you haven't responded to my phone call or text ? Let me also bring you back to the conversation when I told you that I wanted you to come twice a month instead of every week. Maria, the look that came over your face was a look of you being devastated, but I really didn't understand that reaction, because more often than not you were only coming here twice a month anyway, due to you prioritizing other clients who were probably paying you more, so I don't understand the lack of communication now. ? I did ask you many many many times if you wanted to change me to a different regular scheduled day, and you never would do that, so I don't get it ? Here's the thing Maria Cristina, whatever it was you could have sat down or even just talk to me about it rather than just ghost me (after all of these years.) Lastly, I hope that you will reach out to me and either we get closure, but don't just ghost me after all of these years, knowing me, that will be sad. Stop doing this shit to your clients, otherwise just treat all clients like clients, and not pretend to make friendships or relationships with them, and then ghost them because it's rude. How would you like it? How would you like it if Jose ghosted you or any of your other employees. With this said .... I decided to take the text messages down that I had attached but everything that I said is true. You would confirm that you were gonna show up and then not show and I was fine with that until you just stop showing at all. Christina Maria if you give me an explanation, I will take this down ...
