It was a lot more than I have ever spent on a cleaning service but I've never opted for a deep clean before. I hate cleaning; and the baseboards, door moldings etc probably haven't been cleaned in years. Well they are now! They did EVERYTHING including my oven with an odor free product and it looks like new. All the blinds and shutters. Nice, streak-free inside windows, my vintage hardwood floors... all pristine. A couple of weeks ago I called Maria to get an estimate on cleaning four bathrooms in my home. She responded to my call promptly and we discussed my needs. During this call we made an appointment on the same day as the call for her to come to my home and give me a free estimate. She arrived on time and after her visit I had an appointment for cleaning in two weeks. Two weeks later she arrived on time with an assistant to clean my four bathrooms. She supplied all the clean supplies and they worked quickly and efficiently. When the job was completed about two and a half hours later, I did a walk through and was very pleased with the results. Maria is quite simply the best. We put up with our last cleaning lady Aliza for a while and then parted company. $80 for two hours to clean a two bedroom condo was just too much considering the amount of work that went into it. Maria came by and told me exactly what I wanted to hear that she would wash the blinds clean the oven clean the microwave and refrigerator clean the tracks in the windows etc. when she said the price would be $200 I was a little dismayed but then when she told me that there would be three women for three hours that sounded more like $22 per hour to me which was very fair on all accounts. The ladies did an excellent job I could hear lots of scraping and moaning and breathing hard and I've got to tell you that the service was just for nominal. This is a review from when Maria and her crew cleaned my place 6 months ago. It was my first time hiring someone to clean so I wanted to find the right person and Maria was it! I called her to see if she could do a move out cleaning on a day she doesn't schedule cleanings and I was thankful that agreed to she come by. Maria came the same day I contacted her and she was nice and friendly. She did a quick walkthrough of my studio and listened to what I needed to have cleaned for my move out like cleaning the blinds, the outside of the windows, the space behind the fridge and the hard to reach space underneath the claw foot tub. Cleaning day, she came with one of her cleaning crew and got started right away. It took about 3 hours to get the job done. After, we did another walkthrough of all the areas they cleaned and it looked and smelled great! I paid $150 and was well worth it. Thank you Maria! After reading the reviews and speaking with her, I felt her prices were a little above average but well worth having two homes thoroughly deep cleaned. I have had Maria come regularly for four years now, and she and her team do a flawless job of deep cleaning! Not only that, they are trustworthy and careful. In four years I can recall only one item being damaged - a cracked coffee pot - and she was up front about it and offered to replace the whole machine. I declined and found a replacement pot for $10 and she reimbursed me in full. Scheduling is so easy and she has been very flexible if I ever need to make a change. Fantastic! I hired Maria's company to do a spring cleaning and because we were going to get our house appraised for a refi. Our house is generally tidy but she made it look immaculate. My range looks brand new again, I am not sure how she did it but she did. The bath/shower area grout looks like new again. The windows and screens clean spotless. She quoted me $250 and promised that my place would be sparkling. I have two cats and my place was a mess! Maria showed up with 3 other people; 1 for each area. They scrubbed my apt. from top to bottom, leaving no area unturned. As promised, I came home to a magical apartment, couldn't find a single cat hair! Best cleaning service I have ever used. They deep cleaned my fridge, oven, blinds, trash cans, window screens... they got soap scum out of my shower that I couldn't get with a wire brush! We were looking for new housecleaning services and Maria came by our house to assess and provide a price. I was actually offended by her demeanor and her pricing! I have a 3bd 2 ba house that's 1300 sq feet with all hardwood floors. It's an average dirty but nothing over the top gross requiring a deep clean. She was going to charge us $300 for the first cleaning and $200 for the next month. Get a life!!! I would never pay someone that much to clean our house once a month, especially for how dirty the house is. I found someone else to clean our place for $120 and she'll do a deep clean washing down walls, cleaning out the fridge, and washing the inside windows.
