We did a deep cleaning in preparation for recurring cleans. Luisa and her team did a great job - a super thorough cleaning, and after a week I haven't found a spot that they missed. They arrived on time with proactive text messages, her in-person quote was consistent with her online quote, and Luisa was very clear about what things they would do as part of the cleaning. Overall I was really happy with them. read more

Luisa's really came through. I needed a move out cleaning done for my parents. I hired another cleaning company but they had an issue with their cleaners and needed to cancel. Luisa's came on short notice and did an amazing job! read more

I contacted Luisa about housecleaning services for my 1200 square foot home. She responded immediately and was very professional. We arranged for her to do an in-person quote so she can give a proper estimate. She arrived promptly as scheduled. She was quick, professional and fair. We clicked immediately. She gave me quotes for all my options as requested. Luisa and her other two team members showed up a week later and cleaned. My house feels wonderful, fresh and shiny. We will be using her biweekly for our house cleaning. I promise you won't regret contacting her directly getting her services. read more

The group is generally efficient and they do a good cleaning job. The main issue is the business approach: it feels similar to a "low-cost airline" model, where the initial quoted price seems reasonable, but many services that most people would assume are included end up being charged separately. The difference is that, unlike airlines, the additional charges are not made clear upfront. Instead, new "extras" tend to appear gradually after you have already hired them. That lack of transparency and predictability makes the overall experience pretty toxic. In addition, communication can become difficult when concerns are raised, as there is a tendency to shift blame onto the client rather than acknowledge the issue. read more

Very prompt to respond and had availability to give an estimate and do a deep clean within the week. We wanted to do a move out clean. Her price was fair for the amount of work needed. On both the day of estimate and the day of service, they were on time or even a bit early. Luisa's cleaning service did a great job cleaning the whole place from top to bottom. I would definitely recommend! read more

They always do such a stellar job. Great communication, on time & thorough. Probably the best cleaning company around & competitive pricing. I will for sure be a repeat customer (: read more

We used Luisa and her team for a one-time deep cleaning. We already have a pretty clean home (or so we thought) and Luisa and her team did an impeccable job. Not only was she the most affordable quotes, they were also done very quickly. We're moving to a new house soon and we'll be requesting her services again! read more

She never showed up. It took many messages to get responses. When she finally set a time to meet, she was a no show. I texted her, but have never heard back. read more

Luisa and her crew were so kind and thorough. She came by earlier in the week to give me an in person quote based on our space! Our space looks great and everything was done in a timely manner. Thanks gals! read more

So far so good! We set up initial meeting-Luisa showed up and on time. Scheduled first deep cleaning which was today and I am just so pleased with the work! Haven't had much luck with cleaning and I am a bit OCD so I notice every little thing. I was so pleasantly surprised to see they truly did a wonderful job on everything. And that says a lot coming from me! Pricing is fair and Luisa is super sweet. Grateful to have found her! UPDATE! I didn't realize I never posted this! We are still using Luisa and still feel the same way. We are very happy with her. She is wonderful! read more

I'm so happy that I contacted Louisa's cleaning service before my baby shower! I had no energy to deep clean my house for hosting, and I requested a deep clean without having incredibly high hopes since other companies have come and done just an OK job in the past. Louisa was very communicative, and I loved that there was a consultation before day-of to make sure everything was all set. The price was very fair and the team did an amazing job, I've already requested Luisa's team to come again this month! My husband and I were both marveling at how clean everything looked once the job was done, we are so thankful that we found Luisa's cleaning service! read more

I was looking for someone to deep clean my house and came across Luisa's services! Luisa originally told me she was too busy this week however, because I really needed the clean this week, she made it happen! We had great communication.. she came over that day to do a walk through and gave me a very very reasonable quote. Showed up the next day with 2 other ladies, Martha and Margarita who were all lovely. They paid great attention to detail and were so friendly with my 2 kids and dog. I can't wait to hire them going forward!!! read more

We just had a really great experience with Luisa's Cleaning Service. Prompt responses, really reasonable prices, punctual, and most importantly thorough. We needed a Move-Out cleaning and the house was immaculate once they finished. I had one additional request after they were finished and Luisa accommodated immediately. Highly recommend. Thanks Luisa. Hopefully we won't have to move again for a while, but if/when we do I'll call again. read more

Luisa does a fabulous job. She and her team are efficient without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend her services.

I live in a small flat and still cleaning seems so overwhelming especially if you are working, hustling, etc. etc. from home. The last thing you want to do after working in front of your computer from home all day is clean. Luisa came over with her husband and another cleaner and knocked this out of the park. I don't even think when I moved into this place that my space was this clean. It looks amazing not only that because her husband was with her he fixed two minor things in my place that I could not. I can't give them enough stars! They are amazing and affordable. read more

Contacted Luisa for a home cleaning for my parents house, as they are getting older and cleaning is difficult. She came by for an estimate and then delivered as promised. Here is an excerpt of my moms email to me: I can't believe it. I thought it was very expensive for deep cleaning. Now I realized it isn't. Luisa ( not the owner) and Veronica came at 9 am with all their cleaning tools including a small ladder. They left at 3:30.pm They are very professional and meticulous. OMG It's been 2 hours already and Luisa is still in my room, helped at the start by Veronica. I can hear they are vacuuming the edges. They wipe's everything of course,- the blinds , getting on all corners. They have tools for every thing. Even the stairs , wiping well making sure the edges are clean. You don't need to tell them what to clean - they just know, covering everything. With the ladder , also cleaned the blades of the ceiling fan, the fireplace door,flipp3d the cushions of the sofa. Lifting the round glass t5able to make sure underneath is clean, wiping the elephant ceramics, even my books or album under the coffee table, they top of the refrigerator, took out all the shelves of the ref, cleaned and washed with soap, clean all the small appliances ( the outside ) like air fryer, rice cooker , everything that is out there, pulling out things to be able to clean the surface..I was so much impressed. They did not move the new sofa but beat sown on the carpet and wiped with rug by hand, beds were fixed as in a hotel, just different from how we would fix them. They cleaned the windows , the doors to the patio inside and out. I am just ecstatic and feel very good about my immaculate house. read more

I have used Luisa's Cleaning Service a few times. They are the best cleaning company in the city. They even cleaned the blinds which is usually an add on service. They staff is amazing, easy booking appointments. My house looks spotless when they leave. I have used other companies to clean my house before. They don't even come close to Luisa's Cleaning Service. Stop your looking and just book Luisa's Cleaning Service. They are a wonderful company! read more

Luisa was great to deal with. I did nudge her on text for a follow up but never took more than 24 hours. Her team did a great job cleaning, were fast, and were very nice. I'd definitely recommend them after this experience (one time cleaning). I did find the price high but that was for a one time (and my impression is that's why the price was higher - we negotiated a more reasonably priced follow up in case we need it) read more

Lisa and her team were amazing! She arrived promptly at 9 am and did an extremely thorough job cleaning our 2 bed/2 bath. Her pricing is extremely reasonable which was also a plus. She was friendly and was able to set us up for a monthly cleaning. Highly recommend this cleaning company! read more

A longer over due review since Luisa is amazing! I first reached out to her via Yelp and she replied back to me quite promptly and offered a great quote. She has come to my place multiple times now and each time leaves the place super clean with a great smell. She even gets the little nooks & crannies! She always wears her mask due to COVID & takes safety seriously which I really appreciate. She also brings her own supplies & vacuum which is great since I don't have one myself. Highly recommend her cleaning service, she communicates well & is always on time. read more

I was looking for someone to provide regular monthly cleaning services and found Luisa on Yelp. We communicated via Yelp and text and Luisa offered a free price estimate which i appreciated. We agreed on a flat monthly rate and set a date. Luisa and her partner, Veronica, did a fabulous job on my home and paid attention to all the details. I am looking forward to using Luisa's cleaning service every month and highly recommend her for your cleaning needs too. Rates are very reasonable as well. read more

The most professional team I have ever had. Luisa came to the house to assess how long it would take and if we needed anything special. My first cleaning, four lovely ladies cleaned at once, and we're out fast. My kind of cleaning! Luisa and her team are excellent. They do a great job and her pricing can't be beat. Please make sure to tip your cleaners people!

We were looking for someone that had attention to detail and was on time. I've tried several people before Luisa and I think we have finally found the one. She showed up on time with her staff and did a phenomenal job. I'm using Luisa for a monthly cleaning and looking forward to working with her here on out. read more

I tried many different cleaning services over the past couple of years since we moved into our house. Luisa and her team are definitely the best so far! I am pretty picky (think, I vacuum the hair on my bathroom floor every day), and they've come out to our house twice so far and knew exactly what constitutes a good cleaning. Many other cleaning companies did not speak English so it was hard to communicate, different people would show up every time so I had to give the same instructions over and over, and they often would miss things. The owners of those cleaning companies would simply say, "You pay a flat fee, so if you are not satisfied, tell them and we will fix it." OK great, but I would much rather have the cleaners know what a good cleaning is and just take care of it, rather than me going through and checking everything afterwards which is just time consuming and a bit stressful. I'm really happy with Luisa and appreciate the fact that she shows up every time to clean herself -- she takes pride in her business and that's something that's lacking from most cleaning companies. She takes her work seriously, her and her team work quickly, their rates are great, and last time they even cleaned out the accumulated ash in our fire place which my husband definitely thought was above and beyond! read more

Luisa is INCREDIBLE. I have used her for my HOAs I manage for quite some time and my clients adore her work. My company has used her for turning over our rentals as well, and we love her services so much that we have forwarded her contact to clients within our HOAs, friends, family.... She really does do a wonderful job. Aside from being cost efficient, she is sensationally detailed. Which is a big ticket item for me. I cannot explain how many larger cleaning companies my Property Management Company has tried to use and ended up disappointed with. All lack accountability, all of them miss things, and all of them make excuses. Which makes our job 100x harder than it should be. Never is this the case with Luisa. I have never had to send her back to correct anything. She just gets it right, every time! Luisa even emails me pictures when something is wrong at one of my properties; which is a kindness I do not expect, but greatly appreciate, because it really is beneficial to my ensuring that I am on top of whatever happens at my properties! And this is why I, personally, love her. read more

Luisa has cleaned my place a few times and I am absolutely in love with the job she does!! I am a busy person so having a cleaner that is trustworthy, reliable, and professional is a big deal to me. It's awesome knowing that I can let Luisa in my place, pay her, and then leave knowing that when I come back home my place will be cleaned. The thing I love the most about Luisa is that she has an excellent price point. I will be keeping Luisa as my cleaner for as long as I can. Too bad I didn't get to experience the "great service " the other reviewers did . The communication is very slow , it took hours for this company to respond back to me regarding scheduling an appointment. I texted her and let her know that I was interested in getting my house cleaned and would like her to clean it Saturday . We scheduled for a time on Saturday and I was left with the impression when she came she would clean that day . We scheduled at 1:00PM. At 12:52 I sent her a text asking her if she was on her way . She replied and said she would be 30 mins late . Hm ok no real problem there . At 1:37PM I texted and asked if they were here or close and at 1:45PM I get a text message saying she was here . She was already 30 mins late from her original time and now she's added 15 more minutes . Finally they get to my place at 2:00PM because once they got here they couldn't find my apartment . I'm no huge stickler for time but it you tell me a second time I expect you to uphold to that. They get here, I believe it's her and her daughter and they explain to me since I have dust on the blinds and the tub needs to be deep cleaned (they hadn't seen the tub ) it'll be a deep cleaning and that today was just an estimate . At this point I was really irritated so I decided that we weren't a good fit and wished them the best . I honestly feel that they seen I had a nice place an decided to up charge me . If I were you I would find someone else read more
