Two standard cleanings in, and both were good. Luz took the unusual step of coming to our apartment to check and make sure a deeper clean would not be required, which started us off with good communication. read more

Had my first cleaning today. It went really well. The team showed up on time, cleaned very well and took about 3 hours.

We are staying at an Airbnb in Pacific Beach. I contacted Luz's Cleaning Setvice midway thru our stay. Their cleaning crew was actually better than the clean when we first arrived. They were totally professional in quoting and arriving at the appointed time. Great company to work with!!!! read more

I recommend hiring Luz's Cleaning Services. They performed a move out cleaning service for me. Everything was cleaned top to bottom. Cabinets & drawers in & out. Appliances etc. read more

Luz's team did absolutely amazing work!!! We finally decided to get a cleaning company and I'm so glad we picked Luz and her team. They are so professional and THOROUGH!! I was amazed at all they did while they were here. They worked so hard to make this place spotless and for the last few hours I've stumbled on more and more things that I didn't realize they had cleaned that surprised me!! This feels like a whole new house! Would absolutely recommend read more

Luz came by the next morning and gave an estimate. Her team now comes every other week. Thorough and quick.

Luz was amazing! She was really flexible with me and my work schedule. I am so grateful with how her and her team handled my house. I have two cats and she really took great care. The house was spotless. I specifically I asked her to clean the cupboards and she did JUST THAT! I am so grateful for her service and would recommend her to anyone read more

Luz's team came and cleaned my condo yesterday, and they did a great job! With a new baby at home, I just haven't had the time (or energy) to keep up with cleaning, so I finally decided to get some help--and I'm so glad I did. They were thorough, friendly, on time, and incredibly efficient. My place looks and feels clean. The first cleaning was a little more expensive (which I expected), but the rate will be lower for regular cleanings going forward--which seems pretty standard for most cleaning services. read more

Amazing!! Luz came over before starting our service to do a thorough walk through of our home to give us an estimate. She was punctual, professional and so fun to talk to. Her team is professional and passionate about cleaning. Truly I've worked with so many different cleaners before and now I know cleaning is not just an errand that a taskrabbit or someone random can do, you have to be a cleaning professional that understands how to clean, and Luz's team gets it! I'm so excited we found her! read more

Misleading and dishonest. The other day I posted on Yelp searching for cleaning services and I provided info on what's needed, but never stated a date or time preference. Luz responded that her company was unavailable. Odd. I asked her how she could say she's unavailable when she doesn't even know the date or time. I actually posted the time as flexible! She then offered to do a walk through the following day before providing me with a quote. I was surprised by the about-face, but doing a walk through sounded fine to me. I waited and waited, but never heard a thing from her until the evening when I sent her a follow-up message. She claimed that she didn't work on that day and was actually in the mountains, but can swing by the next day to provide me with a quote. This experience left me feeling duped and deceived. I'm no longer interested in her services. Luz's Cleaning photos look good and most reviews sound good, but honest communication is seriously lacking. Proceed with caution. Hopefully, they can do better in the future. read more

We just moved into a house after having work done. It was very dusty and messy from the construction. We called Luz's and they responded so quickly! She came out and gave us a quote of what to expect to pay. The cleaners were quick and efficient! We really couldn't be happier and plan on using them ongoing. read more

I got an immediate in person quote when I sought one. I was put on the schedule right away and the person who cleaned my house did a fantastic job. The floors have never looked better. Luz is lying about Yelp investigating fraud. Multiple businesses can provide a lack of quality services. And that was what happened here apparently. The amount of energy she put into attacking me instead of taking accountability and being an ethical business owner is astounding. I was hoping this would be a great long term business arrangement. The girls who came were really nice & did a good job in the areas they covered however a lot was missed that shouldn't have had to be pointed out. Even if they were under the misconception one bedroom wouldn't be cleaned that wouldn't necessarily excuse under the bed from the other bedroom and under the bathroom vanity.. the floors were seriously neglected. A good business owner takes accountability and doesn't gaslight their clients. There was a misunderstanding/miscommunication, which happens, however the way it was handled was disappointing to say the least. I was picking up some things in one bedroom when the ladies arrived. I asked them to save that room for last, as I was still picking up, but the rest of the house was ready to go. The linen closet & laundry room were loaded with stuff so I told them those areas would obviously have to be excluded from being cleaned. But the rest of the house was good to go. So they started in the back bedroom & bathrooms. The front bathroom floor wasn't cleaned under the vanity & the shower tiles weren't wiped down. One of the back bathroom floor tiles was actually cracked, which is a huge bummer given we just did them about a week ago/: It wasn't supposed to be a deep cleaning so I didn't expect the fans or baseboards to be cleaned but when I was quoted $200 for a 1,125sqft house I thought that must have been for a deep cleaning. It's a very small house & it wasn't in bad shape because I had just cleaned. I noticed the baseboards & fans were untouched so I clarified if it was a deep cleaning or not, thinking she may have accidentally charged too much. She said it was just for a standard cleaning. But then I noticed how the bathroom & bedroom floors weren't done either, which was supposed to be done in the standard cleaning I was quoted for. I tried to ask for a partial refund but Luz refused & said I'd have to be okay with them coming back tomorrow at 8:30am. I told her I'd rather just finish the job myself & not have more tiles damaged. They called my phone non stop & just showed up at my door that same evening to finish the cleaning. The process was stressful & uncomfortable. Like I said, the girls were nice & did finish the cleaning, for the most part, but I would have just preferred a partial refund instead of feeling uncomfortable in my own home. Edit: was giving Luz & her team the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars but her reply is lowering it to just one star. She deserves ZERO. The level of harassment & DISHONESTY is astounding. I didn't want to deal with the cleaner coming back which is what I told Luz & I made it clear by not answering her calls. Yet she just showed up unannounced & made me feel uncomfortable IN MY OWN HOME. So I stayed in my car until she left. My partner Never said the floors were like that. There was nothing on the floors they needed to get around. And I never told them to not clean the bedrooms. She literally pointed to the laundry & linen areas & I said "yes, those areas you can leave" because there was stuff. There was nothing impacting their ability to get to the two bedroom floors. EXERCISE CAUTION WORKING WITH LUZ. read more

LUZ IS AMAZING!!! I have used her cleaning service for my rental home for about four years now and she has always gone above and beyond for me. She has performed miracles on short notice to get my house clean after nightmare tenants destroyed it and has gone over to check on my home when it's been empty just to dust and make sure everything is ok. I trust her fully with anything I need and she always shows up on time. Her prices are very reasonable for how well she and her crew clean and she's helped me find laundry services and air conditioning services to help run my property when I'm gone. I have very picky renters and Luz makes sure the floors are spotless and and counters are immaculately cleaned, they clean under the beds and dressers, the fridge is always cleaned inside to sparkling, my sofa pillows are nicely arranged, beds are made beautifully, and carpets are completely vacuumed without a hair or piece of dirt in sight, and all my mirrors and glass are streak free and clean. She treats my home like it's her own and helps to keep the decor in place and looking nice and notifies me if anything is broken or missing. I will keep using Luz and her cleaning crew for years to come, she's amazing! read more

Great service! Highlights: Very prompt, reliable communication, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Luz!

Luz came out to the house to look at our home and gave me a good estimate. Her team arrived on time and ready to go. They did a wonderful job. Everything was clean and neat and the house smelled fabulous! We have had cleaners in the past at other homes in California. We have always been happy with the service we received, and Luz was just as good! Luz and her team were professional and efficient. They were willing to accommodate my schedule, which is a challenge since we have three adults who all work from home. We scheduled regular biweekly service because it is a good value for our family. On a side note, Luz was the only cleaning company that bothered to speak with me personally versus just by text or email. In the current climate of social isolation from COVID and work-from-home jobs, this was a nice touch. read more

Luz and her cleaners did an amazing job! Luz has been very prompt, proactive, and professional. She came by our home and gave us a reasonable price/estimate within a few days of contacting her. We went forward with the initial deep clean, followed by maintenance cleaning every 2 weeks. Her cleaners did a wonderful and thorough job. They went above and beyond, and even organized our fridge magnets and the children's books! Hiring them has been such an incredible stress relief. As full-time working parents with 2 young children, it's a great feeling coming back to a clean and comfy home. Thank you again! read more

Luz's team was great! My condo was really clean and tidy. They were on time and very nice.

The cleaned my house top to bottom so well! This is a dream come true! Their prices are fair as well. Would highly recommend.

Luz's cleaning services gave me the best experience from the start. Luz was attentive and prompt. She scheduled a walk through within days of my request and had our cleaning scheduled immediately the following week. She is very thorough and direct with pricing which I appreciate! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

The initial deep clean went great so then we had set up twice-monthly cleaning services. I work from home, and have regular meetings that need no distractions so it's important to me for businesses to be reliable and on-time. 1st cleaning went fine. They did good. 2nd cleaning, I messaged Luz the night before to confirm the time. The day of, they were over an hour late with no heads up. I had to reach out to Luz to find out what was going on. Still cleaned later In the day and did fine. 3rd cleaning, I messaged Luz the night before to confirm the time (10:30am-11am). Then on the day of, she said they will be there 12:30pm-1pm. 2pm rolls around and still no sign of anyone so I reached out again to just cancel. Cleaning service is decent (the 2 times, I guess), communication is responsive, but I cannot recommend this cleaning company based on reliability or punctuality. Edit-I appreciate the response from the business owner, however... First lie: Business owner said the crew would be here from 10:30-11ish BOTH times. See photos. Second lie: I have security cameras outside my home, the cleaners were never outside of my home before I texted. Third lie: in the text, she clearly states that they were late because of a parent-teacher conference, not because they were finishing a job. read more

We have been using Liz's Cleaning for a few months now. We get our 4 bedroom house cleaned every 2 weeks. I found them by starting a project where I had communication from several other cleaners. Luz's was by far the quickest to respond and have all the information I needed to try them out - including a very reasonable price. She even made time to come out the following day to give a clearer estimate than the range she provided through help. She was very nice and the staff that we have had come clean so far have all been so kind. The quality Liz's team provides is outstanding. This isn't the first time we've had a cleaner clean our house, but by far the best quality every time. It is nice to come home and not only look clean but also smell and feel clean. Liz's team provides that. The last part that is important for me is trust. We all leave the house when they clean and it is very important to have someone in our house who we trust. We trust them completely. On the occasion that I need to reschedule, they are quick to provide options. Highly recommend Luz's Cleaning Services read more

We've been trying to find a cleaning service for our apartment and this one is everything we could have asked for. Responsive communications, up front pricing and explanation of services. Luz continues to be amazing!! Never had a better cleaning service! Her team is here on time and gets the place sparkling. Thank you, Luz!

Luz and her team were fantastic! She was incredibly responsive and attentive to my requests and concerns. She gave us an immediate response and a quote for services within a couple hours, and a thorough deep clean at a competitive price within 24 hours of the initial request. Her cleaning team was punctual and efficient, and clearly followed all the things Luz and I had discussed. Our windows look fantastic! The whole house is just lovely now. Of all the great parts of this engagement, I have to say her communication sealed the deal. Responsive, attentive, and communicative with her team. Can't ask for better service! Thank you, Luz! read more

This was my second time with Luz's cleaning. She is very quick to respond through Yelp and the first time she came to my place first a day before the cleaners to give an accurate quote. The cleaners are very nice and fast, always leaving my place sparkling clean. I have cat hair all over the place but it's all gone! They also cleaned around the litter box and all my litter mats. You can do a final walkthrough and let them know if you want anything cleaned further. I am happy to find a reliable cleaning service and would recommend to anyone :) read more

Bi-weekly home cleaning that is thorough. Luz and her team are incredibly responsive and punctual.

The cleaning ladies themselves do a decent job and were always pleasant to work with. It's a fine service to use if you set the schedule and keep to it. DO NOT expect that you can ask for changes to the schedule to accommodate events you may be having at your home. They have failed to show up a few times (with an excuse provided only when I inquired about where they were) including today, THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING when I have people coming to my house; like, the only time I actually NEED it clean. I certainly did not plan on finding hours to do it myself. The last time was something similar when I asked to reschedule to accommodate an event I was hosting at home and had a same day cancel. Again, I had to find time that I did not have in the middle of my preparations to do the job I was paying them for. Nothing was done in either case to get someone to show up. Best I was offered was to hope for a cancellation. Not helpful and I am unfortunately ending my association with them given how many times this has happened. So if all you need is a set schedule, you'll be fine. If you need cleaning done when it actually matters, unfortunately, you cannot rely on Luz's Cleaning Services. read more
